The filtered fuel oil can greatly reduce the failure probability of the fuel spray nozzle, and the service life of the engine is prolonged.
At present, a high-pressure common rail system is generally applied to a diesel engine, although the high-pressure common rail system improves the injection pressure of fuel, air in a low-pressure oil way can not be automatically discharged generally when the engine is started at a low speed, so that the engine is difficult to start, and a fuel filter capable of automatically exhausting and pumping the fuel is provided with an electric pump.
Specifically, a power supply of the whole vehicle starts, an electric pump starts, and the electric pump is automatically closed after the power supply is switched on to work for a certain time, wherein the electric pump generates negative pressure at a pump oil inlet of the electric pump, then a main oil inlet of a base generates negative pressure, fuel oil in a fuel tank is sucked into the base at the moment, the fuel oil is filtered by a fuel oil filter, enters a cavity of an electric pump assembly arranged on the base through a clean oil channel, is pumped out from an oil outlet of the pump, and is then discharged through a main oil outlet of the base communicated with the pump oil filter, and at the moment, a check valve assembly is in. When the electric pump assembly is closed, the one-way valve assembly is opened, the filtered fuel in the base flows in from the one-way valve assembly and then is discharged through the base main oil outlet communicated with the one-way valve assembly, and finally the fuel reaches the engine.
As shown in figures 1 and 2, a fuel filter assembly with an electric pump in the prior art is mainly arranged in a manner that a cavity 02 of an electric pump assembly is arranged inside a fuel filter base, wherein the cavity 02 of the electric pump assembly is arranged inside a main shell 01 of the fuel filter base, so that the fuel filter base cannot be integrally formed through a mold forming process, and the upper part and the lower part can be completed only by pulling cores on two sides, so that two ends of the fuel filter base are both of an open structure, wherein one end of the fuel filter base is connected with a filter element, and the other end of the fuel filter base is sealed through a sealing ring and a flange cover plate 03, on one hand, the fuel filter base is complicated in self assembly, on the other hand, the sealing ring is aged and fails, and the fuel filter base is leaked, and the like, and the arrangement manner that the two, The lower part can be formed only by pulling cores on two sides, and the processing procedure is complex.
Therefore, it is desirable to provide a fuel filter base and a fuel filter to solve the above problems.
