Claims (10)

1. Chemical industry reation kettle thick liquid pump mechanical seal washing unit, its characterized in that includes:
the flushing pipeline is arranged on the mechanical sealing element of the slurry pump and is used for circulating flushing liquid and flushing the flushing liquid towards the mechanical sealing element of the slurry pump;
the liquid storage tank is used for storing flushing liquid, is provided with a transfusion pipeline, is communicated with the inlet end of the flushing pipeline and is used for providing the flushing liquid for a mechanical sealing element of the slurry pump;
the main booster pump assembly is used for pumping flushing fluid in the slurry pump and pumping the flushing fluid to the liquid storage tank, and comprises a primary main booster pipeline, a primary main booster pump and a flow regulating valve, wherein the primary main booster pump is arranged on the primary main booster pipeline; one end of the primary main pressurizing pipeline is communicated with the slurry pump, and the other end of the primary main pressurizing pipeline is communicated with the liquid storage tank; the main booster pump assembly further comprises a secondary main booster pipeline, a secondary main booster pump and a flow regulating valve, wherein the secondary main booster pump and the flow regulating valve are arranged on the secondary main booster pipeline; one end of the secondary main pressurizing pipeline is communicated with the slurry pump, and the other end of the secondary main pressurizing pipeline is communicated with the liquid storage tank;
the liquid level control mechanism is used for controlling the liquid level in the liquid storage tank and comprises a controller, a pneumatic interlocking valve and a liquid level meter, wherein the controller, the pneumatic interlocking valve and the liquid level meter are electrically connected with each other; the controller is used for receiving the signals of the liquid level meter and controlling the pneumatic interlocking valve to open and close; and
and the main booster pump electromagnetic valves are respectively arranged on the primary main booster pipeline and the secondary main booster pipeline, and the main booster pump electromagnetic valves are controlled by the controller.

The chemical industry reactor slurry pump mechanical seal flushing device of claim 1, wherein the chemical industry reactor slurry pump mechanical seal flushing device further comprises an auxiliary booster pump assembly for pumping flushing fluid from the slurry pump and pumping the flushing fluid into the liquid storage tank;
the auxiliary booster pump assembly comprises a primary auxiliary booster pipeline, a primary auxiliary booster pump and a flow regulating valve, wherein the primary auxiliary booster pump and the flow regulating valve are arranged on the primary auxiliary booster pipeline; one end of the primary auxiliary pressurizing pipeline is communicated with the slurry pump, and the other end of the primary auxiliary pressurizing pipeline is communicated with the liquid storage tank; the auxiliary booster pump assembly also comprises a secondary auxiliary booster pipeline, a secondary auxiliary booster pump and a flow regulating valve, wherein the secondary auxiliary booster pump and the flow regulating valve are arranged on the secondary auxiliary booster pipeline; one end of the secondary auxiliary pressurizing pipeline is communicated with the slurry pump, and the other end of the secondary auxiliary pressurizing pipeline is communicated with the liquid storage tank;
and the auxiliary booster pump electromagnetic valve is arranged on the first-stage auxiliary booster pipeline and the second-stage auxiliary booster pipeline, and the auxiliary booster pump electromagnetic valve is controlled by the controller.
3. The mechanical seal washing device for the slurry pump of the chemical reaction kettle according to claim 1, wherein a flow indicator, a pressure gauge and a check valve are arranged on the primary main pressurizing pipeline and the secondary main pressurizing pipeline.
4. The mechanical seal washing device for the slurry pump of the chemical reaction kettle according to claim 2, wherein a flow indicator, a pressure gauge and a check valve are arranged on the primary auxiliary pressure pipeline and the secondary auxiliary pressure pipeline.

The mechanical seal flushing device for the slurry pump of the chemical reaction kettle according to claim 1, wherein two pressure channels are respectively arranged on the primary main booster pump and the secondary main booster pump, the two pressure channels on the primary main booster pump are respectively communicated with the primary main booster pipeline, and the two pressure channels on the secondary main booster pump are respectively communicated with the secondary main booster pipeline and are respectively used for generating two different pump pressures.

The mechanical seal flushing device for the slurry pump of the chemical reactor as claimed in claim 2, wherein two pressure channels are provided on the first-stage auxiliary booster pump and the second-stage auxiliary booster pump, the two pressure channels on the first-stage auxiliary booster pump are respectively communicated with the first-stage auxiliary booster pipeline, and the two pressure channels on the second-stage auxiliary booster pump are respectively communicated with the second-stage auxiliary booster pipeline and are respectively used for generating two different pump pressures.

The mechanical seal flushing device for the slurry pump of the chemical reaction kettle according to claim 6, wherein the pressures of the two pressure channels of the primary auxiliary booster pump are respectively 0.8MPa and 0.5MPa, and the pressures of the two pressure channels of the secondary auxiliary booster pump are respectively 1.0MPa and 1.3 MPa.
9. The mechanical seal washing device for the slurry pump of the chemical reaction kettle according to claim 1, wherein an output end of the controller is electrically connected with a display screen, and the display screen is used for receiving and displaying signals of the controller.
10. The mechanical seal flushing device for the slurry pump of the chemical reaction kettle according to claim 1, wherein a drain valve is arranged at the bottom of the liquid storage tank.
