Description

Disturbance brewing type full-automatic tea extracting machine with grinding at present
Technical Field
The creation relates to the related technical field of tea extraction equipment, in particular to a disturbance brewing type full-automatic in-situ grinding tea extraction machine.
Background
As is well known, the common tea-making method is to soak tea leaves in hot water to make the tea soup with thick and mellow taste. However, if the tea-making technique is not sufficiently skilled, the tea soup is likely to contain ingredients with high irritation and bitter taste, such as caffeine and tannic acid, which not only greatly affects the taste of the tea soup, but also stimulates the stomach and nervous system of the drinker, causing discomfort symptoms such as gastrointestinal disorder, palpitation or insomnia.
Taiwan patent No. M445416 discloses a fully automatic tea extractor. Fig. 1 shows an external perspective view of a conventional fully-automatic freshly-milled tea extractor, and fig. 2 shows an internal structural perspective view of the conventional fully-automatic freshly-milled tea extractor. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the module structure of the full-automatic fresh-grinding tea extractor 1' mainly comprises: a body 11 ', a water supply device 1W ', a tea storing box 12 ', a grinding device 13 ', a powder dropping device 14 ', a brewing device 15 ', a tea soup supply device 16 ', a tea dreg containing device 1A ' and a control panel 18 '. Wherein, the machine body 11 'has an accommodating space 111', and the tea storage box 12 'is disposed through the top of the machine body 11'. On the other hand, the grinding device 13 ' is disposed in the accommodating space 111 ' and connected to a discharge port of the tea storage box 12 '.
According to the design of taiwan patent No. M445416, the powder falling device 14 'is disposed in the accommodating space 111' and connected to the grinding device 13 ', and the brewing device 15' is disposed in the accommodating space 111 'and connected to the powder falling device 14'. Moreover, the hot water supply device 1W ' is disposed in the accommodating space 111 ' and connected to the brewing device 15 ' through a water supply port, and a water injection port of the hot water supply device 1W ' is exposed at the top of the machine body 11 '. Furthermore, the tea soup supply device 16 ' is connected to the brewing device 15 ' for injecting the brewed tea soup into a tea cup 2 '. It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 1, the fully automatic freshly ground tea extracting machine 1 ' further includes an electric control device, which is exposed from the surface of the machine body 11 ' through a control panel 18 '.
It should be noted that, although the fully automatic tea grinder 1 'can complete the tea extraction process in an automated manner and provide tea soup to the tea cup 2', it only uses hot water to extract tea, and does not stir tea powder during the tea extraction process. Persons knowledgeable in the brewing arts of coffee or tea know that stirring an extract system during brewing and extracting tea or coffee can increase the contact time between the extract and hot water; in addition, the flavor of the extract (such as tea soup) can be improved by stewing, stirring, injecting water in different stages, accelerating filtration and the like.
As can be seen from the above description, there is a need for an improved or redesigned fully automatic tea grinder, which can be used to improve the functions and/or structure of the existing fully automatic tea grinder, and which can simultaneously stir or agitate the tea (powder) during the tea brewing process. Accordingly, the present inventor has made research and creation as much as possible, and finally has developed a disturbance brewing type fully automatic on-site grinding tea extracting machine.

Detailed Description
In order to more clearly describe a disturbance brewing type fully automatic freshly ground tea extracting machine proposed by the present invention, the following will describe in detail a preferred embodiment of the present invention with reference to the drawings.
Fig. 3 shows an external perspective view of a disturbance brewing type full-automatic in-situ grinding tea extracting machine of the present invention, and fig. 4 shows a front view of an internal structure of the disturbance brewing type full-automatic in-situ grinding tea extracting machine of the present invention. To describe the linkage relationship between the structural units of the disturbing brewing type fully automatic fresh tea leaf grinding and extracting machine 1 more clearly, fig. 5 particularly depicts the structural diagram of the disturbing brewing type fully automatic fresh tea leaf grinding and extracting machine 1. It can be seen from the related drawings that the disturbing brewing type fully automatic on-line grinding tea extractor 1 of the present invention mainly comprises: a machine body 10, at least one tea storage box 11, a blanking device 12, a grinding device 13, a disturbance type brewing device 14, a hot water supply device 15, a tea soup slow supply device 17, a filter paper supply device 18, a Pupu module FP, an extraction liquid supply device 19 and a cup seat 1A.
The body 10 has a housing 101 and a door 102, and a control panel 103 is disposed on the door 102. On the other hand, the tea storage box 11 is disposed on the top of the housing case 101, and a discharge port thereof is located in the housing case 101 and is connected to a feeding port of the blanking device 12 also disposed in the housing case 101. Furthermore, a quantitative feeding device F is disposed in the tea storage box 12, and the quantitative feeding device F is operated to feed the tea stored in the tea storage box 12 into the discharging device 12 through the discharging hole 122 of the tea storage box 12. Please refer to fig. 6, which shows a perspective view of the tea storage box; also, referring to fig. 7, a side perspective view of the quantitative feeding device and the tea storage box is shown. The quantitative feeding device F comprises a rotating shaft F1, a spiral structure F2 and a driving unit F3, wherein the rotating shaft F1 is disposed in the tea storage box 12 and near the outlet 122, and the bottom end of the rotating shaft F1 penetrates the tea storage box 12 to connect with the driving unit F3.
The spiral structure F2 is formed on the outer side surface of the rotating shaft F1. In practical applications, the total length of the rotating shaft F1 is 152mm, and the helical structure F2 has a pitch ranging from 9mm to 13 mm. Fig. 8 shows a front view of a rotating shaft having a spiral structure. Comparing fig. 8 with fig. 7, it can be found that the pitch of the helical structure F2 over the rotation axis F1 of fig. 7 is shorter than the pitch of the helical structure F2 over the rotation axis F1 of fig. 8. For example. The pitch of the helix F2 of fig. 8 was 11mm, whereas the pitch of the helix F2 of fig. 7 was 9 mm. As can be easily understood, by setting the pitch of the spiral structure F2 and the distance of each rotation of the rotating shaft F1, the quantitative feeding device F can adaptively feed tea leaves into the blanking device 12 according to the type of tea leaves.
The grinding device 13 is disposed in the housing 101 and has a powder-dropping end connected to the material-supplying end of the material-dropping device 12. Specifically, the present invention designs a set of stirring type brewing device 14, which is disposed in the housing 101 and connected to the powder dropping end of the grinding device 13. Also, the hot water supply device 15 is disposed in the housing case 101 and supplies hot water to the disturbance type brewing device 14 through a hot water supply line WT. Meanwhile, a set of tea soup slow supply device 17 is designed, so that the containing shell 101 is connected with the disturbance type brewing device 14.
As described above, the filter paper supply device 18 is also provided in the housing case 101, and includes a reel 181 for winding up raw material of a filter paper FFP and a driving motor 182. By controlling the rolling of the reel 181 by the driving motor 182, the filter paper supply device 18 can be used to supply a filter paper FFP, and the filter paper FFP is located between the tea soup slow supply device 17 and the disturbance brewing device 14. On the other hand, the pump module FP is specifically disposed in the housing 101, and a first pipeline T1 is connected between the tea soup slow-supplying device 17 and the pump module FP. Furthermore, an extract supply device 19 is connected to the pump module FP through a second pipe T2, and a cup 1A is disposed opposite to the lower portion of the extract supply device 19.
Specifically, when the disturbing brewing type fully automatic in-situ grinding tea extracting machine 1 of the present invention is in normal operation, the grinding device 13 receives a tea raw material through the feeding end of the material falling device 12, grinds the tea raw material into tea powder, and then sends the tea powder into the disturbing brewing device 14. Then, the hot water supply device 15 injects hot water into the disturbing brewing device 14 through the hot water supply pipeline WT, so that the tea powder contained in the disturbing brewing device 14 is soaked in the hot water. It should be noted that, according to the design of the present invention, the pump module FP stirs the tea powder soaked in the hot water through the first pipeline T1 and the tea soup slow-supplying device 17 based on the relevant settings of the user on the control panel 103. It is easy to understand that the pump module FP only needs to periodically or variably periodically pump (suck) and discharge (return) the liquid (including the tea extract and the hot water) in the disturbance-type brewing device 14, so as to achieve the effect of disturbance stirring for the liquid in the disturbance-type brewing device 14. After the stirring process is completed based on the user setting, the extract in the stirring brewing device 14 is filtered by the filter paper FFP and then temporarily stored in the tea soup buffering device 17, so that the pump module FP further sends the extract to the extract providing device 19 through the second pipeline T2, and then injects the extract into a cup 2 on the cup seat 1A through the extract providing device 19.
After the tea soup (i.e., tea extract) is filled into the cup 2, as shown in fig. 5, a residual liquid discharge valve R L E, which is connected between the pump module FP and the tea soup slow-supplying device 17 through a branch line unit BT and the first line T1, discharges a residual liquid remaining in the first line T1 and/or the tea soup slow-supplying device 17, and finally, a waste bucket WOT disposed in the housing case 101 receives the used filter paper FFP sent from the tea soup slow-supplying device 17.

With continuing reference to fig. 4, 5 and 9, and with concurrent reference to fig. 10, a rear perspective view of the stand is shown. According to the design of the present invention, the disturbance brewing device 14 is mainly composed of an extraction liquid chamber 141 and a cover 142; the extraction chamber 141 has a top opening 1411 and a bottom opening 1412. Also, as shown in the drawings, a first groove 1413 and a connecting groove 1414 are further formed on one side of the top opening 1411, and the connecting groove 1414 is connected to the hot water injection port SF 4. On the other hand, the cover 142 covers the top opening 1411 of the extraction chamber 141, and a powder dropping opening 1421 and a second groove 1422 are formed on the top and one side of the cover 142; wherein the powder dropping port 1421 is connected to the powder dropping end of the polishing device 13, and the second groove 1422 and the first groove 1413 form a ventilation channel.
Furthermore, the structure of the slow tea soup supply device 17 mainly comprises: a receiving body 171, a connecting screen 172, and a filter paper transfer unit 173; the accommodating body 171 is divided into a first space 1711 and a second space 1712, and the first space 1711 is used as an extraction buffer space. On the other hand, the connection screen 172 is disposed in the first space 1711 for connecting to the bottom opening 1412 of the extraction chamber 141. It should be noted that the disturbing brewing type fully automatic freshly ground tea extractor 1 further includes a carrier lifting mechanism PUD disposed in the housing 101 and connected to the movable carrier SF2 for driving the movable carrier SF2 to lift. In brief, before the tea powder is poured into the extraction chamber 141, the movable carrier SF2 must be driven to ascend so that the connection screen 172 of the container 171 is connected to the bottom opening 1412 of the extraction chamber 141 through a filter paper FFP. In particular, a filter paper transfer unit 173 is disposed in the second space 1712, and is used to cooperate with the filter paper supply device 18 to transfer the filter paper between the connection screen 172 and the bottom opening 1412 of the extraction solution chamber 141. And, after tea soup (i.e., tea extract) is poured into the cup 2, a waste bucket WOT provided in the housing case 101 receives used filter paper FFP fed from the filter paper transfer unit 173.
It should be noted that the filter unit FU provided in the container SF3 of the main body SF0 is mainly composed of a filter cartridge FU1 and a filter FU 2. As can be seen from the relevant figures, the filter cassette FU1 has a vent FU11 on its front side connected to the air duct and a line connection FU12 on its rear side for connection to an external air exchange tube AE. In addition, the filter FU2 is disposed in the filter cartridge FU 1. It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 5 and fig. 7, during the operation of the disturbing brewing type fully automatic tea extracting machine 1 of the present invention, a blowing device WD pumps out a water vapor or a steam in the filter box FU1 and in the cover 142 through the ventilation tube AE, so as to prevent the water vapor or the steam from entering the grinding device 13 through the powder falling port 1421 and the powder falling end. Accordingly, the filter FU2 provided in the filter cartridge FU1 is used to filter the tea powder and prevent the tea powder from being largely extracted along with the operation of the blower WD.
Thus, the above description has completely and clearly illustrated the disturbing brewing type fully automatic in-situ grinding tea extractor of the present invention; moreover, the above-mentioned creation has the following advantages:
(1) the present creation is to add a disturbance brewing device 14, a tea soup buffering device 17, a Pupu module FP, and a filter paper providing device 18 into the existing fully automatic existing grinding tea extracting machine, so as to obtain a disturbance brewing type fully automatic existing grinding tea extracting machine with a novel structure design. When the disturbing brewing type fully automatic in-situ grinding tea extracting machine 1 of the present invention is running, the tea powder and the hot water are sent to the disturbing brewing device 14, and then the pump module FP stirs the tea powder soaked in the hot water through the tea soup slow-supplying device 17 based on a user setting parameter. Easily understood, the disturbing brewing type full-automatic on-site grinding tea extracting machine 1 can realize special tea extracting methods such as stewing, steaming, stirring, segmented water injection, accelerated filtering and the like, thereby changing or improving the flavor of tea extract (tea soup).
