As shown in fig. 1 to 7, an express delivery cabinet of an embodiment includes a cabinet body 1, a light box and a light box door unlocking mechanism 2, at least one grid is arranged in the cabinet body 1, and an electronic lock is correspondingly arranged on a grid door of each grid; the lamp box is arranged at the top of the cabinet body 1, a lamp box door 3 of the lamp box is rotatably connected with the cabinet body 1, and an emergency unlocking device for unlocking the electronic lock is arranged in the lamp box; the lamp house door release mechanism 2 is used for opening the lamp house door 3 of lamp house, this lamp house door release mechanism 2 includes electric control lock 28, mechanical lock 23, handle 25 and pull rod 22, handle 25 and electric control lock 28 set up in the lamp house, mechanical lock 23 sets up on lamp house door 3, mechanical lock 23 includes rotatable spring bolt 231, the one end and the spring bolt 231 butt of handle 25, the other end is connected with pull rod 22, spring bolt 231 can stir handle 25 through the rotation and rotate and move and trigger electric control lock 28 in order to open lamp house door 3 in order to drive the pull rod 22.

As shown in fig. 2, emergent unlocking means includes emergent pull rod 4, and emergent pull rod 4 is connected with all check mouth electronic locks, and the accessible loosens the screw that does not take off of emergent pull rod 4 the inside under the emergency state, moves up emergent pull rod 4, triggers check mouth electronic lock in order to open all check mouth doors, realizes opening check mouth door fast under the emergency state, and maintainer need not to carry a large amount of keys to go the scene, has improved maintainer's maintenance efficiency, saves time.
As shown in fig. 5, the light box door 3 includes a main body 31, a mounting plate 32, a latch hook 33, a lamp panel 34, and a lamp cover 35. Wherein, main part 31 rotates with the cabinet body 1 to be connected, can open lamp chamber door 3 through upset main part 31, exposes emergent unlocking device, realizes opening under the emergency state bin gate electronic lock. Alternatively, the lamp housing 35 may be a light-transmissive acrylic plate, and the acrylic plate may be fastened to the body 31 by upper and lower pressing bars.
As shown in fig. 3, when the lamp box door 3 is opened and closed, the sealing strip 6 arranged on the waterproof hem 15 on the cabinet body is extruded through the waterproof hem 313 on the lamp box and the waterproof hems on the two sides, so that the waterproof effect is achieved; the bottom of the lamp box door 3 achieves the waterproof purpose through corresponding bending structures (the lower waterproof folding edge 314 of the lamp box and the lower waterproof folding edge 16 of the cabinet body).
Optionally, as shown in fig. 6, the light box door unlocking mechanism 2 further includes a cover plate 21, the cover plate 21 is fixed on the cabinet 1, and the pull rod 22 is slidably disposed on the cover plate 21. Alternatively, as shown in fig. 4, the cover 21 may be secured to the top deck 17 of the cabinet 1 by fasteners 7. As shown in fig. 6, the cover plate 21 is provided with a wire-passing protective sleeve 37 for passing and fastening the power wire of the power control lock 28.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, a toggle hole is formed in the pull rod 22, the handle 25 includes a trigger portion 251 and a toggle portion 252, the toggle portion 252 is inserted into the toggle hole, and the latch 231 can be pressed on the trigger portion 251 to enable the toggle portion 252 to drive the pull rod 22 to move.
Further, the light box door unlocking mechanism 2 further comprises a handle return spring 26, one end of the handle return spring 26 is fixed on the cover plate 21, the other end of the handle return spring 26 is connected with the handle 25, and the handle 25 can be automatically reset by the handle return spring 26. Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, a first mounting post 212 is fixedly connected to the cover plate 21, one end of the handle return spring 26 is connected to the first mounting post 212, and the other end is connected to the handle 25.
In some embodiments, the light box door unlocking mechanism 2 further includes a mounting shaft 29, the mounting shaft 29 is fixed on the cover plate 21, the handle 25 is rotatably sleeved on the mounting shaft 29, and the toggle portion 252 and the trigger portion 251 are respectively located on two sides of the mounting shaft 29. The handle 25 can be ensured to work reliably by providing the mounting shaft 29, and when the bolt 231 rotates, the handle 25 will be rotated around the mounting shaft 29 to drive the pull rod 22 to move and trigger the electric control lock 28 to open the light box door 3.
Further, the end of the mounting shaft 29 is provided with a stopper to prevent the handle 25 from disengaging from the mounting shaft 29.
As shown in fig. 6, in some embodiments, the light box door unlocking mechanism 2 further includes a pull rod return spring 24, one end of the pull rod return spring 24 is fixed on the cover plate 21, and the other end is connected to the pull rod 22, and the pull rod 22 can be returned under the elastic force of the pull rod return spring 24 itself. Specifically, a waist-shaped mounting hole 223 is formed in the pull rod 22, the pull rod return spring 24 is disposed in the waist-shaped mounting hole 223, the length direction of the pull rod return spring 24 is the same as that of the waist-shaped mounting hole 223, the cover plate 21 is fixedly connected with a second mounting column 213, the second mounting column 213 is arranged in the waist-shaped mounting hole 223 in a penetrating manner, one end of the pull rod return spring 24 is connected with the pull rod 22, and the other end of the pull rod return spring is connected with the second mounting column 213.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, in some embodiments, the electrically controlled lock 28 includes an electrically controlled lock body 282 and an emergency lever 281, the electrically controlled lock body 282 is fixed on the cover plate 21, and the pull rod 22 is provided with a toggle slot, and a slot wall of the toggle slot can toggle the emergency lever 281 to trigger the electrically controlled lock body 282 to unlock. For example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the pull rod 22 is horizontally disposed, the number of the electric control locks 28 is two, the two electric control locks 28 are horizontally disposed on the cover plate 21 and are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the pull rod 22, and the structure in which the electric control locks 28 are horizontally disposed enables the light box door unlocking mechanism 2 to be applicable to the occasions with limited height and narrow space.
As shown in fig. 7, the electrically controlled lock body 282 is connected with an elastic post rod 283, when the light box door 3 is closed, the elastic post rod 283 is in a compressed state, and when the light box door 3 is unlocked, the elastic restoring force of the elastic post rod 283 will spring the light box door 3. Optionally, the number of the electric control locks 28 is at least one, preferably more than two, and the elastic push rods 283 of the more than two electric control locks 28 can better spring the lamp box door 3.
As shown in fig. 7, in some embodiments, the light box door unlocking mechanism 2 further includes a limiting post 222, the pull rod 22 is provided with a limiting hole 221 along the length direction thereof, and the limiting post 222 penetrates through the limiting hole 221 to slidably dispose the pull rod 22 on the cover plate 21. The accuracy of the motion track of the pull rod 22 can be ensured by the matching of the limiting column 222 and the limiting hole 221, so that the working reliability is improved. Specifically, in the embodiment shown in fig. 7, the position-limiting column 222 is a screw, the screw is in threaded connection with the cover plate 21, and the nut of the screw can ensure the matching relationship between the position-limiting column 222 and the position-limiting hole 221, so as to prevent the pull rod 22 from being separated from the cover plate 21. When the mechanical lock 23 is turned to drive the bolt 231 to rotate and press the handle 25, the handle 25 rotates, the toggle part 252 of the handle 25 toggles the pull rod 22, so that the pull rod 22 slides along the limiting hole 221, and toggles the emergency lever 281 of the electric control lock 28, thereby triggering the electric control lock 28 to enable the electric control lock 28 to release the latch hook 33, and opening the light box door 3.
As shown in fig. 5, the mechanical lock 23 further includes a latch bolt return spring 232 and a mechanical lock body 233, the mechanical lock body 233 is disposed on the light box door 3, one end of the latch bolt return spring 232 is fixed on the light box door 3, and the other end is connected to the latch bolt 231, so that the latch bolt 231 can be reset under the elastic force of the latch bolt return spring 232 itself. Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, the latch return spring 232 is mounted on the lightbox door 3 by a spring mounting bracket 312.
