In order to facilitate the pushing and positioning of the front cover 5 during the installation process, a downward seventh folding edge 56 is provided at an outer edge of the fifth folding edge 55. The seventh folded edge 56 at the left end of the front case is positioned inside the first folded edge 31; the seventh folded edge 56 at the right end of the front box body is positioned at the inner side of the second folded edge 41, and has guiding and limiting functions for the installation of the front cover plate 5.
Preferably, the height of the seventh folded edge 56 is higher than the height of the front first jaw 51, the second jaw 52, the front first elastic sheet 53 and the front second elastic sheet 58. When the front cover plate 5 is flatly placed, the seventh folded edge 56 protects the front first clamping jaw 51, the second clamping jaw 52, the first elastic sheet 53 and the second elastic sheet 58, and the front first clamping jaw 51, the second clamping jaw 52, the front first elastic sheet 53 and the second elastic sheet 58 are prevented from being pressed and deformed.
And inward sixth flanges 74 parallel to the rear cover plate 7 are provided at both end edges of the rear cover plate 7, respectively. Each rear first elastic sheet 73 and each third elastic sheet 77 are fixedly connected with the sixth folding edges 74 at the two ends of the rear cover plate 7 respectively. Each rear first jaw 71 and each third jaw 72 are fixedly connected with the sixth folded edges 74 at the two ends of the rear cover plate 7 respectively.
In order to facilitate the pushing and positioning of the lower back cover 7 during the installation process, a downward eighth folding edge is provided at the outer edge of the sixth folding edge 74. The eighth folded edge at the left end of the rear cover plate 7 is positioned inside the first folded edge 31; the eighth folding edge of the right end of the rear cover plate 7 is positioned at the inner side of the lower side plate 61; the installation of the rear cover plate 7 has guiding and limiting functions.
Preferably, the height of the eighth folded edge is higher than the height of the rear first jaw 71, the third jaw 72, the rear first elastic sheet 73 and the third elastic sheet 77. When the rear cover plate 7 is laid flat, the eighth folded edge protects the rear first jaw 71, the third jaw 72, the rear first elastic sheet 73 and the third elastic sheet 77, and prevents the rear first jaw 71, the third jaw 72, the rear first elastic sheet 73 and the third elastic sheet 77 from being deformed by pressure.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, in order to improve the mounting efficiency and the mounting quality of the front cover 5 and the rear cover 7, a downward third folding edge 57 is provided at the front edge of the front cover 5, and a first positioning mark 313 and a second positioning mark 314 are respectively provided at different positions on the first folding edge 31 along the length direction thereof; the first positioning identifier 313 is located behind the second positioning identifier 314;
when the rear side edge of the front cover 5 reaches the second positioning mark 314, the third folded edge 57 is positioned outside the front panel 8 and connected to the front panel 8, and the front cover 5 is completely installed.
When the front side edge of the rear cover plate 7 is located at the first positioning mark 313, the head 101 of each rear first jaw 71 passes through the corresponding rear first clamping groove 312, and each leg 102 is located in the corresponding first end 301; the head 101 of each third jaw 72 passes through the corresponding third slot 611, and each leg 102 is located within the corresponding first end 301.
Pushing the rear cover plate 7 forward to the front side edge thereof to reach the second positioning mark, the mounting of the rear cover plate 7 is completed, and the leg portion 102 of each rear first claw 71 is located in the corresponding second end portion 302; the head 101 of each third jaw 72 is located within the corresponding second end 302. The positioning and mounting efficiency of the rear cover plate 7 is improved.
Preferably, an inward tenth folded edge 76 is provided at the rear side edge of the rear cover plate 7; the opening of the box body also comprises an upper opening and a rear opening; the box body comprises a cross beam 10; the beam 10 is located between the upper opening and the rear opening, and is respectively connected with the first side plate 3 and the electrical box 6. The tenth flange 76 is located on the outer side of the cross member 10 and is fixedly connected to the cross member 10.
In the second embodiment, referring to fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, the opening of the box body further includes an upper opening and a rear opening; the box body comprises a cross beam 10; the beam 10 is located between the upper opening and the rear opening, and is respectively connected with the first side plate 3 and the electrical box 6.
The cover plate comprises a front cover plate 5 and a rear cover plate 7; the electrical box 6 comprises a rear side plate 62 which constitutes a rear side wall of the electrical box 6; the rear cover 7 is connected to the rear opening and forms a rear side wall of the box body together with the rear side plate 62. The rear first engaging groove 312 is a long through hole along the vertical direction of the first folding edge 31; the rear side plate 62 of the electrical box 6 is provided with a third card slot 611 which has the same structure and the same direction as the rear first card slot 312, and the first end 301 of the third card slot is positioned above the second end 302. The structure of the rear cover plate 7 refers to the first embodiment.
During installation, first, the head 101 of each rear first jaw passes through the first end 301 of the corresponding third slot 611, so that the leg 102 of each rear first jaw 71 is located in the first end 301 of the corresponding third slot 611; the head 101 of each third jaw 72 is inserted through the first end 301 of the corresponding rear first card slot 312 such that the leg 102 of each third jaw 72 is located within the first end 301 of the corresponding rear first card slot 312.
Then, the rear cover plate 7 is pushed downward, so that the leg portion 102 of each rear first claw 71 moves into the second end portion 302 of the corresponding third catching groove 611, and the leg portion 102 of each third claw 72 moves into the second end portion 302 of the corresponding rear first catching groove 312, so that the tenth flange 76 is positioned on the upper side of the cross member 10 and connected to the cross member 10.
Referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, the rear cover 7 of the present embodiment has the same structure as the rear cover 7 of the first embodiment, and can be shared, except that the rear cover 7 of the first embodiment is inverted, the tenth fold 76 is changed from being located at the rear side of the cross beam 10 to being located at the upper side of the cross beam 10, and each third latch 72 is located at the left end of the rear case and connected to the corresponding rear first latch 312; each rear first jaw 71 is located at the right end of the rear case and connected to the corresponding third groove 611. The related features of the present embodiment other than the structure of the rear cover 7 and its connection refer to the first embodiment.

the box body comprises a first side plate and a second side plate which respectively form a left wall and a right wall of the box body;
an inward first folded edge is arranged at the edge of the first side plate forming the opening; a plurality of first clamping grooves are formed in the first folding edge;
an inward second folded edge is arranged at the edge of the second side plate forming the opening; a plurality of second clamping grooves are formed in the second folding edge;
a first clamping jaw and a second clamping jaw which are connected and matched with the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are respectively arranged at the inner sides of the left end and the right end of the cover plate corresponding to the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove;
each first clamping jaw is respectively hung on the corresponding first clamping groove; and each second clamping jaw is respectively hung on the corresponding second clamping groove.
3. The ducted air conditioner of claim 2,
a plurality of first elastic sheets and second elastic sheets which are protruded inwards are respectively arranged at the positions, corresponding to the first folding edge and the second folding edge, of the inner sides of the left end and the right end of the cover plate;
each first elastic sheet is connected with the first folding edge and elastically deforms; and each second elastic sheet is connected with the second folded edge and elastically deforms.
4. The ducted air conditioner of claim 3,
the first folded edge is perpendicular to the first side plate; the second folded edge is perpendicular to the second side plate;
the first clamping groove and the second clamping groove are respectively long through holes along the length directions of the first folding edge and the second folding edge, and each through hole comprises a first end part and a second end part;
the first end is connected with the second end; the width of the first end portion is greater than the width of the second end portion; the second end part is gradually narrowed towards the tail end along the length direction of the second end part;
the first jaw and the second jaw are both hook-shaped jaws, and the direction of the hook-shaped jaws faces the second end portion.
5. The ducted air conditioner of claim 4,
the box body comprises a front box body and a rear box body, and the front box body and the rear box body are respectively used for arranging a heat exchange assembly and a fan assembly to form a heat exchange unit and a fan unit;
the cover plate comprises a front cover plate and a rear cover plate; the front cover plate is positioned above the front box body;
the first clamping groove comprises a front first clamping groove and a rear first clamping groove; the first clamping jaws comprise front first clamping jaws and rear first clamping jaws; the first elastic sheet comprises a front first elastic sheet and a rear first elastic sheet;
each front first clamping jaw, each second clamping jaw, each front first elastic sheet and each second elastic sheet are respectively arranged on the front cover plate; each rear first clamping jaw and each rear first elastic sheet are respectively arranged on the rear cover plate.
6. The ducted air conditioner of claim 5,
the box body also comprises a front panel which forms the front side wall of the box body;
a downward third folded edge is arranged on the front side edge of the front cover plate and is positioned on the outer side of the front panel;
the rear side edge of the front cover plate is provided with an outward fourth folded edge; a plurality of first through holes are formed in the fourth folded edge;
second through holes are respectively formed in the positions, corresponding to the first through holes, of the fan unit; and each first through hole is connected with the corresponding second through hole through a screw respectively.
7. The ducted air conditioner of claim 6,
the second end part of each front first clamping groove is positioned behind the first end part of the front first clamping groove; the second end part of each second clamping groove is positioned behind the first end part of the second clamping groove;
the first elastic sheet comprises a free end; the free end of the front first elastic sheet faces forwards;
each first through hole is not concentric with the corresponding second through hole.
8. The ducted air conditioner of claim 7,
the electric appliance box is fixedly arranged at one end of the box body and forms a right side wall of the box body together with the second side plate; a plurality of third clamping grooves which have the same structure and the same direction as the rear first clamping grooves are arranged on the electric appliance box forming the opening;
the rear cover plate is positioned above the rear box body, and third clamping claws which are matched with the third clamping grooves in a connecting manner are respectively arranged at positions corresponding to the third clamping grooves; each third clamping claw is respectively connected with the corresponding third clamping groove in a hanging mode;
the first end of each rear first card slot is positioned behind the second end thereof; the free end of each rear first elastic sheet faces backwards;
and one end of the rear cover plate, which is provided with each third clamping jaw, is provided with a plurality of third elastic sheets which have the same structure and the same direction as the rear first elastic sheet, are connected with the electric appliance box and elastically deform.
9. The ducted air conditioner of claim 8,
a first positioning mark and a second positioning mark are respectively arranged on the upper side of the first folded edge;
when the third folding edge is positioned at the outer side of the front panel; the rear side edge of the front cover plate reaches the second positioning mark;
when the front side edge of the rear cover plate reaches the first positioning mark, each rear first clamping jaw is respectively positioned at the first end part of the corresponding rear first clamping groove; each third clamping claw is respectively positioned at the first end part of the corresponding third clamping groove;
when the front side edge of the rear cover plate reaches the second positioning mark, each rear first clamping jaw and each third clamping jaw are respectively clamped at the second end parts of the corresponding rear first clamping groove and the corresponding third clamping groove.

the electric appliance box is fixedly arranged at one end of the box body and forms a right side wall of the box body together with the second side plate; a plurality of third clamping grooves which are the same as the rear first clamping grooves in structure and direction are arranged on the electric appliance box forming the opening;
the rear cover plate is positioned at the rear side of the rear box body to form a rear side wall of the box body;
each rear first clamping groove and each third clamping groove are vertical long through holes; the first end part of each rear first clamping groove is respectively positioned above the second end part of the rear first clamping groove; the first end of each third card slot is respectively positioned above the second end of the third card slot; the free end of each rear first elastic sheet faces upwards;
third clamping claws which are matched with the third clamping grooves in a connecting manner are respectively arranged on the rear cover plate corresponding to the third clamping grooves; each third clamping claw is respectively connected with the corresponding third clamping groove in a hanging mode; and one end of the rear cover plate, which is provided with the third clamping jaw, is provided with a plurality of third elastic sheets which have the same structure and the same direction as the first elastic sheets and are connected with the electrical box and elastically deform.
