In a preferred embodiment, two first buckles are further arranged above the pedal of the ankle support 5, the first buckles are nylon folding buckles, the wide and hollowed-out vamp is formed by the structure, the comfort level of the training device is improved, and the ankle joint can have a resistance effect when being subjected to plantarflexion and dorsiflexion.
The ankle support 5 further comprises a shank sleeve, two second buckles 12 are arranged on the shank sleeve, the second buckles 12 are nylon folding buckles, and therefore pressure between the shoe body and the shank can be adjusted, and the situation that the lower limbs fall off the ankle fixator or excessive internal and external rotation movement occurs when the knee joint bends and stretches is prevented.
Preferably, the whole ankle support 5 takes the boot as a prototype, and the toe cap, the vamp and the front part extending to the lower leg part are hollowed out and opened, so that the ankle support has good air permeability and containment, and is convenient for observing the blood circulation condition of the affected limb and performing wound cleaning and dressing change operation.
