4. The adjustment mechanism of claim 1, further comprising an adjustment assembly comprising:
the adjusting fixing block is connected with the mounting seat or the adjusting seat;
the first adjusting piece is rotatably arranged on the adjusting fixed block, and one end of the first adjusting piece is in threaded connection with the adjusting block.
