Fig. 1 is an exploded schematic view of an electric kettle according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The electric kettle provided by the embodiment of the application comprises a kettle body 20, a kettle cover 30 and a handle 10, wherein:
the pot lid 30 is covered on the top of the pot body 20, the handle 10 is arranged on one side of the pot body 20, and one end of the pot lid 30 is hinged with the handle 10 to open and close the pot lid 30. Specifically, a lid support (not shown) is provided in the handle 10, and the lid support is fixed to the body 20 and the handle 10, thereby opening and closing the lid 30.
As shown in fig. 2, which is an exploded view of the handle 10 of fig. 1. The handle 10 comprises a handle seat 1, a handle cover 2 and a PCB3, wherein:
the handle cover 2 is disposed on the handle seat 1, and may be, for example, implemented by screw connection or snap connection, in the present embodiment, the handle cover 2 is fixed on the handle seat 1 by means of snap connection, so as to simplify the assembly process and save the assembly cost. Specifically, the handle seat 1 is provided with a first buckle position 12 and a second buckle hole 13, the handle cover 2 is provided with a first buckle hole 22 and a second buckle position 23, the first buckle position 12 is clamped with the first buckle hole 22, and the second buckle hole 13 is clamped with the second buckle position 23, so that the handle seat 1 and the handle cover 2 are fixed. Further, the first fastening position 12 and the first fastening hole 22, and the second fastening hole 13 and the second fastening position 23 may be one or more groups, as long as the fixation of the handle seat 1 and the handle cover 2 can be achieved.
A cavity is formed between the handle seat 1 and the handle cover 2, a clamping structure is arranged in the cavity, and the PCB3 is fixed in the cavity through the clamping structure, so that the assembly mode of the PCB3 is simplified, and the production efficiency is improved.
The handle 10 further comprises a button 41 connected to the PCB3, for example, a button seat 24 is disposed on the handle cover 2, the button 41 is disposed in the button seat 24, and different functions of the electric kettle, such as power on or power off, can be realized by pressing the button 41. Further, in order to ensure the service life of the key 41 and the timely resilience of the key 41, the key base 24 is further provided with a silica gel pad 42, and the key 41 is connected with the silica gel pad 42.
As an implementation mode, the clamping structure comprises a first clamping structure 11 and a second clamping structure 21, the first clamping structure 11 is arranged on the handle seat 1, and the second clamping structure 21 is arranged on the handle cover 2; the PCB3 is inserted into one of the first clamping structure 11 and the second clamping structure 21, and the other one abuts against the PCB3, so that the PCB3 is fixed between the first clamping structure 11 and the second clamping structure 21. The PCB3 is positioned in one of the first clamping structure 11 and the second clamping structure 21, and then the other one of the first clamping structure 11 and the second clamping structure 21 is used to squeeze (or abut) the PCB3, so that the first clamping structure 11 and the second clamping structure 21 can fix the PCB 3.
As shown in fig. 3, which is an enlarged schematic view at a in fig. 2, that is, fig. 3 shows an overall structure of the first clamping structure 11; as shown in fig. 4, which is an enlarged schematic view at B in fig. 2, that is, fig. 4 shows an overall structure of the second clamping structure 21. As an embodiment, the first clamping structure 11 includes a first limiting member 111, a second limiting member 112 and a third limiting member 113, and the second clamping structure 21 includes a fourth limiting member 211; the PCB3 can be inserted between the first limiting member 111 and the second limiting member 112 and abut against the third limiting member 113, and the fourth limiting member 211 abuts against the PCB3, so that the PCB3 is fixed between the first limiting member 111, the second limiting member 112, the third limiting member 113, and the fourth limiting member 211. With this arrangement, the PCB3 is first positioned perpendicular to the insertion direction thereof by the first and second position-limiting members 111 and 112, and then the PCB3 is positioned parallel to the insertion direction thereof by the third and fourth position-limiting members 113 and 211, thereby ensuring reliable positioning of the PCB 3.
In some embodiments, the distance between the first retaining member 111 and the second retaining member 112 gradually decreases along the insertion direction of the PCB3, so that the insertion resistance of the PCB3 gradually increases during the insertion process until the PCB3 is in interference fit with the first retaining member 111 and the second retaining member 112, thereby making the positioning of the PCB3 more reliable. Of course, the distance between the first limiting member 111 and the second limiting member 112 may not be changed, that is, the PCB3 is always in clearance fit during the whole insertion process, and the positioning of the PCB3 may be completely limited by the fourth limiting member 211.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and fig. 6, the first limiting member 111 includes a plurality of support ribs 111a arranged in parallel, and a gap is formed between two adjacent support ribs 111a, so that the weight of the first limiting member 111 can be reduced, and the first limiting member can continue to support the PCB 3. Optionally, one end of the support rib 111a has a guide surface, which may facilitate insertion of the PCB 3.
In some embodiments, the second position-limiting member 112 includes a first position-limiting baffle 112a and a second position-limiting baffle 112b, the first position-limiting baffle 112a is disposed at two sides along the insertion direction of the PCB3, so as to prevent the PCB3 from sliding towards two sides during the insertion process, thereby ensuring that the PCB3 can be smoothly inserted along the insertion direction; the PCB3 is disposed between the first position-limiting member 111 and the second position-limiting baffle 112b, so that the position limitation can be achieved in the direction perpendicular to the insertion direction of the PCB 3. Through the cooperation of the first and second stoppers 111 and 112, an insertion passage is provided for the insertion of the PCB 3.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3 and 5, the third limiting member 113 has an opening 113a, and the PCB3 can be inserted into the third limiting member 113 through the opening 113a, so that the end of the PCB3 contacting the third limiting member 113 can be more reliably limited. Of course, the third limiting member 113 may not have the opening 113a, that is, the third limiting member 113 may be an end surface perpendicular to the insertion direction of the PCB3, and only the PCB3 may abut against the third limiting member 113.
In some embodiments, the first clamping structure 11 further includes an insertion hole 114, the fourth limiting member 211 can be inserted into the insertion hole 114, and the insertion hole 114 is provided to provide a feeding path for the fourth limiting member 211, so as to achieve the clamping fit between the first clamping structure 11 and the second clamping structure 21.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 4, the fourth limiting member 211 may be a strip-shaped structure with a cross-shaped cross section, so that a certain structural strength of the fourth limiting member 211 can be ensured, and the weight of the fourth limiting member can be reduced.
Further, the fourth stopper 211 is provided with an inclined portion 211a in its insertion direction, and the inclined portion 211a can abut against the PCB 3. Specifically, after the handle 1 is assembled and molded, the part of the inclined part 211a close to the handle cover 2 is closer to the PCB3 than the part of the inclined part 211a far from the handle cover 2, so that the fourth stopper 211 can be ensured to continuously keep the inclined part 211a in abutment with the PCB3 during the process of being inserted into the insertion hole 114, and the PCB3 can be gradually fastened by the inclined part 211a, thereby realizing the reliable positioning of the PCB 3.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application, and various modifications and changes may be made by those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
