Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the end of the limiting member 12 is provided with an abutting rod 121, the abutting rod 121 is parallel to the axis of the positioning ring 11, one end of the abutting rod 121 is installed on the limiting member 12 and extends outward, the outward end of the abutting rod 121 extends outward along a radial direction, the abutting rod 121 uses a rod body as an abutting surface, when installed, a workpiece passes through the positioning ring 11 from the outer side of one positioning device along the axial direction, the abutting rod 121 is used as a bearing and gear component and contacts the outer wall of the workpiece with low pressure in a limiting manner, meanwhile, an outward flared horn formed by each abutting rod 121 can be guided into the workpiece and arrives at the two positioning devices in an aligned manner, the abutting rod 121 can be preferably a round rod, and a plurality of round rod bodies can be directly applied to; preferably, each positioning ring 11 has an even number of limiting members 12 symmetrically distributed left and right, and each two opposite limiting members 12 are located on the same radial straight line, so that the roundness of the cylinder workpiece can be better maintained.
Referring to fig. 4, a rod seat 122 for mounting a rod body is disposed at the end of the limiting member 12, one side of the rod seat 122 is connected to the limiting member 12, a recessed opening for respectively connecting the abutting rod 121 and the connecting rod 31 is disposed at the lower end of the rod seat 122, the ends of the abutting rod 121 and the connecting rod 31 are opposite and flush with a side wall surface facing the center of the positioning device, the outer diameter of the abutting rod 121 is smaller than that of the connecting rod 31, the recessed opening of the rod seat 122 is segmented into a segment with a higher position and a smaller inner diameter at one side, a lower position and a larger inner diameter at the other side, the abutting rod 121 and the connecting rod 31 are respectively assembled at two sides and flush with a side surface of the abutting, except for a limiting point for connecting the two positioning devices, the connecting rod 31 is used as an extension of the abutting position of the abutting rod 121 to contact with the surface of a workpiece, so as to increase the stability and the firmness of, for example, the abutment bars 121 of the two positioning means extend towards each other in the middle.
Referring to fig. 5, the pressing component 32 includes a fixed frame 321, a pressing component 322 and a power cylinder 323, the fixed frame 321 is respectively and tightly connected with the connecting rod 31 and the power cylinder 323, the pressing component 322 is connected with a piston rod of the power cylinder 323, one end of the pressing component 322 faces to a center line of the positioning device and corresponds to a pressing workpiece, the power cylinder 323 drives the pressing component 322 to move towards the workpiece and realize pressing, the pressing component 32 uses the fixed frame 321 as a base to fix the power cylinder 323, the power cylinder 323 further drives the pressing component 322 to press and retreat towards the workpiece, the pressing component 32 is an active pressing position, the pressing position is more flexible and accurate, preferably, the pressing component 32 is distributed with four groups of pressing positions around the workpiece, namely four pressing positions are respectively located at the middle section and two sides of the lower section of the cross section of the workpiece, and a clamping position of the welding and pressing mechanism 4 is matched to.
Referring to fig. 5, the pressing component 32 is in a shape of a portal frame, two ends of the fixed frame 321 are respectively provided with a connecting plate 3211 for vertically connecting the connecting rod 31, the pressing component 322 is located between the lower side of the fixed frame 321 and the connecting rod 31, the power cylinder 323 is installed on the upper side of the fixed frame 321, a piston rod of the power cylinder 323 passes through an opening of the fixed frame 321 and is connected with the pressing component 322, two ends of the pressing component 322 are respectively provided with a pressing block 3221, the pressing block 3221 is in an arch-like shape, the middle of the pressing block 3221 is an abdicating notch corresponding to the abdicating connecting rod 31, the lower ends of two sides of the pressing block 3221 are respectively provided with a pressing rod 3222 for abutting against a workpiece, at least two pressing rods 3222 of one pressing component 32 are respectively located at two sides of the connecting rod 31 and are parallel to the connecting rod 31, the connecting rod 31 passes through the connecting plate 3211 at one end of the fixed frame 321, the connecting rod 31 is, two sides of two pressing blocks 3221 of one pressing member 322 are respectively provided with a same pressing rod 3222, the pressing member 322 is driven by the power cylinder 323, the pressing member 322 can move up and down in the space between the fixed frame 321 and the connecting rod 31, when moving down along with the pressing member 322, the arched notch in the middle of the pressing block 3221 is matched with the abdicating connecting rod 31, so that the position conflict between the pressing block 3221 and the connecting rod 31 is avoided, the pressing rod 3222 moves along with the pressing member 322 to press and abut against the workpiece at two pressing positions, and the pressing mode of at least two rod bodies can better keep the workpiece to be round.
Referring to fig. 5, the top pressing member 322 is provided with two guide rods 3223 extending toward the fixed frame 321, the fixed frame 321 is provided with two sleeves 3212 correspondingly sleeved with the guide rods 3223, the upper surface of the fixed frame 321 is rectangular, the guide rods 3223 and the sleeves 3212 are respectively arranged on two sides of the power cylinder 323 in a linear array, the guide rods 3223 penetrate through the sleeves 3212 from the lower side of the fixed frame 321 to be in sliding fit, and the top pressing member 322 is guided to move stably in a reciprocating manner.
Referring to fig. 5, the connecting plate 3211 is a separate component vertically connected to the lower side of the end of the fixed frame 321, the connecting plate 3211 is fastened and connected by passing through the fixed frame 321 through bolts or screws, a gap is left between the middle section and the end of the connecting plate 3211 to divide the connecting plate into two parts and facilitate deformation, meanwhile, the end of the connecting plate 3211 is provided with an arc-shaped clamping opening for clamping the connecting rod 31, and a matching bolt transversely passes through the middle section of the connecting plate 3211 to draw the two parts together so as to clamp the connecting rod 31; similarly, the pressing block 3221 is also an independent component and is vertically fastened and connected to two ends of the pressing member 322 through a bolt and a screw, the tail end of the pressing block 3221 is also provided with an arc-shaped clamping opening for clamping the pressing rod 3222, a gap which divides the tail end of the pressing block 3221 into two parts and facilitates slight deformation is similarly reserved between the middle section and the tail end of the pressing block 3221, and the pressing rod 3222 is clamped by the bolt which is matched with the bolt to transversely penetrate through the middle section of the connecting pressing block 3221 and pull the two parts together; the fixed frame 321 and the connecting plate 3211, and the pressing member 322 and the pressing block 3221 may also be integrally formed components.
Referring to fig. 3 and 6, the positioning device further includes an alignment assembly 33, the alignment assembly 33 is mounted on the connecting rod 31, the alignment assembly 33 has a movable blocking portion, the positioning assembly is set to a position close to one of the positioning devices, and the blocking portion blocks the movement of the workpiece along the central line direction of the positioning device, before loading the workpiece or during unloading the workpiece, the blocking portion can move away from the blocking portion to facilitate the workpiece entering and exiting or loading and unloading, and the blocking portion of the alignment assembly 33 can be implemented by a blocking member capable of rotating back and forth, swinging or extending, such as a hinge member capable of rotating only around the connecting rod 31, or a lock pin capable of extending out of the connecting rod 31.
Referring to fig. 6, the alignment assembly 33 includes a connecting frame 331 and a cylinder 332, one end of the connecting frame 331 clamps the connecting rod 31 through a clamping member, the cylinder 332 is fixedly mounted on the connecting frame 331, and a stopper serving as a stopper is mounted at the end of a piston rod of the cylinder 332, a guide hole matching with the piston rod passing through the cylinder 332 in a sliding manner is further provided on the connecting frame 331, the cylinder 332 drives the stopper to move back and forth into the positioning device, a workpiece is loaded on the clamping mechanism and needs to move along a central line to reach a corresponding position, the alignment assembly 33 pushes out the stopper through the cylinder 332 before the workpiece is loaded, so that the end of the workpiece after being loaded reaches and abuts against the stopper to be stopped as a reference position, when the workpiece is unloaded, the cylinder 332 moves the stopper away from the position, and the workpiece can be safely removed from the positioning mechanism.
Referring to fig. 3, the positioning device includes lifters 21, each lifter 21 is provided with a lifting seat for supporting and connecting to a positioning device, each positioning device is connected to one lifter 21, the two lifters 21 are driven by a motor or motors synchronously, the lifter 21 generally uses a screw transmission mechanism with the same jack mechanism, the bottom of the positioning device or positioning ring 11 can be connected to the lifting seat of the lifter 21 to move with the lifting, because the two positioning devices are separated by a certain distance, preferably, a single lifter 21 can simultaneously support two positioning rings 11 through the lifting seat, or a more complex structure is needed to keep the two positioning devices stably lifted at the same time, so preferably, one lifter 21 drives one positioning device, and the two lifters 21 are connected to one commutator 22 through transmission shafts respectively, and then connected to one motor or motor through the commutator 22 for transmission connection, two motors or motors are not required to be respectively connected with the two lifters 21, as shown in the figure, a lifting motor 25 is connected with the commutator 22 and positioned between the two positioning devices, and meanwhile, two sides of the commutator 22 are respectively connected with and driven by the lifters 21 through a driving connecting shaft, so that synchronous operation can be realized, and the structure can be kept simple.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the tunnel weldment loader further comprises a machine base for carrying the welding pressing mechanism 4, the welding supporting assembly 5 and the positioning mechanism, wherein the vertical frames 9 of the single frame or double frame structure are vertically installed at positions close to two ends of the machine base, the positioning device is also installed on the machine base, the lower sides of two ends of the machine base are respectively connected with two bases 72 in an assembling and disassembling manner, the lower sides of two ends of the machine base are respectively provided with a connecting block, and the connecting blocks are connected with the bases 72 in an adjustable position manner through horizontally extending bolts, so that the tunnel weldment loader can conveniently adjust the positions of the tunnel weldment loader on the bases 72 to correspond to the movable welding gun devices; in addition, the connecting frame 73 can be disposed in a space below the unit base as needed without interference, thereby ensuring that the space frame has sufficient strength while effectively simplifying the structure.
A method of operating a tunnel welding system, comprising the steps of: firstly, each tunnel type weldment loading unit synchronously regulates and controls the position of each limiting point to a position corresponding to and close to the outer wall of a workpiece through two positioning devices of the tunnel type weldment loading unit in a linkage manner according to the outer diameter size of a cylinder workpiece to be processed, and the positioning devices drive the two positioning devices to lift and shift so that the distance from the center of each positioning device to the upper end surface of a welding supporting component 5 corresponds to the radius of the workpiece; sequentially loading the components of each tunnel type weldment loader into workpieces in sequence, correspondingly putting one end of a rolled cylinder workpiece into a positioning mechanism along the axial direction of a welding and supporting component 5, overlapping the inner side of the joint of the cylinder workpiece with the upper end face of the welding and supporting component 5, limiting the shape and the position of the cylinder workpiece by a limiting point of the positioning device, correspondingly moving and pressing the pressing position of each pressing position device towards the cylinder workpiece, and pressing the joint of the cylinder workpiece on the welding and supporting component 5 by a welding and pressing mechanism 4; thirdly, moving the movable welding gun device to the tunnel type weldment loading units in sequence to weld the cylinder workpiece into a cylinder whole at the joint, loosening the compression joint position of the compression joint device and the welding pressing mechanism 4 of each tunnel type weldment loading unit after welding is finished, and moving the cylinder workpiece out of the other end of the welding supporting component 5; and fourthly, each tunnel type weldment loading unit carries out loading of the next workpiece for welding, if the size of the workpiece is not changed, the second step and the third step are repeated, and if the size of the workpiece is changed, the first step, the second step and the third step are repeated.
The tunnel type welding system enables the cylinder workpieces to be positioned and fixed in each tunnel type weldment loading unit in sequence in a tunnel-like mode, and meanwhile, the movable welding gun device performs corresponding welding; the basic flow of the weldment loader unit is as follows: adjusting a positioning mechanism in real time as required, limiting, aligning, loading a workpiece, pressing, clamping and fixing the workpiece, fixing a welding position, welding a seam, loosening and returning the material; in the first step, the two positioning devices synchronously regulate and control the positions of the limit points corresponding to the outer diameter of the workpiece, simultaneously, the pressing device also arrives at the position correspondingly close to the outer wall of the workpiece so as to be pressed and connected at any time, simultaneously, the positioning device drives the positioning device to enable the joint of the workpiece to be correspondingly placed on the welding support component 5, therefore, in the second step, the workpiece can be directly placed into a welding machine along the welding support component 5, the rolled cylinder workpiece is limited under the surrounding of the limit points and cannot be unfolded outwards, meanwhile, the pressing device also has the limiting function, the pressing position of the pressing device can be pressed and connected to the workpiece nearby, meanwhile, the pressing position can also be directly pressed and connected to the workpiece through the contraction of the limit points, the pressing device has the function of accurately keeping the workpiece in a full circle shape, therefore, two ends of the joint are oppositely combined at the upper end of the welding support component 5 without errors and are pressed and fixed by the welding, if the cylinder workpiece does not keep the correct shape before welding, the welded cylinder finished product of the welding line is easily influenced; meanwhile, the movable welding gun device welds the workpieces of each unit in sequence, the workpieces are kept to continuously pass through the units with the same consumed time, the movable welding gun device continuously operates without overlong standby consumed time, and the working process can be flexibly controlled.
Specifically, in the first step, each limiting part 12 of the two positioning devices is synchronously regulated and controlled to perform radial positioning along the positioning ring 11, the connecting rod 31 and the pressing component 32 move along with the corresponding limiting part 12, and the positioning device drives the positioning ring 11 and the limiting part 12 of the two positioning devices, and the connecting rod 31 and the pressing component 32 of the pressing device to perform lifting and moving together; in the second step, the outer wall of the cylinder workpiece is correspondingly abutted against the limiting part 12, and the pressing component 32 is correspondingly pressed against the outer wall of the cylinder workpiece, so that the workpiece maintains a full-circle shape.
More specifically, in the first step, the positioning device carries the positioning ring 11 to move up and down through the lifter 21, and preferably, a lifting motor 25 drives the two lifters 21 through the commutator 22 to drive the connecting shafts to respectively carry the positioning rings 11 of the two positioning devices, so as to synchronously realize the synchronous lifting of the positioning devices and the pressing device.
Furthermore, the limiting members 12 use the body of the abutting rod 121 as an abutting surface of the limiting point, preferably, the side surfaces of the opposite workpieces of the connecting rod 31 and the abutting rod 121 are flush, in the second step, the cylindrical workpiece is loaded and correspondingly abutted through the abutting rod 121, then the connecting rod 31 abuts, and the limiting members 12 are synchronously narrowed, the connecting rod 31 synchronously clamps the cylindrical workpiece, the pressing group assembly 32 drives the pressing members 322 to press the surface of the cylindrical workpiece with the pressing rods 3222, preferably, the two pressing rods 3222 of each pressing member 322 and the connecting rod 31 between the two pressing rods 3222 form arc-shaped abutting joint with the wall surface of the cylindrical workpiece.

Tunnel type welding system, its characterized in that: the device comprises a movable welding gun device and at least two tunnel type weldment loading units; the tunnel type weldment loading unit comprises a welding pressing mechanism, a welding supporting assembly and a positioning mechanism; the positioning mechanism comprises a positioning device, a position adjusting device and a position pressing device; the positioning device is provided with a plurality of positioning points which are distributed around the center and can be adjusted; the pressing device is positioned between the two positioning devices, one pressing device is respectively connected with corresponding limiting points on the two positioning devices, the pressing device can move along with the limiting points in a position adjusting way, the pressing device is provided with pressing positions, and at least two pressing positions are distributed around the central axis of the positioning device; the positioning device can synchronously and consistently drive the two positioning devices to lift and move; the welding support component passes through the space between the limit points of the two positioning devices in a suspended mode, the welding pressing mechanism is located above the welding support component, and the welding pressing mechanism can be correspondingly in compression joint with the upper end of the welding support component; the movable welding gun device can move along each tunnel type weldment loading unit correspondingly, and the movable welding gun device is provided with a movable welding gun.

The tunnel welding system of claim 1, wherein: the movable welding gun device comprises a walking beam, a walking supporting beam and a movable welding gun mechanism, wherein the walking supporting beam extends along each tunnel type weldment loading unit, the walking beam can be movably arranged on the walking supporting beam along the walking supporting beam, the movable welding gun mechanism is arranged on the walking beam, and the movable welding gun mechanism is provided with a movable welding gun.
