Detailed Description
To make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the present invention clearer, the following will combine the embodiments of the present invention and the corresponding drawings to clearly and completely describe the technical solution of the present invention. It is to be understood that the embodiments described are only some embodiments of the invention, and not all embodiments. Based on the embodiments in the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by a person skilled in the art without creative work belong to the protection scope of the present invention.
The technical solutions disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 10, an embodiment of the present invention discloses a lamp body unit, which may include a frame portion 100, a mounting portion 200, and at least two light source modules 300.
The frame portion 100 is connected to the mounting portion 200, and the frame portion 100 may be used to decorate the lamp unit, thereby improving the aesthetic appeal of the lamp unit, and the frame portion 100 may be used to be fixedly connected to a mounting base. The installation foundation can be a roof of a house or a hanging rod and the like. Alternatively, the mounting portion 200 and the frame portion 100 may be connected by a screw thread, magnetic attraction, riveting, or bonding.
The mounting portion 200 is provided with at least two first coupling portions 210 along a length direction of the lamp body unit, the length direction of the lamp body unit is the same as the length direction of the mounting portion 200, the first coupling portions 210 are formed by extending in a direction away from the frame portion 100, the light source module 300 and the first coupling portions 210 are detachably connected along a height direction of the lamp body unit, and the height direction of the lamp body unit may be a direction perpendicular to a light emitting surface of the light source module 300.
Optionally, the light source module 300 may be a flat lamp, a down lamp, or the like. The specific structure of the light source module 300 is not limited in the present embodiment. The mounting portion 200 and the frame portion 100 may be made of an aluminum alloy or the like having a high gloss.
The embodiment of the utility model provides an in, the user can freely select the mounted position of light source module 300 to can adjust the position of shining of light source module 300, simultaneously, can also be according to the illumination needs of user difference, thereby select the quantity of light source module 300, consequently can satisfy the application of user under different scenes, thereby increase the use scene of illumination lamps and lanterns, and then improve the performance of illumination lamps and lanterns.
In addition, each part of the lamp body unit is an independent structure, so that modularization of the lamp body unit is realized, and the variety and specification of products are expanded to the greatest extent.
The mounting portion 200 may further include a panel portion 220, and the first coupling portion 210 may be formed to extend along both sides of the panel portion 220, in which case, the panel portion 220 and the first coupling portion 210 may be integrally formed by a bending process, or the panel portion 220 and the first coupling portion 210 may be connected by welding, bonding, or the like. The panel portion 220 may be made of a material having a certain light transmittance, the panel portion 220 is disposed opposite to the light emitting surface of the light source module 300, and the height direction of the lamp body unit may be perpendicular to the panel portion 220. However, in the lamp body unit, the more dust is collected by the panel portion 220 during use, the light transmittance of the panel portion 220 is reduced, so that the illumination performance of the lamp body unit is lowered.
Therefore, in an alternative embodiment, the panel part 220 may be provided with a light hole 221, the light hole 221 is disposed opposite to the light emitting surface of the light source module 300, and at this time, dust is not collected at the light hole 221, so that the illumination performance of the lamp body unit is not affected. Meanwhile, the material is not limited in this way, so the mounting portion 200 can be made of a material with a low cost, and the manufacturing cost of the lamp body unit is reduced.
The accommodating space 213 is formed between two adjacent first coupling portions 210, and the light source module 300 may be entirely located in the accommodating space 213 or partially located in the accommodating space 213. When the light source module 300 is entirely located in the accommodating space 213, the wind resistance in the accommodating space 213 is large, and the flow speed of the air in the accommodating space 213 is slow, so that the heat dissipation performance of the light source module 300 is poor, in an alternative embodiment, a part of the light source module 300 is located in the accommodating space 213. At this time, a portion of the light source module 300 is exposed to the environment, and since the air flowing speed in the external environment is fast, the heat on the light source module 300 can be taken away quickly, thereby improving the heat dissipation efficiency of the light source module 300. In addition, a portion of the light source module 300 exposed outside can be conveniently held by a user, so that the user can conveniently detach the light source module 300.
Optionally, the light source module 300 is further provided with a heat sink, so that heat of electronic components on the light source module 300 can be transferred to the outer surface of the light source module 300, and then the heat on the light source module 300 is taken away through flowing air, thereby achieving the purpose of heat dissipation.
In order to further improve the usability of the lamp body unit, in an alternative embodiment, the light source module 300 is rotatably connected to the first coupling portion 210, and the light source module 300 can swing relative to the accommodating space 213. At this time, the user can adjust the irradiation direction of the light source module 300 according to the usage scene, so that the irradiation direction of the light source module 300 is flexible, the application scene of the lamp body unit is increased, and the usage performance of the lamp body unit is further improved.
In addition, a plurality of light source modules 300 are used in a matched manner, so that different illumination effects can be formed, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the light source module 300 may be a spotlight, or may be another type of light source module 300.
A specific structure of the light source module 300 is provided herein, but other structural forms may also be adopted, which is not limited herein. Specifically, the light source module 300 may include a first annular portion 320 and a lighting module 310, the first annular portion 320 is connected to the lighting module 310, the first annular portion 320 is rotatably connected to the first coupling portion 210, and the lighting module 310 may swing with the first annular portion 320 with respect to the receiving space 213, so as to adjust a light projection direction. When the light source module 300 rotates, the first annular portion 320 can prevent the lighting module 310 from colliding with the mounting portion 200, so as to protect the lighting module 310, thereby improving the safety of the lamp body unit.
In an alternative embodiment, the first annular portion 320 may be provided with a first clamping portion 321, the first combining portion 210 may be provided with a first matching portion 211, and the first clamping portion 321 is clamped and matched with the first matching portion 211. This is simple and reliable, and the first ring portion 320 and the first coupling portion 210 are easily disassembled and operated. Optionally, one of the first clamping portion 321 and the first combining portion 210 is set as a first rotating shaft, the other is set as a first clamping groove, the first rotating shaft is rotatably connected with the first clamping groove, and meanwhile, the first rotating shaft is tightly fitted with the first clamping groove, so that the first annular portion 320 can be kept at a certain position when rotating to the position.
In order to further improve the rotational freedom of the lighting module 310, in another embodiment, the light source module 300 may further include a second annular portion 330, the first annular portion 320 is provided with an installation space 323, the second annular portion 330 is located in the installation space 323, the second annular portion 330 is sleeved outside the lighting module 310, the second annular portion 330 is rotatably connected to the first annular portion 320, and the lighting module 310 may swing with the second annular portion 330 relative to the installation space 323 to adjust the light projection direction.
When the swing direction of the second annular portion 330 is the same as the swing direction of the first annular portion 320, the lighting module 310 can be rotated only in one direction, so that the angle and range of adjustment of the lighting module 310 are small, and thus the usability of the lamp body unit is reduced. In order to solve the above problem, in an alternative embodiment, the second annular part 330 intersects with the swinging direction of the first annular part 320, and in a specific embodiment, the swinging direction of the second annular part 330 is perpendicular to the swinging direction of the first annular part 320.
