Fig. 8 is a schematic diagram showing an inner side surface structure of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present invention, and fig. 9 is a partial enlarged view of a portion B in fig. 8.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, a slot 123 may be disposed on an inner side wall of the air conditioner 1, a clip member 1113 may be disposed on the inner electronic control box 111, and the slot 123 may match with the clip member 1113. In some examples, the air conditioner 1 may have a clip member 1113 on an inner sidewall thereof, and the inner control box 111 may have a clip groove 123 thereon, wherein the clip groove 123 may match with the clip member 1113. Therefore, the positioning and installation of the internal electric control box on the side wall of the air conditioner can be realized through the matching of the clamping piece and the clamping groove.
In addition, in this embodiment, matching threaded holes may be further provided on the inner side wall of the air conditioner 1 and the inner electronic control box 111, and the inner electronic control box 111 is fixedly mounted on the inner side wall of the air conditioner 1 by screws. Therefore, the inner electric control box can be more effectively and conveniently installed on the inner side of the air conditioner.
In addition, in this embodiment, a second buckle (not shown) may be disposed on the main board assembly (not shown), and a second buckle hole 1114 may be disposed at the bottom of the inner electronic control box 111, and the second buckle is matched with the second buckle hole 1114. In some examples, a second clip hole 1114 may be disposed on the main board assembly, and a second clip may be disposed on the bottom of the inner electronic control box 111, and the second clip is matched with the second clip hole 1114. Therefore, the main board assembly can be positioned and installed or disassembled in the inner electric control box through the matching effect of the second buckle and the second buckle hole, so that the overall dismounting process of the air conditioner is simplified.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the number and the arrangement positions of the second snaps and the second snap holes 1114 are not particularly limited. In some examples, the number of the second snap and the second snap hole 1114 may be more than 3, for example, 4, 5, or 6, respectively. In other examples, the second clip and the second clip hole 1114 may be arranged in a triangular structure. In other examples, as shown in fig. 11, the wire connection assembly 15 may further include a wire terminal block 152, a power line wire terminal 153, and a signal line wire terminal 154, wherein the wire terminal block 152, the power line wire terminal 153, and the signal line wire terminal 154 may be disposed on the terminal holder 151. Therefore, the wiring assembly can be installed on the isolation board, and the separation of the wiring assembly and the main board assembly can be realized more conveniently.
In the present embodiment, the manner in which the terminal holder 151 is mounted on the partition plate 1121 is not particularly limited. In some examples, the terminal holder 151 may be mounted on the partition plate 1121 by means of screw fixation. In other examples, as shown in fig. 11, a convex hull 1125 may be further provided on the separation plate 1121, and accordingly, a tab (not shown) for mating with the convex hull 1125 is provided on the terminal holder 151; or, an insert is disposed on the isolation plate 1121, and a convex closure 1125 engaged with the insert is disposed on the terminal support 151, so as to realize the positioning and installation of the terminal support 151 on the isolation plate 1121. In this case, the positioning and installation of the terminal support on the isolation plate can be more conveniently formed through the cooperation of the convex hull and the inserting sheet.
In the present embodiment, the number and the arrangement positions of the convex hulls 1125 and the blades are not particularly limited. In some examples, the convex hulls 1125 and blades can each be more than 2. In other examples, the convex hulls 1125 and the insertion pieces may be disposed on opposite corners of the separation plate 1121 or the terminal holder 151, respectively. Therefore, the positioning and installation of the terminal support on the isolation plate can be realized more conveniently and stably.

Claims (13)

1. An electronic control box assembly, comprising:
the inner electric control box (111) is arranged on the inner side of the air conditioner (1) and is suitable for mounting a main board component of the air conditioner (1);
and the outer electric control box (112) is arranged on the outer side of the air conditioner (1), is communicated with the inner electric control box (111), and is suitable for mounting a wiring assembly (15) of the air conditioner (1).
2. The electrical control box assembly according to claim 1, wherein a side plate opening (121) is opened on a side wall (12) of the air conditioner (1), the outer electrical control box (112) comprises a separation plate (1121) and an outer box cover (1122), wherein,
the partition plate (1121) is installed on the side wall (12) of the air conditioner (1) and is positioned at the side plate opening (121),
the openings of the inner electric control box (111) and the outer box cover (1122) face the side plate opening (121), and the isolation plate (1121) is located between the inner electric control box (111) and the outer box cover (1122).
3. The electronic control box assembly according to claim 2, characterized in that the partition plate (1121) is rotatably connected with the side wall (12) of the air conditioner (1).

The electrical control box assembly according to claim 3, wherein a first snap (122) is provided on the side wall (12) of the air conditioner (1), a first snap hole (1123) is provided on the isolation plate (1121), and the first snap (122) is engaged with the first snap hole (1123) to make the isolation plate (1121) rotatable around the side wall (12) of the air conditioner (1); or a first clamping hole (1123) is formed in the side wall (12) of the air conditioner (1), a first buckle (122) is arranged on the isolation plate (1121), and the first buckle (122) is matched with the first clamping hole (1123) so that the isolation plate (1121) can rotate around the side wall (12) of the air conditioner (1).
5. The electrical control box assembly of claim 4, wherein the first catch (122) comprises a first bent edge (1221) and a second bent edge (1222), wherein,
before the separation plate (1121) rotates, the first clamping hole (1123) is positioned on the first bending edge (1221); after the isolation plate (1121) is rotated, the first clamping hole (1123) is positioned on the second bending edge (1222).

The electronic control box assembly according to claim 1, characterized in that the inner electronic control box (111) comprises a wind guide slope structure (1111), the wind guide slope structure (1111) faces the wind inlet (13) of the air conditioner (1), and the wind guide slope structure (1111) is inclined from one end near the outer electronic control box (112) to one end near the centrifugal fan (14) of the air conditioner (1).
7. The electrical control box assembly as claimed in claim 6, wherein the angle of inclination of the wind guide ramp structure (1111) is 45 ° to 60 °.
8. The electronic control box assembly as claimed in claim 6, wherein the wind guide ramp structure (1111) is provided with heat dissipation holes (1112).

The electrical control box assembly as claimed in claim 11, wherein the isolation plate (1121) is provided with a convex hull (1125), the terminal bracket (151) is provided with a male tab, and the convex hull (1125) is matched with the male tab; or the isolating plate (1121) is provided with an inserting sheet, the terminal support (151) is provided with a convex closure (1125), and the convex closure (1125) is matched with the inserting sheet.
13. An air conditioner characterized by comprising an electric control box assembly (11) according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
