Claims (10)

1. An insulator, comprising: the clamp comprises a body, a first clamp seat, a second clamp seat, an installation screw and an installation nut, wherein the bottom surface of the first clamp seat is connected with the top end of the body, and a first installation groove and a second installation groove are formed in the top surface of the first clamp seat at intervals in the direction perpendicular to the extension direction of a wire; one end of the mounting screw is connected with the first clamping seat between the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove; the second clamping seat is provided with a mounting hole, the second clamping seat covers the first clamping seat, and the mounting screw penetrates through the mounting hole and is matched with the mounting nut.

The insulator according to claim 1, wherein one end of the second holder in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the conductor projects toward the first holder to form a first stop portion, and the other end of the second holder in the direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the conductor projects toward the first holder to form a second stop portion.

The insulator according to claim 1, wherein the second holder comprises a plurality of clamping blocks arranged in sequence in a direction parallel to the extending direction of the conductor, each clamping block is provided with a mounting hole, a plurality of mounting screws are arranged on the first holder between the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove, each clamping block covers the first holder, each mounting screw penetrates through one mounting hole, and each mounting screw is matched with one mounting nut.
4. The insulator according to claim 3, wherein the first clamping seat further comprises connecting blocks, the clamping blocks are arranged at intervals along the extending direction of the conducting wire, and two adjacent clamping blocks are connected through the connecting blocks.
5. The insulator of claim 4 wherein the clamp block and the connecting block are integrally formed.
6. An insulator according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the first holder and the mounting screw are integrally formed.

The insulator according to claim 6, wherein the body comprises a first connecting piece, a second connecting piece and an insulating piece, the first connecting piece is connected with the top end of the insulating piece, the second connecting piece is connected with the bottom end of the insulating piece, and the first connecting piece and the first clamping seat are integrally formed.
8. An insulator according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the cross sections of the first mounting groove and the second mounting groove are circular arc-shaped.
9. An insulator according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the first and second holders are aluminum alloy holders.
10. An insulator according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising an elastic washer, wherein the elastic washer is sleeved on the mounting screw, and the elastic washer is located between the second holder and the mounting nut.
