Because the sealing ring 3 is installed before the pole 1 is encapsulated, when injection molding is carried out, impact force and high temperature generated by plastic cement can damage the sealing ring 3, so that the influences of deformation, poor sealing and the like are caused, the safety performance of a battery cell is reduced, and even the battery cell is scrapped, therefore, a protection piece 4 is arranged between the insulating piece 2 and the sealing ring 3 in advance, and when the insulating piece 2 is subjected to injection molding, the effect of isolating the sealing ring 3, the pole 1 and the top cover plate 6 is achieved, and the sealing ring 3 is prevented from being damaged by injection molding impact force and high temperature; the sealing ring 3 is made of fluororubber, so that a gap between the pole 1 and the pole through hole 61 can be sealed in the use process of the battery, the insulating part 2 is prevented from being corroded by electrolyte through the gap, and the insulating pole 1 and the pole through hole 61 are also insulated; the insulating part 2 is arranged on the top cover, so that the pole 1 is insulated from the top cover, when the battery is in external short circuit, the insulating part 2 can isolate the top cover, the probability that the electric core is damaged by the loop current is reduced, meanwhile, the insulating part 2 plays a role of fastening the pole 1 by injecting and encapsulating the pole 1, prevents the pole 1 from falling off from the top cover, is beneficial to improving the stability of the top cover, wherein, the insulating part 2 is an integrally formed structure made of PPS material, PSU material, PFA material, PBT material, PA material, nano material or PP material, the PS material, PSU material, PFA material, PBT material, PA material, nano material and PP material all have high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, excellent mechanical property and insulating property, which is helpful for prolonging the service life of the insulating part 2, therefore, the quality of the battery is improved, and the battery has good environmental protection performance and fireproof effect and meets the environmental protection requirement in the field of new energy automobiles.
Preferably, the pole 1 is a positive pole, the protection member 4 is conductive plastic, and the resistance value of the conductive plastic is 0.1m omega-50000 omega. Preferably, the protector 4 is an integrally molded structure of polyphenylene sulfide PPS, polysulfone PSU, polytetrafluoroethylene PFA, polybutylene terephthalate PBT, polyamide PA, nano material or polypropylene PP. The protection member 4 is of an integrally formed structure of polyphenylene sulfide PPS, polysulfone PSU, polytetrafluoroethylene PFA, polybutylene terephthalate PBT, polyamide PA, nano materials or polypropylene PP, the overall rigidity of the protection member 4 can be improved, the service life of the protection member 4 can be prolonged, meanwhile, the production cost of the protection member 4 is reduced, the protection member can be designed as an assembly part, and the protection member has the advantages of being light in size and simple in production process, and is beneficial to improving the safety performance of a battery cell.

Preferably, the pole 1 includes a bottom plate 11 and a column 12 fixed on the bottom plate 11, a first step 121 is disposed on the top of the column 12, a second step 122 is disposed on the bottom of the column 12, a groove 5 is formed between the first step 121 and the second step 122, and the inner wall of the insulating member 2 is matched with the groove 5.
