4. The dual layer cup structure of claim 1, wherein the inner cup structure is configured to hold solid foodstuff, and the cup holder portion comprises a plurality of first through holes disposed at a bottom of the cup holder portion.
5. The dual layer cup structure of claim 4, wherein the cup holder further comprises a plurality of second through holes, and wherein the plurality of second through holes are disposed at a side portion of the cup holder.
6. The dual-layered cup structure according to claim 5, wherein the plurality of second through holes are elongated slots and are radially arranged at the side portion with the first through hole as a center.
7. The dual-layer cup structure of claim 6, wherein the plurality of elongated slots have a slot width, and wherein the slot width ranges from 2 mm to 3 mm.
8. The dual-layered cup structure of claim 1, wherein the cup holder portion comprises a plurality of through holes, and the plurality of through holes are uniformly distributed in the cup holder portion.

The dual layer cup structure of claim 1, wherein the second peripheral diameter of the second peripheral portion is greater than or equal to the first peripheral diameter of the first peripheral portion, such that the inner cup structure is captured by the second peripheral portion to the first peripheral portion.

12. The dual layer cup structure of claim 11, wherein the side portion has a curvature, and wherein the curvature is between 35 degrees and 55 degrees.
13. An inner cup structure, comprising:
a peripheral edge portion; and
the cup stand part is formed by downwards extending the peripheral part and used for containing solid foodstuff, and the cup stand part is provided with a through hole, and the aperture of the through hole is smaller than the inner diameter of the solid foodstuff.
14. The inner cup structure of claim 13, wherein the cup holder portion comprises a plurality of first through holes disposed in a bottom portion of the cup holder portion.
15. The inner cup structure of claim 14, wherein the cup holder portion further comprises a plurality of second through holes, and the second through holes are disposed at a side portion of the cup holder portion.
16. The inner cup structure of claim 15, wherein the second through holes are elongated slots and are radially arranged on the side portion with the first through holes as a center.
17. The inner cup structure of claim 16, wherein the plurality of elongated slots have a slot width, and wherein the slot width ranges from 2 mm to 3 mm.
18. The inner cup structure of claim 13, wherein the cup holder portion comprises a plurality of through holes, and the through holes are uniformly distributed in the cup holder portion.
19. The inner cup structure of claim 13, wherein the cup holder portion comprises a bottom portion and a side portion, the peripheral portion being vertically spaced from the bottom portion by a distance of between 35 mm and 55 mm.
20. The inner cup structure of claim 19, wherein the side portion has a curvature, and wherein the curvature is between 35 degrees and 55 degrees.
