The embodiment of the application provides a steam turbine oil tank. Referring to fig. 1, a steam turbine oil tank 100 provided by the embodiment of the present application may include a tank body 101, a tray 102, and a cover 103.
An oil storage cavity 1011 is formed in the box 101, the side wall of the oil storage cavity 1011 is a cylindrical surface, a first thread 1012 is arranged on the side wall of the oil storage cavity 1011, one side of the oil storage cavity 1011 is open, and a detachable sealing cover 103 is correspondingly arranged on the open side of the oil storage cavity 1011.
The side wall of the tray 102 is a cylindrical surface, the side wall of the tray 102 is provided with a second thread 1021 matched with the first thread 1012, the tray 102 and the oil storage cavity 1011 are in threaded connection through the first thread and the second thread, the tray 102 is fixedly connected with the rotating rod 104, and the rotating rod 104 faces to the open side of the oil storage cavity.

Referring to fig. 1, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the turbine oil tank 100 may further include an oil supply pipe 1031, the oil supply pipe 1031 may be disposed on the cover 103, and the oil supply pipe 1031 penetrates the cover 103. Thus, the oil can be taken from the turbine oil tank 100 through the oil supply pipe 1031 and supplied to other equipment requiring the oil.
Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the oil supply conduit may not be included, and the oil supply hole may be formed in the side wall of the oil storage chamber. The oil can be obtained from the oil tank of the steam turbine through the oil supply hole and can be supplied to other equipment needing the oil.
Referring to fig. 1, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, a through hole 1031 may be formed on the cover 103, the through hole 1031 is disposed corresponding to the rotating rod 104, wherein an axis of the rotating rod 104 may coincide with an axis of the tray 102. It should be noted that the description of "the axes are coincident" does not mean that the axes of the two structures are completely coincident, and the axes of the two structures may have a certain coaxiality error due to the existence of machining error.
In an embodiment of the present application, a rotating portion may be provided on the rotating rod 104 on a side away from the tray. Referring to fig. 2, the rotary part may be a boss 1041 provided at an end of the rotary rod 104, and the contour of the boss may be a triangle, a quadrangle, a pentagon, a hexagon, and so on. Like this, when needs rotate rotary rod 104, can use tools such as spanner to block on the outline of boss 1041, can make rotary rod 104 rotate through the mode of rotating the spanner, and then drive tray 102 and rotate to realize that tray 102 moves along the axis of oil storage chamber 1011 in oil storage chamber 1011.
Of course, in other embodiments of the application, the boss 1041 may not be provided at the end of the rotating rod 104. For example, a countersunk hole, such as a hexagonal countersunk hole, a cross-shaped countersunk hole, or the like, may be provided as the rotation portion at the end of the rotation lever 104. In this way, the rotation of the rotating portion by a tool such as a wrench may rotate the tray 102, so that the tray 102 moves along the axis of the oil chamber 1011 inside the oil chamber 1011.
Referring to fig. 1, optionally, in an embodiment of the present application, the rotating rod 104 extends out of the through hole 1031, and an inner wall of the through hole 1031 may be in sliding fit with an outer wall of the rotating rod 104, wherein the inner wall of the through hole 1031 may be a cylindrical surface, and an outer surface of a portion of the rotating rod 104 in sliding fit with the through hole 1031 may also be a cylindrical surface.
The rotating rod 104 may be a hollow structure, and an oil guide opening communicated with the hollow structure is formed at one side of the rotating rod 104 close to the tray 102. The outer surface of the end of the rotating rod 104 extending out of the through hole 1031 may be provided with a third thread, the turbine oil tank 100 may further include a rotating rod end cover 1042, the rotating rod end cover 1042 may be provided with a fourth thread matching with the third thread, and the rotating rod 104 and the rotating rod end cover 1042 may be in threaded connection with the fourth thread through the third thread.
Thus, when oil needs to be added into the turbine oil tank 100, the rotating rod end cap 1042 can be taken down, the oil can be filled into the hollow structure of the rotating rod 104, and the oil entering the hollow structure can enter the oil storage cavity 1011 from the oil guide opening communicated with the hollow structure.
Referring to fig. 3, optionally, in other embodiments of the present application, an inner wall of the through hole 1031 may be provided with a fifth thread, the steam turbine oil tank may further include a through hole cover 1043, and a sixth thread cooperating with the fifth thread may be provided on the through hole cover 1043, and the through hole 1031 and the through hole cover 1043 are in threaded connection with the sixth thread through the fifth thread.
Thus, when oil needs to be added to the turbine oil tank 100, the perforated cover 1043 can be removed, and oil can be injected into the oil storage chamber 1011 through the perforations 1031.
It should be noted that in other embodiments of the application, the cover 103 and the case 101 may be connected by a threaded connection. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the cover 103 and the box 101 may be connected without using a threaded connection, for example, the cover 103 may be directly placed on the box 101, and the cover 103 may abut on the box 101 by gravity. Of course, other connection methods can be used to connect the cover and the box body, and are not described in detail here.
Optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, a handle 1032 may be provided on the cover 103. Thus, when it is desired to remove the cover 103, the handle 1032 on the cover 103 may be grasped to remove the cover 103. It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, oil can be directly injected into the oil storage chamber 1011 through the opening portion of the oil storage chamber 1011 by opening the cover 103 so that the oil storage chamber 1011 is exposed. Thus, in the embodiments of the present application, the through holes 1031, and other related structures may not be provided.
Referring to fig. 1, optionally, in the embodiment of the present application, an oil level reminding device 105 is disposed on the cover 103, and the oil level reminding device 105 extends into the oil storage chamber 1011. In this way, the oil level reminding device 105 can be used for detecting the height of the oil level in the oil storage chamber 1011, and when the oil level is low, a user can be reminded to add oil. Thus, the user can know the oil level condition through the oil level reminding device 105 without opening the cover 103.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, the oil level reminding device 105 may include a fixed column 1051, a floating ball mechanism 1052, a signal lamp 1053, and a power supply circuit electrically connected to the signal lamp, the floating ball mechanism 1052 may be rotatably connected to the fixed column 1052, the power supply circuit may include a switch, and a trigger portion of the switch may be connected to the floating ball mechanism.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 1, the switch may be disposed corresponding to an end of the rotating rod of the floating ball mechanism away from the floating ball, and the switch may be disposed on the fixing column 1052. Like this, when the floater come-up, floater mechanism rotary rod rotated, and the trigger part of switch can be pressed to the one end of keeping away from the floater on the floater mechanism rotary rod, can be so that the supply circuit of signal lamp switches on, and the signal lamp lights. Of course, a switch with a circuit cut off after the trigger part of the switch is pressed can also be adopted, so that when the floating ball floats upwards, the rotary rod of the floating ball mechanism rotates, the trigger part of the switch can be pressed at one end, far away from the floating ball, of the rotary rod of the floating ball mechanism, the power supply circuit of the signal lamp can be cut off, and the signal lamp is extinguished. When the float descends, the state of the signal lamp can be opposite to the state of the float, and the detailed description is omitted.
Alternatively, referring to fig. 1, the oil level reminding device 105 may include a battery compartment 1054, and the battery compartment 1054 may be provided on the outer surface of the cover 103, which facilitates the replacement of the battery. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, other power supply methods may be adopted, and the battery compartment may not be provided.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the application, the number of the floating ball mechanisms may be three, the number of the signal lamps may be three, the number of the switches may also be three, the signal lamps may be a red signal lamp, a yellow signal lamp and a green signal lamp, the three floating ball mechanisms may be rotatably connected to the fixing column respectively from top to bottom, each signal lamp may correspond to one switch electrically connected, and the triggering portion of each switch corresponds to one floating ball mechanism connected. Thus, the state of the oil level can be roughly determined from the state change of each signal lamp.
Optionally, referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present application, the turbine fuel tank 100 may further include legs 106. The height of the legs 106 is adjustable so that when the turbine oil tank 100 is not placed stably, the height of the legs 106 can be adjusted to make the placement of the turbine oil tank 100 more stable.
