3. The multi-function reversible armrest as claimed in claim 1, wherein said telescopic rod has a plurality of limiting holes, and said upper armrest frame has a limiting pin inserted into said limiting holes.

4. The convertible multi-function armrest of claim 1, wherein the armrest pad is provided as a leather.

5. The multi-function reversible armrest of claim 1, wherein said upper end of said carrying handle has a curvature, and said curvature fits said upper armrest frame.
