When the fourth load bearing member 212 and the fifth load bearing member 213 are flipped upward, if the thickness of the pivot joint 4 is the same as the thickness of the fourth load bearing member 212 or the fifth load bearing member 213, the highest point of the pivot joint 4 is lower than the transition arc of the fourth load bearing member 212 and the fifth load bearing member 213 and will not be embedded into the mattress, but the highest point of the pivot joint 4 exceeds the transition radius of the fourth load bearing member 212 and the fifth load bearing member 213, and the top of the pivot joint 4 will be embedded into the mattress, which may cause abrasion and scratching of the mattress. By controlling the thickness of the pivot connection 4 between the fourth load bearing member 212 and the fifth load bearing member 213, the excessive radius of the fourth load bearing member 212 and the fifth load bearing member 213 is reduced, and abrasion and scratching of the mattress are avoided as much as possible.
Further, as shown in figure 5, the fourth load bearing member 212 further comprises: a reinforcing rod 2121, a fool-proof piece 2122 and a buffer piece 2123; the reinforcing bar 2121 is disposed on the third load-bearing assembly 211, the fool-proof element 2122 and the buffering element 2123 are both disposed on the reinforcing bar 2121, the fool-proof element 2122 is located directly above the driving motor 221 and extends toward the driving motor 221, and the buffering element 2123 is located directly above the eighth supporting element 253 and extends to the top of the eighth supporting element 253.

The buffer 2123 extends to the top of the eighth supporting element 253 to form a support, so that the supporting force of the third load-bearing component 211 is increased, the support of the fourth load-bearing component 212 and the fifth load-bearing component 213 is strengthened, and the bearing surface formed by the third load-bearing component 211, the fourth load-bearing component 212 and the fifth load-bearing component 213 is stabilized; meanwhile, when the turning is finished and the turning is restored to the flat state, the third bearing component 211 descends to a position close to the eighth supporting piece 253 to have certain impact, and a part of the impact is released in advance through the buffering piece 2123, so that the impact of all the bearing parts on the turning mechanism is avoided, and the service life of the bed body is prolonged.
Further, as shown in figure 4, the first load bearing member 111 further comprises: a multi-function receptacle 1111; wherein the multi-functional receptacle 1111 is disposed on a lower surface of the first load bearing member 111. Multifunctional socket 1111 can choose for use ordinary supply socket, diplopore USB socket etc. and socket multifunctional socket 1111 and the first bearing component 111 synchronous lift can not lead to the charging wire to tighten or not long enough because of the rise of bed board, convenience of customers uses.

1. A folding electric bed, comprising: an upper bed body, a lower bed body and a split type fixing part;
the two ends of the split fixing part are respectively fixedly connected with the outer walls of the upper bed body and the lower bed body on the same side, and the upper bed body can be folded at the split fixing part relative to the lower bed body;
the split type fixing part includes: a first fixing member and a second fixing member; the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are detachably and fixedly connected, the first fixing piece is arranged on the outer wall of the upper bed body, and the second fixing piece is arranged on the outer wall of the lower bed body.

the second bearing part is arranged at the top of the lower frame, the second turnover mechanism and the second sliding mechanism are both positioned between the second bearing part and the lower frame, two ends of the second turnover mechanism are respectively pivoted with the second bearing part and the head of the lower frame, the second sliding mechanism is respectively fixedly connected with the second bearing part and the lower frame so that the second bearing part can slide relative to the lower frame, and two ends of the second limiting mechanism are respectively pivoted with the tail of the first bearing part and the second sliding mechanism;
the first sliding mechanism and the second sliding mechanism are pivotally connected at the junction of the upper bed body and the lower bed body.
3. A folding electric bed according to claim 2,
the first bearing part includes: a first load bearing component and a second load bearing component;
the second bearing portion includes: a third load bearing component, a fourth load bearing component, and a fifth load bearing component;
the first load bearing member and the second load bearing member are pivotally connected at an interface;
the third load bearing member, the fourth load bearing member and the fifth load bearing member are sequentially pivotally connected at a junction.

the upper frame includes: a first support, a second support, a third support, a fourth support, and a fifth support;
the lower frame includes: a sixth support, a seventh support, an eighth support, a ninth support, and a tenth support;
the first supporting piece is parallel to the second supporting piece, the third supporting piece, the fourth supporting piece and the fifth supporting piece are parallel to each other, two ends of the first supporting piece and two ends of the second supporting piece are respectively and vertically connected with two ends of the third supporting piece and two ends of the fourth supporting piece, and two ends of the fifth supporting piece are respectively and vertically connected with the first supporting piece and the second supporting piece and are positioned below the first load-bearing assembly;
the sixth supporting piece is parallel to the seventh supporting piece, the eighth supporting piece, the ninth supporting piece and the tenth supporting piece are parallel to each other, two ends of the sixth supporting piece and the seventh supporting piece are respectively and vertically connected with two ends of the eighth supporting piece and the ninth supporting piece, and two ends of the tenth supporting piece are respectively and vertically connected with the sixth supporting piece and the seventh supporting piece in parallel and are located below the fourth bearing assembly.

6. A folding electric bed as claimed in claim 5, wherein said second slide mechanism further comprises: a fourth track, a fourth pulley block and a fourth pulley seat;
the fourth rail is arranged on the inner side walls of the sixth supporting piece and the seventh supporting piece, the fourth pulley block is pivoted with the fourth pulley seat, the fourth pulley seat is fixedly connected with the head of the fifth supporting component, and the fourth pulley block can slide in the fourth rail;
and two ends of the second limiting mechanism are respectively connected with the fourth pulley seat and the fifth bearing component through pivots.

A foldable electric bed as claimed in claim 5 or 6, wherein the first tilting mechanism is pivotally connected at both ends to the head of the first load bearing assembly and the middle vertical portion of the fifth support member, respectively, and the second tilting mechanism comprises: a drive motor and a scissor bracket;
one end of the driving motor is vertically pivoted with the middle part of the seventh supporting piece;

wherein the multi-functional socket is disposed on a lower surface of the first load bearing member.
