Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Example embodiments may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the examples set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The described features, structures, or characteristics may be combined in any suitable manner in one or more embodiments.
Furthermore, the drawings are merely schematic illustrations of embodiments of the disclosure and are not necessarily drawn to scale. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar parts, and thus their repetitive description will be omitted. Some of the block diagrams shown in the figures are functional entities and do not necessarily correspond to physically or logically separate entities.
In this exemplary embodiment, a mop press device is first provided. Referring to fig. 1 to 2, the mop press device may include a press bracket 10, a press 20, and a first wiper blade 30; wherein the pressing bracket 10 includes a pressing port 101 through which the flat mop passes. A squeezer 20 is disposed in the squeezing opening 101 for squeezing wipes from a flat mop head. The first wiper blade 30 is disposed on the side of the pressing opening 101 of the pressing bracket 10, and is opposite to the pressing device 20, so as to perform a water absorption and/or wiping process on the back surface of the flat mop head.
Through the mop squeezing device of the above example, the back of the mop head can be subjected to water absorption and/or scraping treatment while cleaning or scraping the wiping matter, so that the cleaning and water squeezing effects of the flat mop are greatly improved to a certain extent.
Hereinafter, each part of the above-described mop press device in this exemplary embodiment will be described in more detail with reference to fig. 1 to 9.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first wiper blade 30, i.e., the back wiper blade, is disposed on the side of the pressing opening 101 of the pressing bracket 10 and opposite to the pressing device 20 for performing a water absorption and/or wiping process on the back of the flat mop head.
Exemplarily, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 3, the first wiper plate 30 includes a rotating shaft 301 and a wiper portion 302. The rotating shaft 301 is rotatably disposed on the pressing bracket 10. The water scraping part 302 is connected with the rotating shaft 301 and is provided with a groove 321 matched with the shape of the flat mop.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the wiper portion 302 is located below the extrusion port 101, and may include a first sub-wiper portion 3021 and a second sub-wiper portion 3022, and a gap 3023 is formed between the first sub-wiper portion 3021 and the second sub-wiper portion 3022. Therefore, the gap 2023 can be pushed open when the mop rod is inserted, and the two sub water scraping parts can wrap at least part or all of the back plate of the mop head, so that a better water removing effect is achieved.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the water scraping portion 302 may be made of a water-absorbing material, such as a sponge or other material with better water absorption. Therefore, water in gaps on the mop head back plate can be effectively absorbed and scraped, and a better water removing effect on the back surface of the mop head is further achieved.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 4 to 7, the extruder 20 includes a box 201 and at least two second wiper blades 202; wherein, an opening is formed on one side of the box body 201, and the box body 201 is disposed on the extrusion support 10 and the opening is located on the side of the extrusion opening 101. At least two second wiper blades 202 are rotatably disposed in the case 201, and at least a portion of the second wiper blades 202 extends from the opening when rotating, so as to be pressed and slid against the wiper.
Illustratively, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, both ends of each second wiper blade 202 include a rotating shaft 2021, and both sides of the inner wall of the box 201 have a shaft hole 2011 adapted to the rotating shaft 2021.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second scraping plates 202 are sequentially distributed in the box body 201 from top to bottom, and a baffle 203, for example, a horizontally arranged baffle 203, is disposed above each second scraping plate 202 in the box body 201. When wiping and wiping are carried out, when the mop is lifted up, the second wiping plate 202 runs to a certain position and is blocked by the baffle plate 203, and the second wiping plate does not move upwards any more, so that the state of being vertical to the wiping object can be maintained, and effective wiping can be carried out.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the disclosure, a protrusion 2022, such as a boss, is disposed on a surface of each second wiper plate 202, so as to prevent the upper and lower second wiper plates 202 from being sealed, and improve the dewatering effect.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the disclosure, an elastic arm 2023, such as an elastic arm made of rubber, is disposed at a rear portion of each second wiper 202, a hole 2012 for the elastic arm 2023 to extend out is disposed at a rear portion of the box 201, and a locking portion 2013 for locking a portion of the elastic arm 2023 extending out of the hole is disposed on an outer wall of the rear portion of the box 201. The locking portion 2013 may be, for example, a boss structure located below the spring arm 2023, and the spring arm 2023 may be pulled down below the boss structure and caught (not shown). With the arrangement, after the elastic arm 2023 is clamped, the second wiper blade 202 is clamped, and the elastic arm made of the elastic material can easily move downwards in the process of descending the mop, so that labor is saved.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 8 to 9, the pressing device may further include at least one roller 40 disposed at a side wall of the pressing opening 101. In the present embodiment, two rollers are provided, but not limited thereto. This gyro wheel 40 can let more smooth and easy the inserting or extracting of mop pole, and can play limiting displacement, guarantees wiper and second wiper blade in close contact with, improves crowded clean effect.
