3) drying the aluminum foil substrate in the step 2), and then sintering at the sintering temperature of 500-700 ℃ for 1-120 min; the sintering atmosphere can be inert gas or vacuum condition;
4) step 3), after sintering is completed, die cutting is carried out on the blank part of the aluminum foil substrate, and the blank part is cut into the shape of the needed anode lead to form a primary anode foil;
5) and 4) carrying out chemical synthesis on the primary anode foil die-cut in the step 4) to finally form the anode foil.
