Referring to fig. 4, the fixing plate 141 has a first vertical plate 231 and a first horizontal plate 232 vertically and fixedly connected to the first vertical plate 231, the first horizontal plate 232 is fixedly provided with a fixing post 233, and the first groove 143 is opened in the first vertical plate 231; the movable plate 142 includes a second vertical plate 241 and a second horizontal plate 242 vertically and fixedly connected to the second vertical plate 241, the second horizontal plate 242 is provided with a through hole 243, and the second groove 144 is opened in the second vertical plate 241; the fixed column 233 is slidably inserted into the through hole 243, so that the movable plate 142 can slide along the length direction of the fixed column 233, that is, the movable plate 142 is movably connected with the fixed plate 141 through the inserted and matched fixed column 233 and the through hole 243; the first elastic member 147 is sleeved on the fixed column 233, and two ends of the first elastic member 147 are respectively connected to the second horizontal plate 242 and the first horizontal plate 232, so that the movable plate 142 can stably slide along the length direction of the fixed column 233 by using the fixed column 233 inserted into the through hole 243, and the first elastic member 147 can be prevented from shifting.
Further, the first horizontal plate 232 is located at the lower end of the first vertical plate 231, one end of the fixing column 233 away from the first horizontal plate 232 extends vertically upwards, and the second horizontal plate 242 is located at the lower end of the second vertical plate 241; when the movable plate 142 moves downward, the first locking part 132 can be separated from the second groove 144.
Referring to fig. 4, the fixing plate 141 further includes a third vertical plate 234 and a fourth vertical plate 235 connected to two sides of the first vertical plate 231, and the third vertical plate 234 and the fourth vertical plate 235 are opposite and parallel to each other; the movable plate 142 further includes a fifth riser 244 and a sixth riser 245 connected to the second riser 241, respectively, and the fifth riser 244 and the sixth riser 245 are opposite and parallel; the outer wall of the fifth vertical plate 244 is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the third vertical plate 234, and the outer wall of the sixth vertical plate 245 is in sliding fit with the inner wall of the fourth vertical plate 235, so that the movable plate 142 can be enclosed among the third vertical plate 234, the first vertical plate 231 and the fourth vertical plate 235 of the fixed plate 141, and the situation of shaking when the movable plate 142 is moved is further reduced.
Fig. 5 is an exploded view of the first locking mechanism 140 at a second viewing angle in an embodiment of the present invention; further, referring to fig. 5, the fixing plate 141 further includes a third horizontal plate 236 fixedly and vertically connected to the upper end of the first vertical plate 231, and the first horizontal plate 232 and the third horizontal plate 236 are parallel and distributed oppositely; the movable plate 142 further includes a fourth horizontal plate 246 vertically connected to the upper end of the second vertical plate 241, and the second horizontal plate 242 and the fourth horizontal plate 246 are parallel and distributed oppositely. The fourth transverse plate 246 is located inside the third transverse plate 236, and when the second slot 144 of the movable plate 142 is engaged with the first locking portion 132, an outer wall of the fourth transverse plate 246 is close to an inner wall of the third transverse plate 236.
The fixed plate 141 and the movable plate 142 of the present embodiment are integrally formed; in other embodiments, the fixed plate 141 and the movable plate 142 may also be welded or bonded, for example: both the third riser 234 and the fourth riser 235 may be welded to both sides of the first riser 231.
The length directions of the first groove 143 and the second groove 144 of the present embodiment are both the same as the length direction of the fixing column 233; referring to fig. 5, the movable plate 142 is further provided with a guiding portion 148, and the guiding portion 148 is inserted into the first groove 143; thus, when the movable plate 142 slides relative to the fixed plate 141, the movable plate 142 can be guided by the fixed column 233, the guide portion 148 and the first groove 143, which are engaged with each other, to avoid the movable plate 142 from shaking, so that the movable plate 142 has a more stable moving path, i.e., the movable plate 142 is less prone to shift when moving.
Further, the guide portion 148 is disposed on the second vertical plate 241 and located at the lower end of the second groove 144; referring to fig. 3, the guiding portion 148 includes a first plate 247 and a second plate 248 which are connected with each other at an included angle, and the included angle between the first plate 247 and the second plate 248 is less than or equal to 90 °, the first plate 247 is connected with one side of the second vertical plate 241 facing the first vertical plate 231, and one end of the second plate 248 away from the first plate 247 is inclined downwards; when the movable plate 142 moves downward, the second plate 248 can abut against the lower end of the first slot 143 to limit the distance that the movable plate 142 moves downward.
The included angle between the first plate 247 and the second plate 248 can be set as desired; the included angle between the first plate 247 and the second plate 248 of this embodiment is approximately 30; in other embodiments, the included angle between the first plate 247 and the second plate 248 can also be 25 °, 20 °, etc.
Please refer to fig. 2, the fixing plate 141 of the first locking mechanism 140 is provided with a plurality of first slots 143, the plurality of first slots 143 are distributed at intervals in the vertical direction, the movable plate 142 is provided with a plurality of second slots 144, and the plurality of first slots 143 correspond to the plurality of second slots 144 one to one; the cabinet body 100 is provided with a plurality of first locking portions 132, the first locking portions 132 correspond to the second grooves 144 one by one, and when the cabinet door 130 is located at the closed position, each first locking portion 132 is inserted into the corresponding second groove 144; thus, the cabinet door 130 can be locked in the closed position more stably.
Further, the movable plate 142 is further provided with a plurality of guiding portions 148, and the plurality of guiding portions 148 and the plurality of second grooves 144 are arranged in a one-to-one correspondence; when the movable plate 142 moves downward, each guide 148 can abut against the lower end of the corresponding first groove 143 to stably limit the distance that the movable plate 142 moves.
The specific number of the first grooves 143, the second grooves 144 and the first locking portions 132 can be selected as required, and the number of the first grooves 143, the second grooves 144 and the first locking portions 132 is three in this embodiment; in other embodiments, the number of the first slots 143, the second slots 144, and the first locking portions 132 may also be one, two, four, etc.
Fig. 6 is an enlarged view of vi in fig. 2, referring to fig. 6, the fixed plate 141 of the present embodiment is further provided with an unlocking portion 145, the movable plate 142 is provided with an unlocking portion 146, and the unlocking portion 146 and the unlocking portion 145 are disposed opposite to each other; the movable plate 142 can be driven to move to disengage the second slot 144 from the first locking portion 132 by the unlocking port 145 acting on the unlocking portion 146; further, by pressing the unlocking portion 146 through the unlocking opening 145, the movable plate 142 can be moved downward, so that the second groove 144 of the movable plate 142 is separated from the first locking portion 132, and the locking of the cabinet door 130 at the closed position can be released.
The unlocking opening 145 is located at an edge of the cabinet door 130 opposite to the first maintenance door 160, when the cabinet door 130 is located at the closed position and the first maintenance door 160 closes the second installation cavity 102, the first maintenance door 160 closes the unlocking opening 145, and when the first maintenance door 160 opens the second installation cavity 102, the unlocking opening 145 is exposed.
Referring to fig. 5, the unlocking hole 145 is disposed at the upper end of the fixing plate 141, that is, the unlocking hole 145 is opened at the third horizontal plate 236; the unlocking part 146 is located on the outer wall of the fourth transverse plate 246 of the movable plate 142, that is, the part of the outer wall of the fourth transverse plate 246 opposite to the unlocking hole 145 is the unlocking part 146; when the unlocking hole 145 opened through the third horizontal plate 236 presses the fourth horizontal plate 246 downward, the entire movable plate 142 can be driven to slide downward, so that the second groove 144 is separated from the first locking portion 132, and the unlocking is completed.
The first maintenance door 160 of the present embodiment is located above the cabinet door 130, and when the cabinet door 130 is located at the closed position and the first maintenance door 160 closes the second installation cavity 102, the first maintenance door 160 can close the unlocking opening 145; thus, when the unlocking unit 146 needs to be pressed through the unlocking opening 145 to unlock the cabinet door 130 at the closed position, the first maintenance door 160 for closing the second installation cavity 102 needs to be moved first, and after the unlocking opening 145 is exposed by moving the first maintenance door 160, the unlocking unit 146 can be pressed through the unlocking opening 145, thereby ensuring the safety of the cabinet door 130.
In other embodiments, when the cabinet door 130 is in the closed position and the first maintenance door 160 encloses the second installation cavity 102, the first maintenance door 160 does not block or enclose the unlocking opening 145; so that the maintenance person can press the unlocking part 146 through the unlocking hole 145 to unlock the cabinet door 130 at the closed position.
Fig. 7 is a schematic partial structural view of the cabinet 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 7, the first maintenance door 160 of the present embodiment is provided with a second locking portion 161, the second mounting cavity 102 is provided with a second locking mechanism 180, the second locking mechanism 180 can cooperate with the second locking portion 161 to lock the first maintenance door 160 at a position closing the second mounting cavity 102, or the second locking mechanism 180 can be separated from the second locking portion 161 to unlock the first maintenance door 160 closing the second mounting cavity 102. The second locking portion 161 and the second locking mechanism 180, which are engaged with each other, enable the third dimension guard door 170 to stably close the second installation cavity 102, so that the first dimension guard door 160 is used to shield the power supply device 150 in the second installation cavity 102 to prevent the power supply device 150 from being damaged when the power supply device 150 is not required to be maintained.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of a second locking mechanism 180 according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 9 is an exploded view of the second locking mechanism 180 according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the second locking mechanism 180 includes a driving assembly 181 and a locking member 182, the driving assembly 181 is disposed on an inner wall of the cabinet 100, the locking member 182 is movably connected to the inner wall of the cabinet 100, the driving assembly 181 includes a motor 183 and a cam 184 in transmission connection with an output shaft of the motor 183, the cam 184 is in transmission connection with the locking member 182, and the motor 183 is configured to drive the cam 184 to rotate so as to drive the locking member 182 to move, so that the locking member 182 is engaged with or disengaged from the second locking portion 161; when the first maintenance door 160 closes the second installation cavity 102, and the motor 183 drives the cam 184 to drive the locking member 182 to move to be matched with the second locking portion 161, the first maintenance door 160 can be locked at the position closing the second installation cavity 102; when the motor 183 drives the cam 184 to drive the locking member 182 to move away from the second locking portion 161, the first maintenance door 160 is unlocked at the position where it closes the second mounting cavity 102, and the first maintenance door 160 can open the second mounting cavity 102.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the second locking mechanism 180 of the present embodiment further includes a fixing frame 185 fixedly disposed on the inner wall of the cabinet 100, and the driving assembly 181 is disposed on the fixing frame 185, that is, the driving assembly 181 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the cabinet 100 through the fixing frame 185; in this way, the fixing frame 185 may be used to facilitate the installation of the second locking mechanism 180 on the inner wall of the cabinet 100 and the installation of the second locking mechanism 180.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the locking member 182 includes a connecting plate 261 and a locking post 262 fixedly disposed on the connecting plate 261, the connecting plate 261 is provided with an accommodating groove 263, the cam 184 of the driving assembly 181 is located in the accommodating groove 263, the connecting plate 261 is movably connected with the fixing frame 185, that is, the locking member 182 is movably connected with the inner wall of the cabinet 100 through the movably connected connecting plate 261 and the fixing frame 185; when the output shaft of the motor 183 drives the cam 184 to rotate, the outer circumference of the cam 184 can be engaged with the upper edge of the receiving groove 263 to drive the connecting plate 261 to move, thereby driving the locking post 262 to move. Further, when the locking post 262 is moved to engage with the second locking portion 161, the first maintenance door 160 can be locked in a position closing the second mounting cavity 102; when the locking post 262 moves to be separated from the second locking part 161, the locking of the first maintenance door 160 at the position closing the second installation cavity 102 is released.
Referring to fig. 7, the second locking portion 161 has a locking groove 251, and a notch of the locking groove 251 faces upward; when the output shaft of the motor 183 drives the cam 184 to rotate, the cam 184 drives the connecting plate 261 to move downwards, and the upper edge of the accommodating groove 263 is always in contact with the periphery of the cam 184 until the locking column 262 is in inserted fit with the locking groove 251, the first maintenance door 160 is locked at a position for closing the second mounting cavity 102; when the output shaft of the motor 183 drives the cam 184 to rotate, the cam 184 abuts on the upper edge of the receiving groove 263 to push the connection plate 261 to move upward until the locking post 262 is separated from the locking groove 251, and the locking of the position where the first maintenance door 160 closes the second mounting chamber 102 is released.
In other embodiments, the notch of the locking groove 251 of the second locking part 161 may also be provided downward so as to lock the first maintenance door 160 when the locking member 182 moves upward and unlock the first maintenance door 160 when the locking member 182 moves downward.
In the present embodiment, the second locking portion 161 is a locking plate fixedly provided on the inner side of the first maintenance door 160, that is, the second locking portion 161 has a plate-shaped structure, and the locking groove 251 is opened in the locking plate.
The number of the locking posts 262 provided on the connection plate 261 and the number of the second locking portions 161 on the first maintenance door 160 can be selected as desired; in this embodiment, the connecting plate 261 is provided with two locking posts 262, the two locking posts 262 are distributed at intervals, the first maintenance door 160 is provided with two second locking portions 161, and the two locking posts 262 and the two second locking portions 161 correspond to each other one by one, which helps the first maintenance door 160 to be locked at a position closing the second installation cavity 102 more stably. In other embodiments, the number of the second locking parts 161 and the locking posts 262 may also be one, three, etc.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the fixing frame 185 of the present embodiment is further fixedly provided with a guiding post 266, the connecting plate 261 is provided with a long hole 264, the length of the long hole 264 extends along the vertical direction, and the guiding post 266 is matched with the long hole 264; when the driving unit 181 drives the connecting plate 261 to move up and down, the guide post 266 can slide up and down in the long hole 264, so that the connecting plate 261 can stably move up and down by the cooperation of the guide post 266 and the long hole 264, so that the second locking mechanism 180 can stably lock or unlock the first maintenance door 160.
The number of the long holes 264 and the guide posts 266 can be adjusted according to the requirement, the embodiment includes four guide posts 266 and four long holes 264 which are distributed at intervals, and the four guide posts 266 and the four long holes 264 are in one-to-one correspondence and are matched to further improve the stability of the up-and-down movement of the connecting plate 261; in other embodiments, the number of guide posts 266 and elongated holes 264 can also be two, three, etc.
Fig. 10 is a schematic structural view of the locking member 182 in the embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 9 and 10, the locking element 182 of the present embodiment further includes an abutting portion 265 disposed at an upper edge of the receiving groove 263, and an outer periphery of the cam 184 abuts against the abutting portion 265, that is, the outer periphery of the cam 184 is engaged with the upper edge of the receiving groove 263 through the abutting portion 265; further, the abutting portion 265 is an abutting plate, that is, the abutting portion 265 has a plate-shaped structure, one end of the abutting plate is connected to the connecting plate 261, and the other end extends toward the fixing frame 185, so that the contact area between the outer periphery of the cam 184 and the abutting portion 265 is larger than the contact area between the cam 184 and the upper edge of the receiving groove 263, and the connecting plate 261 can be driven to move up and down more stably when the cam 184 rotates.
The abutting portion 265 and the connecting plate 261 are integrally formed, that is, the abutting portion 265 is a portion of the connecting plate 261 that is bent; in other embodiments, the abutment 265 is welded or bonded to the connection plate 261, or the like.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the second locking mechanism 180 of the present embodiment further includes a second elastic member 186, the second elastic member 186 is disposed between the fixed member and the locking member 182, and the second elastic member 186 is configured to make the locking member 182 always have a tendency to cooperate with the second locking portion 161, and make the abutting portion 265 always have a tendency to contact with the outer periphery of the cam 184; so set up, can improve the stability of locking post 262 and locking groove 251 grafting cooperation.
The specific type of the second elastic element 186 can be selected according to the requirement, and the second elastic element 186 of this embodiment is a tension spring, and two ends of the tension spring are respectively connected to the fixing frame 185 and the connecting plate 261; in other embodiments, the two ends of the tension spring can be respectively connected to the fixing frame 185 and the locking column 262; in other embodiments, the second elastic member 186 may also be a bungee cord or the like.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the second locking mechanism 180 of the present embodiment further includes a detecting portion 187 and a detecting element 188, the detecting portion 187 is disposed on the connecting plate 261, the detecting element 188 is disposed on the fixing frame 185, and the detecting element 188 and the detecting portion 187 can cooperate to detect the position of the connecting plate 261.
Furthermore, the fixing frame 185 is provided with two opposite detecting pieces 188 which are distributed at intervals in the vertical direction, and the detecting part 187 is positioned between the two detecting pieces 188; when the driving component 181 drives the locking member 182 to move upward to unlock, the detecting portion 187 can move upward to cooperate with the detecting member 188 located above, and the detecting member 188 located above outputs a first detecting signal; when the driving component 181 drives the locking member 182 to move downward for locking, the detecting portion 187 can move downward to cooperate with the detecting member 188 located below, and the detecting member 188 located below outputs a second detecting signal. That is, when the driving member 181 drives the locking member 182 to move to a position where the detecting member 188 located above outputs the first detection signal, it is determined that the locking member 182 is separated from the second locking portion 161; when the driving member 181 drives the locking member 182 to move to a position where the detecting member 188 located below outputs the second detection signal, it is determined that the locking member 182 is engaged with the second locking portion 161.
The specific type of the detecting member 188 can be selected according to the requirement, and the detecting member 188 of the present embodiment is a contact switch; in other embodiments, the detection member 188 may also be a pressure sensor.
Referring to fig. 10, the detecting portion 187 is a detecting plate, that is, the detecting portion 187 has a plate-shaped structure, the detecting plate is perpendicularly connected to the connecting plate 261, and the detecting plate and the abutting portion 265 are located on the same side of the connecting plate 261, that is, the side of the detecting plate away from the connecting plate 261 extends toward the fixing frame 185, which helps to reduce the volume of the second locking mechanism 180, and is advantageous for the compact design of the second locking mechanism 180.
Referring to fig. 7, the storage cabinet 010 of the embodiment further includes an emergency door 190 movably connected to the cabinet 100, the cabinet 100 is further provided with an emergency opening communicated with the second mounting cavity 102, and the emergency door 190 is used for opening or closing the emergency opening; referring to fig. 8 and 9, the locking member 182 has an emergency unlocking portion 193, and the emergency unlocking portion 193 is opposite to the emergency opening; when the emergency door 190 opens the emergency opening, the locking member 182 can be driven to be separated from the second locking portion 161 by the emergency opening acting on the emergency unlocking portion 193; so configured, the movable emergency door 190 may open the emergency opening when the driving assembly 181 fails or is powered off, and the emergency unlocking portion 193 is pulled upward through the emergency opening to move the locking member 182 upward to be separated from the second locking portion 161.
Referring to fig. 7, the emergency door 190 of the present embodiment is provided with a mechanical lock 194, the cabinet body 100 is provided with a lock tongue opening, and a lock tongue of the mechanical lock 194 can be inserted into and matched with the lock tongue opening; when the bolt of the mechanical lock 194 is inserted into the bolt opening, the emergency door 190 is locked at the position for closing the emergency opening; when the latch tongue of the mechanical lock 194 is separated from the latch tongue opening, the position locking of the panic door 190 closing the panic opening is released. So set up, can improve emergency door 190 and seal the stability of emergent mouthful, avoid lawless persons to open first maintenance door 160 after opening emergent mouthful.
The emergency opening of the embodiment is disposed at the top of the cabinet 100, so that the maintenance personnel pulls the emergency unlocking part 193 upward through the emergency opening, and drives the locking member 182 to move upward to be separated from the second locking part 161.
Referring to fig. 8 and 9, the emergency unlocking portion 193 of the present embodiment is an unlocking plate connected to the connecting plate 261 at an included angle, that is, the emergency unlocking portion 193 has a plate-shaped structure, and one end of the unlocking plate away from the connecting plate 261 extends to a side away from the fixing frame 185; in other embodiments, the emergency unlocking part 193 may also be an unlocking ring, an unlocking hook, or the like connected to the connection plate 261.
The unlocking plate is vertically connected to the connecting plate 261 in this embodiment so that an upward force is applied to the unlocking plate to drive the unlocking member to move upward. In other embodiments, the angle between the connecting plate 261 and the unlocking plate may also be 80 °, 100 °, etc.
It should be noted that the emergency unlocking portion 193 and the detecting portion 187 of the present embodiment are integrally formed with the connecting plate 261; in other embodiments, the emergency unlocking portion 193 and the detection portion 187 may be welded or adhered to the connection plate 261.
Referring to fig. 7, the cabinet body 100 of the present embodiment is further provided with a sensor 195, and the sensor 195 is located at the opening of the second installation cavity 102; when the first maintenance door 160 closes the second installation cavity 102, the sensor 195 outputs a first signal; when the first maintenance door 160 opens the second installation cavity 102, the sensor 195 outputs a second signal.
Further, when the sensor 195 outputs the first signal, the driving assembly 181 drives the locking member 182 to move down until the locking member 182 engages with the second locking portion 161 to lock the first maintenance door 160 at a position closing the second mounting cavity 102; this improves the efficiency of locking the first maintenance door 160 to the position where the second mounting chamber 102 is closed.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of the storage cabinet 010 at a third viewing angle according to an embodiment of the present invention; fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of the storage cabinet 010 when the second maintenance door 200 is opened according to the embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the storage cabinet 010 of the embodiment further includes a second protective door 200 movably connected to the cabinet 100, the cabinet 100 has a first side 210 and a second side 220 opposite to the first side 210, the door 130 is disposed on the first side 210, the second protective door 200 is disposed on the second side 220, and the second protective door 200 is used for opening or closing the cabinet 100 from the second side 220.
It should be noted that, according to the placing direction of the storage cabinet 010 in use, the cabinet door 130 is disposed at the front side of the cabinet 100, and the second maintenance door 200 is disposed at the rear side of the cabinet 100; and the first side 210 and the second side 220 of the cabinet 100 communicate.
It should be further noted that, when the second maintenance door 200 opens the second side 220 of the cabinet 100, the first mounting cavity 101 and the second mounting cavity 102 can be opened from the rear side of the cabinet 100 at the same time; this is so arranged that a maintenance worker opens the first installation cavity 101 and the second installation cavity 102 from the rear side of the cabinet 100 at the same time, and performs maintenance work from the rear side of the maintenance bin 120 and the rear side of the power supply device 150.
The specific structure of the second protective door 200 can be selected as required, the second protective door 200 is provided with two second protective doors 200 in the embodiment, the two second protective doors 200 are both rotatably connected with the cabinet body 100, the two second protective doors 200 are arranged in a split manner, so that when the first installation cavity 101 and the second installation cavity 102 are opened from the rear side of the cabinet body 100, a large space is not required to be reserved on the rear side of the cabinet body 100, and the first installation cavity 101 and the second installation cavity 102 can be opened through the two second protective doors 200 arranged in a split manner; in other embodiments, the cabinet 100 may be rotatably provided with a second maintenance door 200.
Referring to fig. 11 and 12, the second maintenance door 200 of the present embodiment is provided with an air outlet 105, and the air outlet 105 is communicated with the inside and the outside of the cabinet 100; the second maintenance door 200 is also provided with a fan 201, and the fan 201 is arranged opposite to the air outlet 105; in this way, the fan 201 and the outlet 105 can take heat out of the cabinet 100. The number of the air outlets 105 in this embodiment is four, two of the air outlets are opposite to the first installation cavity 101, and the other two air outlets are opposite to the second installation cavity 102.
It should be noted that the air entering the air intake cavity 103 from the air inlet 104 can flow into the first mounting cavity 101 and the second mounting cavity 102 to reduce the temperature in the first mounting cavity 101 and the second mounting cavity 102, and the air entering the first mounting cavity 101 and the second mounting cavity 102 can flow out from the corresponding air outlet 105 under the action of the fan 201, so that the air inside the cabinet 100 is fully circulated to effectively reduce the temperature inside the cabinet 100.
Fig. 13 is a schematic structural diagram of the storage cabinet 010 at a fourth viewing angle according to the embodiment of the present invention; referring to fig. 13, the locker 010 of the present embodiment further includes a structure of the locker 010 provided in the related art, for example: the rain shed 106, the camera 107, the code scanning portion 108 and the like are not described in detail herein.

Particularly, when the storage cabinet 010 of this embodiment maintains the maintenance bins 120, all the maintenance bins 120 may be opened at one time through the movable cabinet door 130, instead of sequentially opening the maintenance doors corresponding to the maintenance bins 120, and it is not necessary to detach the storage box 110 to expose the electric devices to be maintained, so that when the working personnel maintain the electric devices in the storage cabinet 010, the efficiency of opening the maintenance bins 120 to expose the electric devices to be maintained is improved, that is, the working personnel can maintain the electric devices in the storage cabinet 010 conveniently, and the working efficiency is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A storage cabinet is characterized by comprising a cabinet body, wherein a storage box and a maintenance bin with an opening are arranged in the cabinet body; the storage cabinet also comprises a cabinet door movably connected with the cabinet body, the cabinet door is provided with an avoidance opening, and the cabinet door is provided with a closing position and an opening position; the storage box comprises a box body with an opening and a box door movably connected with the box body, and the box door is used for opening or closing the opening;
when the cabinet door is located at the closing position, the cabinet door closes the opening, the avoidance opening is arranged corresponding to the storage box, and the cabinet door can pass through the avoidance opening to open or close the opening; when the cabinet door is in the open position, the cabinet door opens the opening.

The storage cabinet of claim 1, wherein a plurality of the storage boxes are arranged in the cabinet body, the storage boxes are arranged in at least two rows, and the maintenance bin is formed between two adjacent rows of the storage boxes; the cabinet door is provided with a plurality of avoidance openings, and the avoidance openings correspond to the storage boxes one by one;
the cabinet door comprises at least one baffle plate, the baffle plate is arranged corresponding to the maintenance bin, and when the cabinet door is located at the closing position, the corresponding maintenance bin is sealed by the baffle plate.

The storage cabinet as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cabinet body is provided with a first locking portion, the cabinet door is provided with a first locking mechanism, the first locking mechanism comprises a fixed plate and a movable plate, the fixed plate is fixedly arranged on the cabinet door, the movable plate is movably connected with the fixed plate, the fixed plate is provided with a first groove, and the movable plate is provided with a second groove; when the cabinet door is located at the closing position, the first locking part can penetrate through the first groove and be clamped with the second groove.

The storage cabinet as claimed in claim 3, wherein the fixed plate further defines an unlocking opening, the movable plate defines an unlocking portion, and the unlocking opening is opposite to the unlocking portion; the unlocking part is acted through the unlocking port, and the movable plate can be driven to move so as to separate the second groove from the first locking part.

The storage cabinet of claim 4, wherein a first mounting cavity and a second mounting cavity are formed in the cabinet body, the plurality of storage boxes are disposed in the first mounting cavity, the storage cabinet further comprises a first maintenance door movably connected with the cabinet body, the first maintenance door is used for closing or opening the second mounting cavity, the first maintenance door and the cabinet door are disposed on the same side of the cabinet body, the unlocking opening is located on the edge of the cabinet door opposite to the first maintenance door, when the cabinet door is located at the closed position, the first maintenance door closes the second mounting cavity, the first maintenance door closes the unlocking opening, and when the first maintenance door opens the second mounting cavity, the unlocking opening is exposed.

The storage cabinet of claim 5, further comprising a power supply device disposed in the second mounting cavity, wherein a charging device is disposed in the storage compartment and electrically connected to the power supply device, and wherein the charging device is configured to charge a battery.

A cabinet according to claim 5, wherein the first maintenance door is provided with a second locking portion, and a second locking mechanism is provided in the second mounting cavity, the second locking mechanism being engageable with the second locking portion to lock the first maintenance door in a position closing the second mounting cavity, or being disengageable from the second locking portion to unlock the first maintenance door.

The storage cabinet of claim 7, wherein the second locking mechanism comprises a driving assembly and a locking member, the driving assembly is disposed on the inner wall of the cabinet, the locking member is movably connected to the inner wall of the cabinet, the driving assembly comprises a motor and a cam in transmission connection with an output shaft of the motor, the cam is in transmission connection with the locking member, and the motor is used for driving the cam to rotate so as to drive the locking member to move, so that the locking member is engaged with or disengaged from the second locking portion.
9. The storage cabinet of claim 8, further comprising an emergency door movably connected to the cabinet body, wherein the cabinet body is further provided with an emergency opening communicated with the second mounting cavity, and the emergency door is used for opening or closing the emergency opening; the locking piece is provided with an emergency unlocking part, and the emergency unlocking part is opposite to the emergency opening;
when the emergency door opens the emergency opening, the emergency unlocking part can drive the locking part to be separated from the second locking part through the action of the emergency opening.

The storage cabinet of any one of claims 1-9, further comprising a second maintenance door movably coupled to the cabinet, the cabinet having opposing first and second sides, the door being disposed on the first side and the second maintenance door being disposed on the second side, the second maintenance door being configured to open or close the cabinet from the second side.
