Claims (8)
1. An online degassing device for an aluminum alloy melt comprises a heat-insulating box body (1), wherein a liquid inlet (11) and a liquid outlet (12) are formed in the heat-insulating box body (1); an upper cover (2) connected with a lifting mechanism (8) is arranged on the heat preservation box body (1), a vertically arranged rotating shaft (21) is positioned and rotatably mounted on the upper cover (2), the upper end of the rotating shaft (21) extends out of the upper cover (2) and is connected with a rotating motor (23), and the lower end of the rotating shaft (21) extends into the heat preservation box body (1) and is connected with a nozzle (22) close to the bottom of the heat preservation box body (1); the method is characterized in that: the lower end face of the upper cover (2) is provided with two connecting plates (25) which are symmetrically arranged about a rotating shaft (21), the lower ends of the connecting plates (25) are hinged with a cleaning plate (3), a hinged shaft (31) of the cleaning plate (3) is arranged along the length direction of the cleaning plate, and a torsional spring (32) is arranged on the hinged shaft (31); in a normal state, under the action of the torsion spring (32), the cleaning plates (3) are vertically downwards staggered with the liquid inlet (11) and the liquid outlet (12), and one sides, far away from each other, of the two cleaning plates (3) are close to the inner wall of the heat insulation box body (1); still be connected with its pivoted driving piece of drive on clearance board (3), the one end that is close to rotation axis (21) when clearance board (3) is in the horizontality is equipped with and moves back hole (33) with rotation axis (21) complex.

An aluminum alloy melt on-line degassing device according to claim 1, wherein: supporting tables (5) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the heat preservation box body (1), and a slag receiving basket (6) matched with the upper end of the heat preservation box body (1) is installed between the supporting tables (5) in a sliding mode.
