The driving mechanism 13 is a driving disk 131 installed on the upper fixing base 11 and driven by a motor (not shown) controlled by the beverage brewing device 1, and the driving disk 131 drives the upper fixing base 12 to rotate relative to the fixing bases (11, 15) through a driving lug 122 connected to the upper fixing base 12, so that the brewing containers 14 can move (rotate) relative to the fixing bases (11, 15) along with the upper fixing base 12 on a circulating path 19 (i.e. a circular path that rotates with the center of the arrangement of the four brewing containers 14 as an axis).
In the present disclosure, there is no limitation on the shapes and matching manners of the driving disc 131 and the driving protrusion 122, and any conventional driving component can be used; in this embodiment, the driving disc 131 is provided with two convex columns 131a located at opposite sides, and an arc protrusion 131b symmetrical to the center of the rotating disc is disposed between the two convex columns 131 a; the driving protrusion 122 is provided with four sliding grooves 122a corresponding to the equal convex columns 131a and being symmetrical to each other in a radial manner, and an arc recess 122b located between the two sliding grooves 122a and corresponding to the arc protrusion 131 b.
Referring to fig. 4 (for convenience of illustration, the driving lug 122 is not drawn), the circulation path 19 sequentially has a brewing area 191, a discharging area 192 and a cleaning area 193 according to the actions of the brewing container 14 cooperating with the external device 2, and the brewing container 14 passes through the cleaning area 193 along the brewing path and then enters the brewing area 191 again; in the present embodiment, the brewing area 191 includes a feeding area 191a and a filling area 191b (i.e. the position of the brewing container 14 when filled with the material of the beverage is in a different area from the position of the brewing material).
The actuating mechanism 17 is connected to the lower fixed base 15 and includes a first actuating member 17a and a second actuating member 17b, when the brewing container 14 rotates with the upper fixed tray 12 relative to the lower fixed base 15, the cover 141 contacts and pushes against the actuating members (17a, 17b) at different areas of the circulation path 19 to move, so that the first opening 14d is alternately switched between an open state 32 not closed by the cover 141 and a closed state 33 closed by the cover 141 (see the following description).
The upper fixing base 11 is connected to the setting parts 110 of the external devices 2 at positions corresponding to the through holes 121, and according to the different connected external devices 2, a cleaning part 111 provided with a cleaning pipe 111a for connecting the cleaning mechanism 2c and an outlet pipe 111b for connecting the gas injection mechanism 2d, a material inlet part 112 provided with a material inlet pipe 112a for connecting the material inlet mechanism 2a, a brewing part 113 provided with a water outlet pipe 113a for connecting the liquid injection mechanism 2b, and a material outlet part (not shown in the figure) between the brewing part 113 and the cleaning part 111 are formed on the upper fixing base 11 in sequence, and the positions of the cleaning part 111, the material inlet part 112, the brewing part 113, and the material outlet part correspond to the cleaning area of the circulation path 19, A feeding region 191, a liquid injection region 191b, and a discharging region 192; the lower fixing disk 16 is connected to the lower fixing base 15 and can rotate with the upper fixing disk 12 when the upper fixing disk 12 is driven by the driving disk 131.
Thus, after the brewing container 14 is driven by the driving disk 131 to rotate relative to the upper fixed base 11 and the lower fixed base 15, the brewing container is connected to different external devices 2 at different positions in a matching manner for feeding, brewing, discharging and cleaning.
In order to perform the brewing and discharging operations, the brewing container 14 must be opened or closed at different positions by the cover 141. Referring to fig. 2A and fig. 5A to 5D, the cover 141 has a disc-shaped main body 141a and an extending portion 141b extending from the main body 141a, the cover 141 is connected to the first opening 14D through a connecting shaft 145 connected to the extending portion 141b, and can rotate around the connecting shaft 145, so that the main body 141a covers the first opening 14D; in this embodiment, a rotating spring 145a is further disposed at the connecting shaft 145, so that the cover 141 is away from the first opening 14d by the rotating spring 145a when not being stacked.
Although it is not limited how the cover 141 operates to open or close the first opening 14d, in this embodiment, the connecting shaft 145 is disposed perpendicular to the axis of the brewing container 14 and is located away from the rotation axis 123 of the upper fixed tray 12, so that the sectional area of the brewing container 14 projected on the upper fixed tray 12 is not greatly increased when the cover 141 is away from the first opening 14 d.
Referring to fig. 5A to 5D, in this embodiment, in order to correspond to impurities (such as leaves of tea leaves) contained in the beverage raw material, a second opening 142 is formed on the body 141a of the sealing cover 141 and can communicate the accommodating space 14a with the outside when the sealing cover 141 covers the first opening 14D, a filtering member 143 is disposed at a side of the second opening 142 close to the accommodating space 14a, the filtering member 143 is a bowl-shaped filtering member 143 extending toward the accommodating space 14a, and a plurality of holes 142D are disposed on a wall surface of a side edge of the bowl-shaped filtering member to filter the beverage, so as to ensure that no solid impurities with a large volume are mixed in the beverage when discharging.
As shown in fig. 5B to 5D, since the accommodating space 14a must be closed when the beverage is brewed, a stopper 144 for closing the second opening 142 is further formed inside the second opening 142, the stopper 144 includes a baffle 144a, a pushing protrusion 144B and a spring 144D for returning, the pushing protrusion 144B is installed in a hole 142D of an extending arm 142c of the body 141a in front of the second opening 142, and clamps the baffle 144a together with the spring 144D from two sides; as shown in the figure, the pushing and abutting bump 144b forms a third pushing and abutting portion 144e at an end away from the brewing container 14, and when the third pushing and abutting portion 144e is not stacked, the front end of the third pushing and abutting portion 144e protrudes from a second pushing and abutting portion 142 disposed on the body 141 a.
As shown in the figure, when the stopper 144 is subjected to an external force in the direction toward the filter element 143, the pushing projection 144b pushes the baffle 144a, so that the baffle 144a is away from the extension arm 142c, and a neck 142a in the second opening 142 is combined with the baffle 144a to close the second opening 142; when the stopper 144 is not subjected to an external force, the spring 144d pushes against the baffle 144a, so that a gap 142b is formed between the baffle 144a and the neck 142a to allow the beverage to pass through; when the cover 141 closes the first opening 14d and opens the second opening 142, the beverage in the accommodating space 14a can leave the brewing container 14 through the second opening 142 after filtering impurities by the filter 143.
A flange 144c is formed on the pushing protrusion 144b, and the flange 144c is used for pushing the extending arm 142c when the pushing protrusion 144b is driven by the spring 144d to push towards the extending arm 142c, so as to prevent the pushing protrusion 144b from separating from the body 141 a.
To illustrate how the actuating mechanism 17 drives the cover 141 to operate, please refer to fig. 2A, fig. 2B, fig. 4, and fig. 6A to fig. 6G. Referring to fig. 2A and 2B, the lower fixing base 15 includes a first base plate 15a connected to the lower fixing tray 16 and a second base plate 15B located below the first base plate 15a, the first actuating member 17a is a slide rail 171 disposed on the first base plate 15a, the slide rail 171 is disposed on the first base plate 15a along the circulating path 19, and is formed with a first notch 172 and an inclined portion 173 having a second height 175 changed from a first height 174 to a second height 175 greater than the first height 174; the second actuating member 17b is a pushing plate 176, the pushing plate 176 is formed with a hollow portion 177, and the rest forms a pushing plane 176a under the circulating path 19, and the pushing plane 176a is provided with a second gap 176b corresponding to the discharging area 192.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6A, when the brewing container 14 moves on the circulation path 19 to the position a (fig. 6A) of the cleaning area 193 in fig. 4, because the cover 141 is located at the hollow portion 177 and the cover 141 is separated from the cover 141 due to the insufficient height of the inclined portion 173 of the slide rail 171, the cover 141 and the actuating mechanism 17 are separated from each other and are away from the first opening 14d under the action of the rotating spring 145a and gravity to assume the open state 32; thereby, in this position, when the driving mechanism 13 drives the brewing container 14 to move to the cleaning zone 193 and activates the cleaning mechanism 2c and the gas injection mechanism 2d, the beverage and material remnants remaining in the brewing container 14 can directly leave the brewing container 14 through the first opening 14 d.
Referring to fig. 6B, when the brewing container 14 moves on the circulating path 19 from the position a corresponding to fig. 6A to the position B corresponding to fig. 6B, since the sliding rail 171 gradually changes from the first height 174 to the second height 175, at the position of fig. 6B, the sliding rail 171 can be stacked on the cover 141, and a first abutting portion 146 located at one end of the extending portion 141B makes the cover 141 approach to the first opening 14 d; when the cover 141 moves relative to the slide rail 171, the cover 141 gradually moves toward the first opening 14d due to the height change of the slide rail 171, and then the state shown in fig. 6C is assumed in which the cover 141 covers the first opening 14 d.
As mentioned above with respect to the stopper 144 of the cover 141, when the brewing container 14 moves to the position C corresponding to fig. 6C, the stopper 144 does not contact the abutting plate 176, so that the cover 141 in the position of fig. 6C is in a state of covering the first opening 14d, but the second opening 142 is kept open; as can be seen in fig. 6C, when the brewing container 14 is located in the feeding area 191a of the corresponding position C, the cover 141 covers and closes the first opening 14d, and the cover 141 is provided with the filter 143, so that the brewing material of the beverage from the feeding mechanism 2a can still be held in the brewing container 14.
As can be seen from the state diagram of fig. 6B, in the embodiment that only the cover 141 is moved to open or close the first opening 14d, the height of the slide rail 171 only needs to be changed, and the cover 141 does not need to be separated from the slide rail 171 as one of the actuating mechanisms 17, so that the same effect can be achieved.
In addition, since the position of the actuating mechanism 17 against the cover 141 is not limited, and the cover 141 covers the first opening 14d when not being pressed, in an embodiment where the cover 141 is acted by the rotating spring 145a and covers the first opening 14d when not being acted by the actuating mechanism 17, the position of the sliding rail 171 can be changed to the position of the extending portion 141b away from the connecting shaft 145 and the body 141a when being pressed against the lower portion of the cover 141 to open the first opening 14 d.
Referring to fig. 6D, when the brewing container 14 continues to move along the circulating path 19 and reaches the edge of the hollow portion 177, the abutting block 144b contacts the abutting plane 176a and is abutted by the abutting plate 176, so that the stopper 144 moves toward the brewing container 14, and the second opening 142 is closed, and thus, when the brewing container 14 moves to the brewing area 191 of fig. 6E, even if the liquid injection mechanism 2b is actuated, the first opening 14D and the second opening 142 are closed at the same time (33, 33a), so that the brewed beverage cannot leave the brewing container 14; in order to help the stopper 144 move smoothly, a guiding inclined surface 177a is further disposed at an edge of the hollow portion 177.
Additionally, the size and the position of the hollow portion 177 are not limited, so in an embodiment, the range of the hollow portion 177 may be only located at the position of the cleaning region 193, so that the second opening 142 is also in the closed state 33a to correspond to the powdered beverage material during feeding.
Referring to fig. 4 and 6D to 6F, after the brewing container 14 passes through the circulation path 19 to the position shown in fig. 6D, the second abutting portion 142e directly contacts the abutting plate 176, so that the cover 141 passes through the position shown in fig. 6D and is also abutted by the abutting plate 176 to cover the first opening 14D, and even when the brewing container moves to the position F corresponding to fig. 6F and located in the first notch 172 of the slide rail 171, the cover 141 is abutted by the abutting plate 176 to maintain the state of covering the first opening 14D.
Referring to fig. 6G, when the brewing container 14 moves to the position G corresponding to fig. 6G in fig. 4, as shown in the figure, since the second notch 176b is disposed on the abutting plane 176a, and the second notch 176b is smaller than the diameter of the sealing cover 141 but larger than the size of the stopper 144, when the sealing cover 141 is located at the position of fig. 6G, the first opening 14D is in the closed state 33, but the second opening 142 is in the open state 32a under the action of the spring 144D, so that the brewed beverage flows into the container of the beverage through the second opening 142 and the second notch 176b (not shown).
Next, referring to fig. 4, 6A and 6G, when the brewing container 14 moves from the position to the position of fig. 6A along the circulation path 19, the cover 141 will return to the hollow area, and the cover 141 is separated from the actuating members (17a, 17b) and away from the first opening 14d due to the insufficient height of the sliding rail 171.
As can be seen from the above description, the beverage brewing device 1 of the present invention can only change the brewing container 14 between the sealing state and the opening state in the semi-opening state in which the liquid flows out only by the relative displacement between the brewing container 14 and the actuating member, without using additional components; in the embodiment, since a plurality of brewing containers 14 and the related positions (such as the cleaning region 193) for performing different operations are provided, different operations can be performed in different brewing containers 14 at the same time.
Although the inlet pipe 112a and the outlet pipe 113a are located at different positions in this embodiment, and different operations are performed in different times, in other embodiments of the present invention, such as an embodiment with only three brewing containers 14, two components (112a, 113a) may be disposed at the same position, and the operations may be performed only by changing the operation sequence of the corresponding external devices 2, or both operations may be performed simultaneously.
In addition, the present invention does not limit how the actuating mechanism 17 and the brewing container 14 are relatively displaced, so in other embodiments, the position of the brewing container 14 may be fixed instead, and the actuating mechanism 17 with changeable position may be provided (for example, the actuating mechanism 17 is mounted on a ring which can rotate relative to the fixed bases (11, 15) and the brewing container 14) to brew beverages.
Although the present invention is not limited in the present invention, in the above embodiment, the electric control component (driving disk 131) for driving is installed at the upper fixing base 11, and the liquid injection device as the external device 2 inputs liquid after passing through the upper fixing base 11, so that all the parts below the upper fixing base 11 do not have the electric control component, and various influences on the electric control component when liquid leaks can be prevented.
Finally, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 7A to 7C, the detailed structure of the external device 2 is not limited to the detailed type of the external device 2, so in different embodiments, the gas injection mechanism 2d, the liquid injection mechanism 2b, the cleaning mechanism 2C, and the material feeding mechanism 2a may all be implemented by using existing equipment, but in this embodiment, the liquid injection mechanism 2b is preferably an equipment capable of injecting water flow mixed with bubbles; in other examples, the liquid injection mechanism 2b and the cleaning mechanism 2c may be the same device connected to the cleaning pipe 111a and the water outlet pipe 113a at the same time; the gas injection mechanism 2d is disposed on the brewing portion 113 and the cleaning portion 111 at the same time, or disposed on the lower fixed base 15 corresponding to the brewing portion 113, and injects gas from the lower end of the brewing container 14 through a one-way valve disposed on the cover 141 to help mixing liquid and beverage material.
In this embodiment, the feeding mechanism 2a is provided with a fixing frame 21 for communicating with the input end 14b of the brewing container 14, and two feeding mechanisms 2a installed on the raw material barrel 22 of the fixing frame 21.
As shown in fig. 7A to 7C, in the present example, the fixing frame 21 includes: a collecting barrel 211 leading to the brewing container 14, two feeders 212 located above the collecting barrel 211, a guide part 213 connecting the feeders 212 and having a tapered shape, the guide part 213 being connected to a stopper 214, the stopper 214 having a mounting opening 214a for mounting the raw material barrel 22, a retainer 214b (convex point) located at one side of the mounting opening 214a, and a rail 214c formed by an edge of a plate having a thickness.
The raw material barrel 22 has a discharge opening 221 at one side of the barrel body and a moving member 222 (in this embodiment, a flat plate) for closing or opening the discharge opening 221 by moving, and the moving member 222 is provided with a groove 223 capable of connecting to the fastening member 214 b.
To prevent leakage of the beverage material during transport, the material container 22 initially assumes a closed configuration 34 during assembly; as shown in the figure, when the raw material barrel 22 is assembled to the fixed frame 21, first, the groove 223 on the moving member 222 is connected to the locking member 214b and connected to the rail 214c, then the raw material barrel 22 and the guiding portion 213 are relatively moved by moving the raw material barrel 22 along the rail 214c, the moving member 222 and the barrel body of the raw material barrel 22 are relatively moved to gradually open the discharging opening 221 to communicate with the mounting opening, and the beverage raw material in the raw material barrel 22 enters the brewing container 14 through the guiding portion 213, the feeder 212 and the collecting barrel 211 via the feeding pipe 112 a; on the contrary, when the raw material barrel 22 needs to be replaced temporarily, the raw material barrel 22 can be closed without human hands contacting the moving member 222 by only moving the raw material barrel 22 along the rail 214c, so as to ensure sanitation.
In addition, as can be seen from the figure, by providing the discharge opening 221 on one side of the barrel body of the raw material barrel 22 and making the width of the guide portion 213 be equal to the width of the raw material barrel 22, the discharge opening 221 is not completely opened when the center of the raw material barrel 22 is shifted from the guide portion 213 during installation.
Regarding the control of the raw material, in this embodiment, the feeder 212 has a conveying channel 212a, and the conveying channel 212a is internally provided with a helical blade 212c driven by a feeding motor 212b of the feeder 212, and the amount of rotation of the helical blade surface, and thus the amount of the raw material leaving the feeder 212, can be controlled by the feeding motor 212 b; in addition, since the collecting barrel 211 is provided with a plurality of sets of the feeders 212 and the raw material barrels 22, the feeding mechanism 2a can change the amount and type of the raw materials of the beverage entering the brewing container 14 by controlling the operation of the feeders 212, and even can control different feeders 212 to provide a mixture of a plurality of raw materials of the beverage into the brewing container 14.
The foregoing description and examples are exemplary only, and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention in any way. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and that such changes and modifications are intended to be included within the scope of the invention.
