Claims (10)

1. A bottle cap with safe breakpoints comprises a cap body and a pipe orifice piece with a cylindrical outflow opening, wherein the cap body is detachably connected with the pipe orifice piece through threads, the pipe orifice piece is provided with a baffle plate protruding from the periphery of the pipe orifice piece and used for preventing the cap body from screwing in, and the lower edge of the cap body is provided with an anti-theft hoop clamped with the periphery of the baffle plate; the anti-theft hoop is divided into two hoop parts, the hoop parts are connected through breakpoints, and the hoop parts are connected with the cover body through connecting sheets; be equipped with 2 pawls in the baffle periphery, its characterized in that:
the tail end of each section of hoop part is provided with a connecting part, and the tail end of the connecting part is inwards obliquely provided with a claw part clamped with the pawl along the unscrewing direction of the cover body; the claw part is connected with the front end of the other section of the hoop part through a break point;
a plurality of inwards sunken guide folds are arranged on the outer side of each connecting part; the depth of the recess of each guide fold exceeds half the thickness of the connecting portion;
each connecting piece extends along the outer wall of the cover body from the front end of each section of hoop component to the connecting part;
the inner wall of the cover body is circumferentially provided with a plurality of positioning grooves, and the positioning grooves extend from the lower edge of the cover body to the inner wall of the cover body along the screwing direction of the cover body and are gradually deepened from shallow to deep; a baffle wall with axial depth is arranged at the joint of the deep end of each positioning groove and the inner wall of the cover body; a plurality of positioning blocks corresponding to the positioning grooves are circumferentially arranged on the upper surface of the baffle plate, and the positioning blocks are arranged along the screwing direction of the cover body; when the positioning block slides along the positioning groove to abut against the blocking wall, the blocking wall limits the forward movement of the positioning block, the pawl is clamped with the claw in a matched manner, and the cover body is hermetically connected with the pipe orifice piece;
when the cover body is unscrewed outwards, the interaction force between the claw part and the pawl is increased, the pulling force applied to the break point is increased, when the pulling force applied to the break point reaches a threshold value, the connection between the claw part and the break point is disconnected, and the claw part is turned inwards along the guide crease, so that the cover body is unscrewed outwards and is separated from the pipe orifice piece.

A breakpoint safe bottle cap as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the ratio of the length of the connecting part to the height of the anti-theft hoop is 2-2.5; the connecting part comprises a first connecting part and a second connecting part which are symmetrically arranged; the first connecting part and the second connecting part are respectively arranged at the tail ends of the two sections of hoop parts.

A breakpoint safety bottle cap according to claim 2, wherein the claw portion includes a first claw portion and a second claw portion; the first claw part is arranged at the tail end of the first connecting part in an inward inclined mode, and the second claw part is arranged at the tail end of the second connecting part in an inward inclined mode; the first claw part and the second claw part are axially symmetrical;
each breakpoint is arranged at the lower end of each section of hoop part, and the inner side of each breakpoint and the inner side of the anti-theft hoop are on the same circumference; an inclined plane is arranged on the outer side of each breaking point, the thickness of each breaking point is less than half of the thickness of the anti-theft hoop, and the height of each breaking point is lower than half of the height of the anti-theft hoop; the breakpoints comprise a first breakpoint and a second breakpoint; the first claw part and the second claw part are respectively connected with the front ends of the two sections of hoop parts through a first breaking point and a second breaking point.

A breakpoint-safe bottle cap according to claim 3, wherein the first connecting part is formed with a first guide fold and a second guide fold recessed inwardly at an outer side thereof; when the first claw part is disconnected from the first breaking point under the action of the pawl, the first claw part is folded inwards along the first guide crease or the second guide crease; the outer side of the second connecting part is provided with a third guide crease and a fourth guide crease in an inwards concave mode; when the second claw portion is disconnected from the second disconnection point by the urging force of the pawl, the second claw portion is folded inward along the third guide fold or the fourth guide fold.

A breakpoint safety bottle cap according to claim 2, wherein one end of the connecting piece near the connecting portion is a tail end of the connecting piece, and the other end is a front end of the connecting piece; the connecting pieces comprise a first connecting piece and a second connecting piece which are symmetrically arranged; a first visible window is formed between the front end of the first connecting sheet and the tail end of the second connecting sheet and is positioned right above the first connecting part; and a second visible window is formed between the tail end of the first connecting sheet and the front end of the second connecting sheet and is positioned right above the first connecting part.
6. The bottle cap with the safe breakpoint as claimed in claim 5, wherein a first limiting groove is formed on the first connecting piece, a second limiting groove is formed on the second connecting piece, and the first limiting groove and the second limiting groove are symmetrically arranged.

A breakpoint safety bottle cap according to claim 1, wherein the top inner surface of the cap body extends downward to form an annular flange, and the annular flange is in interference fit with the inner wall of the orifice member; when the cover body is screwed on the pipe orifice piece, the annular flange extends into the outflow opening to be in sealing sleeve joint with the upper end part of the pipe orifice piece.
8. A breakpoint-safe bottle cap according to claim 1, wherein the cap body has a ring-shaped structure, and the cap body includes an upper end portion, a middle portion and a lower end portion which are sequentially reduced from top to bottom.

The bottle cap with the safe breakpoint as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first transition inclined plane is arranged at a joint of the upper end part of the cap body and the middle part of the cap body; a second transition inclined plane is arranged at the joint of the middle part of the cover body and the lower end part of the cover body; the area of the first transition inclined plane is larger than that of the second transition inclined plane.

A breakpoint safety bottle cap according to claim 9, wherein the cap body upper end portion is provided with a handle piece, the handle piece transitioning from one side of the cap body upper end portion to the other side along the cap body top surface; the two sides of the handle sheet are arranged in an arc shape, and the joint of the bottom of the handle sheet and the side wall of the cover body is arranged in a bending way; the length of the handle piece is larger than the outer diameter of the cover body.
