A VOCs processing system with pretreatment, zeolite turning wheels and RTO, comprising a master control machine, characterized in that: the main control machine is connected with a pretreatment device, a waste gas treatment device and a heat accumulating type oxidation furnace through serial communication lines, the output end of the pretreatment device is connected to the input end of the waste gas treatment device, the output end of the waste gas treatment device is connected to the input end of the heat accumulating type oxidation furnace, an organic matter detector is further arranged on the output end of the heat accumulating type oxidation furnace, three return pipes are fixedly arranged on the output end of the heat accumulating type oxidation furnace, the three return pipes are respectively connected to the pretreatment device, the waste gas treatment device and the input end of the heat accumulating type oxidation furnace, and the communication states of the return pipe pretreatment device, the waste gas treatment device and the input end of the heat accumulating type oxidation furnace are controlled through valves.

A system for treating VOCs with pretreatment, zeolite rotor and RTO as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the pretreatment device is also provided with an air inducing device, the air inducing device comprises an air pipe and a fan, the air pipe is connected with the fan and an air inlet of the air treatment device, and the fan provides air flowing power for the mechanical air exhaust system.

A system for treating VOCs with pretreatment, zeolite rotor and RTO according to claim 3, wherein: the output of fan is connected with the spray column, the output of spray column is connected with dehumidification filter, dehumidification filter's output is connected with the heat exchanger, and in the waste gas that has handled through fan and converter sent into the spray column, the waste gas after having handled through the spray column was carried dehumidification filter, with the heat exchanger setting around dehumidification filter and spray column, the waste gas after the processing in the heat exchanger absorbs the heat from the waste gas of dehumidification filter and spray column.

A system for treating VOCs with pretreatment, zeolite rotor and RTO as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the zeolite molecular sieve rotating wheel is divided into three functional areas of an adsorption area, a desorption area and a cooling area, and each area is separated by a heat-resistant and solvent-resistant sealing material.
6. A system for treating VOCs with pretreatment, zeolite rotor and RTO as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the zeolite molecular sieve rotating wheel also comprises a temperature controller, a gas supply device and a dust filter.
