A plate slitting tool according to claim 1, characterized in that the cross cutters (13) are located on one circumference of the upper knife shaft (2), the length direction of the cross cutters (13) being parallel to the axial direction of the drum, and that there are two outer longitudinal cutters (11) between adjacent cross cutters (13), one of the outer longitudinal cutters (11) being located on one side of the first outer guide ring (6) and the other outer longitudinal cutter (11) being located on one side of the second outer guide ring (8).

the first outer guide ring (6) and the second outer guide ring (8) are externally provided with a plurality of bulges which are evenly distributed along the circumferential direction;
the blade of the outer longitudinal cutter (11) is arc-shaped;
the blade of the outer longitudinal cutter (11) is convex arc-shaped.

The pole plate slitting cutter as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a middle guide ring (7) is provided between the first outer guide ring (6) and the second outer guide ring (8) of the drum, the middle guide ring (7) dividing the drum into a first drum and a second drum; the upper cutter shaft (2) is further provided with a middle longitudinal cutter (12), the transverse cutters (13) are a first transverse cutter and a second transverse cutter, the first transverse cutter is connected with the first roller, the second transverse cutter is connected with the second roller at the joint of the lower cutter shaft (3) and the upper cutter shaft (2), the adjacent first transverse cutter, the outer longitudinal cutter (11) and the middle longitudinal cutter (12) enclose to form the shape of a cut finished product, and the adjacent second transverse cutter, the outer longitudinal cutter (11) and the middle longitudinal cutter (12) enclose to form the shape of the cut finished product.
