The present disclosure relates to a base assembly for a tool-less removal button.
Background
In the prior art, the design of base assemblies for mounting buttons from schneider is based on tool disassembly. For example, tools such as a screwdriver are required for disassembly. This removal is not very convenient for the customer and the use of a screwdriver does not easily control the operating force and can easily result in breakage of the base assembly (e.g., base). Therefore, client complaints about inconvenience of detachment are often received.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
To address the above-mentioned deficiencies in the prior art, the present disclosure provides a base assembly for a tool-less removal of a button mounted on the base assembly.
The base component comprises a base main body, a push rod and a clamp spring.
The push rod moves relative to the base body between a first position and a second position.
In the first position, the push rod is held in the base body by the snap spring and the clamping force of the snap spring secures the button in the base body.
When the push rod is pressed to enable the push rod to move to the second position, the push rod presses the clamp spring to enable the clamp spring to be opened, and then the button can be separated from the base body.
According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a base aperture is provided on the base body.
The button is fixed in the base opening through the clamping force of the clamp spring.

Detailed Description
Embodiments according to the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The present disclosure provides a base assembly for a tool-less removal of a button 1, the button 1 being mounted on the base assembly.
As shown in fig. 1, the base assembly includes a base body 2, a push rod 3, and a clamp spring 4.
The push rod 4 moves relative to the base body 2 between a first position (as shown in fig. 2, 3 and 6) and a second position (as shown in fig. 4 and 5).
In the first position, the push rod 3 is held in the base body 2 by the snap spring 4 and the clamping force of the snap spring 4 secures the push button 1 in the base body 2, as shown in fig. 3.
When the push rod 3 is pressed to move the push rod 3 to the second position, the push rod 3 presses the snap spring 4 to open the snap spring 4, so that the button 1 can be separated from the base body 2, as shown in fig. 4 and 5.
According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a base opening 2-1 is provided on the base body 2.
The button 1 is fixed in the base opening 2-1 by the clamping force of the clamp spring 4.
According to the above-mentioned embodiment of the present disclosure, a base guide groove 2-2 is further provided on the base main body 2.
The push rod 3 slides in the base guide groove 2-2 and is guided by the base guide groove 2-2, so that the push rod 3 moves between the first position and the second position.
According to the above-mentioned respective embodiments of the present disclosure, a first fitting portion 2-3 and a second fitting portion 2-4 are further provided on the base main body 2.
The first matching part 2-3 and the second matching part 2-4 are respectively positioned at two sides of the base opening 2-1.
A first end 4-1 of the clip spring 4 is fitted on the first fitting part 2-3 and a second end 4-2 of the clip spring 4 is fitted in the second fitting part 2-4, and a part of the first end 4-1 of the clip spring 4 is also inserted in the base guide groove 2-2, thereby firmly holding the clip spring 4 on the base body 2.
The second mating portions 2-4 are in the form of pairs of hook-shaped elements.
According to the above embodiments of the present disclosure, the clamp spring 4 is substantially U-shaped and has elasticity. The latch spring 4 is made of an elongated metal material.
The first end 4-1 of the clip 4 has a pair of clip insertion portions 4-1-1 inclined toward each other, the clip insertion portions 4-1-1 being inserted in the base guide groove 2-2.
The first end 4-1 of the clamp spring 4 is also provided with a pair of clamp spring abutting parts 4-1-2 extending from the clamp spring inserting part 4-1-1, and the clamp spring abutting parts 4-1-2 abut against the first matching parts 2-3.
The snap spring abutting portion 4-1-2 can clamp the button 1 by the clamping force of the snap spring 4 to fix the button 1 in the base opening 2-1.
The second ends 4-2 of the snap springs 4 are connected between the paired snap spring abutting portions 4-1-2.
According to the above-described respective embodiments of the present disclosure, a pair of pushrod grooves 3-1 inclined toward each other are provided on both sides of the pushrod 3.
The end part of the clamp spring inserting part 4-1-1 can slide in the push rod groove 3-1.
When the push rod 3 is pressed to move the push rod 3 to the second position, the push rod groove 3-1 presses the end of the clamp spring insertion part 4-1-1, so that the clamp spring abutting part 4-1-2 is opened, and the clamp spring abutting part 4-1-2 no longer clamps the button 1, so that the button 1 can be removed from the base opening 2-1.
According to the above embodiments of the present disclosure, a first push rod fastener 3-2 and a second push rod fastener 3-3 are respectively disposed at both ends of the push rod 3.
The push rod groove 3-1 is formed between the first push rod catch 3-2 and the second push rod catch 3-3.
When the end of the circlip insertion part 4-1-1 abuts against the first push rod snap 3-2 in the push rod groove 3-1, the extent to which the circlip abutting part 4-1-2 is opened is maximized (as shown in fig. 4 and 5).
When the end of the clamp spring insertion part 4-1-1 abuts against the second push rod buckle 3-3 in the push rod groove 3-1, the degree of opening of the clamp spring abutting part 4-1-2 is minimum.
According to the above embodiments of the present disclosure, the second end 4-2 of the clamp spring 4 is provided with the clamp spring recess 4-2-1.
The circlip recess 4-2-1 is located between the pair of second mating portions 2-4 (as shown in fig. 2).
And a release tool insertion hole 2-5 corresponding to the clamp spring concave part 4-2-1 is formed in the base main body 2.
A release tool such as a screwdriver can be inserted into the release tool insertion hole 2-5 through the snap spring recess 4-2-1.
According to the above embodiments of the present disclosure, a third push rod fastener 3-4 is further disposed on the push rod 3.
In the installation process, when the clamp spring 4 cannot clamp the push rod 3, the third push rod is buckled and matched with the base 2, so that the push rod 3 is kept in the base main body 2. The third push rod buckle 3-4 can also be matched with the base body 2 when the clamp spring 4 is in a stretching state, so that the connection between the push rod 3 and the base body 2 is maintained.
According to the above embodiments of the present disclosure, the button 1 is provided with the annular groove 1-1.
The snap spring abutment portion 4-1-2 can be a clamping fit in the annular groove 1-1, thereby securing the button 1 in the base opening 2-1.
According to the above-described various embodiments of the present disclosure, button stops 2-6 are provided in the base aperture.
The end of the push button 1 can abut against the push button stops 2-6.
According to the above-described embodiments of the present disclosure, the base body 2 is provided with marking openings 2-7, see fig. 8A.
As shown in fig. 8B, the push rod 3 is provided with red marks 3-5, and if the push rod 3 is not pressed to be installed in place, the red marks 3-5 appear at the marked openings 2-7 to prompt the customer to check installation.
According to the above-described respective embodiments of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 9, the position of the push rod 3 is staggered with the position of the second fitting portion 2-4, so that a mounting distance of 30X45mm can be achieved (fig. 9 shows another base assembly).
According to the present disclosure, the pushrod recess 3-1 of the pushrod 3 allows the pushrod 3 to be firmly fixed in the base body 2 by the snap spring 4 in a normal state (as shown in fig. 2).
The third push rod buckle on the push rod 3 makes the push rod 3 be kept in the base main body 2 without loosing when the temporary state such as installation, the unable chucking push rod 3 of jump ring 4.
When the button is in a normal working state (as shown in fig. 3), the clamping force of the clamp spring 4 enables the button 1 to be stably fixed on the base main body 2, so that the button cannot be loosened when being stressed in different directions.
When the button 1 is disassembled, the push rod 3 is pressed to enable the push rod 3 to move downwards (as shown in fig. 4 and 5), the geometric feature (the push rod groove) on the push rod 3 presses the clamp spring 4 to enable the clamp spring 4 to be opened, and therefore the button 1 can be taken out of the clamp spring 4.
If the above components are mounted too tightly, and the customer cannot press the push rod 3 with fingers, the customer can insert the release tool into the release tool insertion hole 2-5 through the snap spring concave portion 4-2-1 by using a screwdriver, so that the snap spring 4 is deformed, and the push button 1 is taken out.
The present disclosure adopts the lever structure as described above, and the pressure by pressing the push rod 3 is converted into the deformation of the snap spring 4. When the pressing force is removed, the clamping force of the clamp spring 4 can restore the push rod 3 (as shown in fig. 6).

the base component comprises a base main body, a push rod and a clamp spring;
the push rod moves between a first position and a second position relative to the base body;
in the first position, the push rod is held in the base body by the snap spring and the clamping force of the snap spring secures the button in the base body;
when the push rod is pressed to enable the push rod to move to the second position, the push rod presses the clamp spring to enable the clamp spring to be opened, and then the button can be separated from the base body.
