The technical solution of the present invention will be described in detail with specific examples. Examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings, wherein like or similar reference numerals refer to the same or similar components or components having the same or similar functionality throughout. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, it is a schematic view of an overall structure of a consumable anti-counterfeit printing apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 2, it is a functional structure diagram of a consumable anti-counterfeit printing apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention. The consumable anti-counterfeiting printing equipment mentioned in the application is a printer with a consumable anti-counterfeiting function. Taking the printing apparatus shown in fig. 1 as an example, the printing apparatus includes an ejection unit 1, an ink cartridge 2, a maintenance unit 3, an anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4, and a main body mounting portion (not shown). In this embodiment, the identification information of the newly installed ink cartridge 2 is compared with the identification information of the ink cartridge recorded by the maintenance unit 3 through the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4, and whether the ink cartridge 2 is a legal ink cartridge is determined according to the comparison result, so as to realize the anti-counterfeiting of the consumable.
Wherein the ejection unit 1, the ink cartridge 2, and the maintenance unit 3 are detachably mounted to the main body mounting portion, respectively. The ink cartridge 2 is connected to the ejection unit 1 to supply ink to the ejection unit 1. The ink cartridge 2 is provided with an ink cartridge storage unit for storing first ink cartridge identification information. The cartridge storage unit may be a medium having a data storage function, such as a memory chip. The first ink cartridge identification information may be identification information that is provided only once, for example, by a conventional anti-counterfeit technique.
The first cartridge identification information may be, for example, a serial number of the ink cartridge 2. For example, when a printer manufacturer produces the ink cartridge 2 for the printer, the serial number of the ink cartridge 2 is provided uniquely, that is, one serial number can only correspond to one ink cartridge 2, so that the serial number has accuracy in being used as the first ink cartridge identification information.
Alternatively, the first cartridge identification information may be the date of manufacture of the ink cartridge 2, and the date of manufacture of the ink cartridge 2 accurate to seconds may also be used as identification information of the ink cartridge 2 with a certain accuracy.
Alternatively, the first cartridge identification information may be a production number of the ink cartridge 2, and the production number may also have uniqueness.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the maintenance unit 3 is, for example, reciprocally movable with respect to the injection unit 1 to perform a maintenance action on the injection unit 1. The maintenance unit 3 is provided with a backup storage unit for storing second ink cartridge identification information, wherein the second ink cartridge identification information is identification information of a historical legal ink cartridge. The ink box 2 and the maintenance unit 3 are detachably mounted on a main body mounting part of the consumable anti-counterfeiting printing device. The maintenance unit 3 wipes the ejection unit 1 by, for example, reciprocating movement relative to the ejection unit 1, thereby avoiding the problem of ink clogging in the ejection unit 1 and improving the service life of the ejection unit 1. The backup storage unit is also, for example, a memory chip, and the second cartridge identification information stored in the backup storage unit may be written by, for example, the forgery prevention comparison unit 4. Similar to various implementations of the first cartridge identification information, the second cartridge identification information may specifically be a serial number of the ink cartridge 2, a production date of the ink cartridge 2, or a production number of the ink cartridge 2, and the like, and the type thereof should be consistent with the first cartridge identification information.
Referring to fig. 2, the anti-counterfeit comparison unit 4 is connected to the ink cartridge storage unit and the backup storage unit to compare the first ink cartridge identification information with the second ink cartridge identification information, and determine whether the ink cartridge 2 is a legal ink cartridge according to a comparison result. For example, the anti-counterfeit comparison unit 4 is connected to the ink cartridge storage unit and the backup storage unit through the assembly of the ejection unit 1, the ink cartridge 2, and the maintenance unit 3, so as to compare the first ink cartridge identification information with the second ink cartridge identification information to obtain a comparison result. It is understood that the forgery prevention comparison unit 4, the ejection unit 1, the ink cartridge 2, and the maintenance unit 3, which are assembled in the same printing apparatus, have an electrical connection relationship therebetween, so that data transmission is possible. The anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4 can be understood as a hardware unit comprising a comparator 5 structure, and the first ink box identification information and the second ink box identification information are compared to realize consumable anti-counterfeiting according to a comparison result. If the comparison result indicates that the first ink cartridge identification information is identical to the second ink cartridge identification information, indicating that the first ink cartridge identification information is identification information of a used ink cartridge, and if the current ink amount of the ink cartridge 2 is less than the ink amount recorded for the ink cartridge in the backup storage unit, determining the currently mounted ink cartridge 2 as an illegal ink cartridge, denying access to the ink cartridge 2; if the comparison result indicates that the first cartridge identification information is not identical to the second cartridge identification information, indicating that the first cartridge identification information may be identification information of an unused ink cartridge 2, the currently installed ink cartridge 2 is determined to be a legitimate ink cartridge 2, and the ink cartridge 2 is normally accessed.
In some practical application scenarios, a printing device is taken as an example of a printer. After the ink box 2 is installed on the printer, the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4 of the printer reads the first ink box identification information stored in the chip of the ink box 2, and the storage chip of the maintenance unit 3 does not store the first ink box identification information, so that the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4 stores the read first ink box identification information on the storage chip of the maintenance unit 3 as the second ink box identification information. When the maintenance unit 3 having stored the second cartridge identification information is mounted to the second printer, the forgery prevention comparison unit 4 of the second printer can read the second cartridge identification information from the memory chip of the maintenance unit 3. When the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4 of the second printer detects that the new ink box 2 is installed, the second printer compares the identification information of the newly installed ink box 2 with the identification information of the ink box recorded by the maintenance unit 3, and determines whether the ink box 2 is a legal ink box or not according to the comparison result, so that the anti-counterfeiting of consumables is realized.
This embodiment provides a consumptive material printing apparatus that guards against falsification, includes: the ink cartridge comprises an injection unit, an ink cartridge, a maintenance unit, an anti-counterfeiting comparison unit and a main body installation part; the ejection unit, the ink cartridge, and the maintenance unit are detachably mounted to the main body mounting portion, respectively; the ink cartridge is connected with the jetting unit to supply ink to the jetting unit; the ink box is provided with an ink box storage unit used for storing first ink box identification information; the maintenance unit is provided with a backup storage unit for storing second ink box identification information, and the second ink box identification information is identification information of a historical legal ink box; the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit is connected with the ink box storage unit and the backup storage unit so as to compare the first ink box identification information with the second ink box identification information and determine whether the ink box is a legal ink box or not according to a comparison result; therefore, the illegal reuse of the identified ink box identification information is further limited, and the anti-counterfeiting reliability of consumables in the printing equipment is improved.
In order to illustrate various possible structures of the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4, the following example is provided with reference to fig. 3 and a specific embodiment. Referring to fig. 3, it is a functional structure diagram of another consumable anti-counterfeit printing apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention. The anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4 shown in fig. 3 comprises: a first processing unit 6. The first processing unit 6 is configured to transmit the first ink cartridge identification information to the backup storage unit to be stored as second ink cartridge identification information when detecting that the ink amount of the ink cartridge runs out.
With continued reference to fig. 3, the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4 further comprises: comparator 5, second processing unit 7. The comparator 5 is connected with the ink cartridge storage unit and the backup storage unit, acquires first ink cartridge identification information from the ink cartridge storage unit, acquires second ink cartridge identification information from the backup storage unit, compares the first ink cartridge identification information with the second ink cartridge identification information, and outputs a comparison result. The second processing unit 7 is connected with the comparator 5 and is used for responding to a comparison result with consistent indication, determining the ink box as an illegal ink box and performing illegal alarm prompt; and determining the ink cartridge as a valid ink cartridge in response to the comparison result indicating the inconsistency. The comparator 5 may be any type of existing comparator, and is configured to compare the first cartridge identification information with the second cartridge identification information as the first input information and output the comparison result. For example, if the comparison is consistent, 1 is output, and if the comparison is inconsistent, 0 is output.
In some embodiments, the second processing unit 7 is, for example, a relay for controlling a buzzer or an alarm lamp, and may be a control signal of a comparison result output by the comparator 5. If the comparison result is 1 (the comparison is consistent), the buzzer and the alarm lamp are controlled to work. In other embodiments, the second processing unit 7 may be, for example, a relay for controlling the access signal of the cartridge 2, also taking the comparison result output by the comparator 5 as a control signal. If the comparison result is 1 (comparison is consistent), the printer denies access to the current ink cartridge 2. The hardware structure specifically adopted by the second processing unit 7 depends on the actual situation, and is used for responding to the comparison result indicating consistency and performing corresponding processing for detecting an illegal ink cartridge.
In the embodiments of various possible structures of the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4, consumable anti-counterfeiting can be further performed by combining the remaining ink amount of the ink cartridge 2, which is exemplified below by combining fig. 4 and the specific embodiment. Referring to fig. 4, it is a functional structure diagram of another consumable anti-counterfeit printing apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
Unlike the embodiment shown in fig. 3, in this embodiment, the first processing unit 6 is configured to, when detecting a printer power-off instruction, transmit the first ink cartridge identification information and the remaining ink amount of the ink cartridge to the backup storage unit to store as the second ink cartridge identification information and the second remaining ink amount. Thus, the second remaining ink amount stored by the backup storage unit may be a second remaining ink amount other than 0. Accordingly, the present embodiment introduces the judgment of the legitimate old cartridge.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit comprises: comparator 5, second processing unit 7. And the second processing unit 7 is configured to determine whether the ink cartridge is a legal ink cartridge according to the comparison result.
With continued reference to fig. 4, the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4 may further include a judgment unit 8. In the embodiment shown in fig. 4, the ink cartridge storage unit also stores the first remaining ink amount. Accordingly, the backup storage unit is further configured to store a second remaining ink amount corresponding to the second ink cartridge identification information. The second processing unit 7 is connected to the comparator 5 through the judging unit 8, and the judging unit 8 is connected to the ink cartridge storage unit and the backup storage unit.
Wherein the judging unit 8 is configured to judge whether the first remaining ink amount is less than or equal to the second remaining ink amount in response to a comparison result indicating coincidence:
and if so, determining the ink box as a legal old ink box.
If not, the comparison result indicating the consistency is transmitted to the second processing unit, and the comparison result indicating the inconsistency is directly transmitted to the second processing unit 7. The second processing unit 7 is specifically configured to determine the ink cartridge as an illegal ink cartridge in response to a comparison result indicating that the indications are consistent, and perform illegal alarm prompting; and determining the ink cartridge as a valid ink cartridge in response to the comparison result indicating the inconsistency.
It is understood that if the comparator 5 outputs a comparison result indicating agreement, the start judgment unit 8 makes a judgment as to whether the first remaining ink amount is less than or equal to the second remaining ink amount, and if the first remaining ink amount is less than or equal to the second remaining ink amount, it indicates that the current ink cartridge 2 is an old ink cartridge, for example, an ink cartridge transferred from another printer, and if the first remaining ink amount is greater than the second remaining ink amount, it indicates that the current ink cartridge 2 is an illegal ink cartridge refurbished from the old ink cartridge, and triggers the second processing unit 7 to perform processing of the illegal ink cartridge. If the ink cartridge is detected as being used, the reminding of the used ink cartridge can be performed, and the reminding can be to refuse to access the ink cartridge 2 or only prompt the user that the ink cartridge 2 is used. In some embodiments, the user may also be reminded of the usage level of the old ink cartridge, the remaining amount of ink, and other information, which is not limited herein.
In some application scenarios where the remaining ink amount of the ink cartridge 2 is combined with the above-mentioned ink cartridge identification information to further limit counterfeit ink cartridges 2, for example, the anti-counterfeit comparison unit 4 of the printer reads the ink cartridge identification information and the remaining ink amount of the ink cartridge 2 once each time it receives a shutdown instruction, and correspondingly stores the read ink cartridge identification information and the corresponding remaining ink amount on the storage chip of the maintenance unit 3. When the maintenance unit 3 having stored the ink cartridge identification information and the remaining ink amount is attached to the second printer, the forgery prevention comparison unit 4 of the second printer reads the identification information and the remaining ink amount of the corresponding ink cartridge 2 from the memory chip of the maintenance unit 3 and records them in the memory unit of the printer. Therefore, when the ink box 2 which is consistent with the identification information and the increased residual ink amount is installed is detected, the second printer refuses to access the ink box 2, the anti-counterfeiting of the consumable materials is realized, and the anti-counterfeiting accuracy and reliability of the consumable materials are further improved.
In the above embodiments, there may be a control unit for controlling the structures. Referring to fig. 5, it is a functional structure diagram of another consumable anti-counterfeit printing apparatus provided by the embodiment of the present invention. The consumable anti-counterfeit printing apparatus shown in fig. 5 may further include: a control unit 9.
The control unit 9 is connected with the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4, the jetting unit 1, the ink box 2 and the maintenance unit 3, and is used for controlling the jetting unit 1 to extract ink from the ink box 2 and controlling the maintenance unit 3 to perform maintenance action on the jetting unit 1 after receiving the information that the ink box 2 is determined to be a legal ink box. In the above embodiment of the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4, the control unit 9 may be a circuit portion included in the printer except for the anti-counterfeiting comparison unit 4, and the specific structure is not described herein again.
On the basis of the above embodiments, the control unit may also be provided with a cartridge identification read-write unit (not shown in the figure). The ink box mark read-write unit is used for writing a first ink box mark of the ink box into the backup storage unit when receiving the information that the ink box is determined to be a legal ink box.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the control unit is further provided with an ink amount detection unit (not shown in the figure). The ink quantity detection unit is used for detecting and acquiring a first residual ink quantity of the ink box after receiving the information that the ink box is determined to be a legal ink box, and storing the first residual ink quantity to the ink box storage unit and the backup storage unit in real time or when detecting a shutdown instruction of the consumable anti-counterfeiting printing device.
Referring to fig. 6, it is a schematic view of a mechanical structure of a consumable anti-counterfeit printing apparatus provided by an embodiment of the present invention. In the various embodiments described above, the consumable anti-counterfeit printing apparatus may further include a guide frame 10 as shown in fig. 6 and 1. In the embodiment shown in fig. 6, the spraying unit 1 may include a plurality of nozzles 11 arranged along the extending direction of the guide frame 10. The maintenance unit 3 reciprocates along the guide frame 10 with respect to the plurality of nozzles 11 to perform a maintenance operation on the nozzles 11.
With continued reference to fig. 1 and 6, the maintenance unit 3 may further include a maintenance member 12, a drive mechanism 13, and a housing portion 14. The maintenance member 12 is disposed within the receiving portion 14 and partially protrudes from the receiving portion 14, see fig. 6. As shown in fig. 1, a driving mechanism 13 is connected to the receiving portion 14 and drives the receiving portion 14 to reciprocate along the guide frame 10 to contact and maintain the plurality of nozzles 11 with the portion of the maintenance member 12 protruding from the receiving portion 14 or separate the portion of the maintenance member 12 protruding from the receiving portion 14 from the plurality of nozzles 11. For example, the driving mechanism 13 drives the accommodating portion 14 to approach the nozzle 11 along the guide frame 10 to perform wiping maintenance on the nozzle 11 by the maintenance member 12, and then drives the accommodating portion 14 to move away from the nozzle 11 along the guide frame 10 to avoid the influence on printing.
In some embodiments, a body mount is also included. The main body mounting unit is configured to mount components such as the ejection unit 1, the ink cartridge 2, and the maintenance unit 3, for example, a main body of the printer, a mounting frame, and the like. The ejection unit 1, the ink cartridge 2, and the maintenance unit 3 are detachably mounted with the main body mounting portion, respectively, to complete assembly.
In some embodiments having a body mount, the body mount may also be provided with a connection circuit. The connection circuit may be provided by way of buried wiring, surface wiring printing, or the like. The ink box 2 is detachably mounted with the main body mounting part to access the connecting circuit; the maintenance unit 3 is detachably mounted to the body mounting portion to be connected to the connection circuit. The ejection unit 1, the ink cartridge 2, and the maintenance unit 3 are detachably mounted to the main body mounting portion, respectively, so that the forgery prevention comparison unit 4 is electrically connected to the ink cartridge storage unit and the backup storage unit.
