The third boss 520 is triangular prism-shaped, a side surface of the third boss 520 is fixedly connected with the third fixing plate 500, a bottom surface of the third boss 520 and the third fixing plate 500 are arranged in parallel and level with the side wall of the first connecting plate 200, the other side surface of the third boss 520 is arranged in parallel and level with the second connecting plate 400, and the third boss 520 is provided with a first through hole. Here, it should be noted that the highest position of the extension 540 is connected to the first connecting plate 200, which means that the extension 540 is inclined from the position where the first connecting plate 200 is connected to the second fixing plate 300 in a direction away from the plate surface. The slope of the extension 540 is determined according to the slope of the pedal. Here, it should also be noted that, when the extended portion 540 is plate-shaped, a reinforcing strength member is provided on the side of the extended portion 540 that is not attached to the step.
Further, in one possible implementation, the bumper bracket of the disclosed embodiment further includes a first ledge 530. One side of the third boss 520, which is far away from the first connecting plate 200 and is close to the second connecting plate 400, is provided with a first cutting edge, the cutting direction of the cutting edge is perpendicular to the third fixing plate 500, the third fixing plate 500 is provided with a second cutting edge, and the first cutting edge and the second cutting edge are arranged in parallel and level. The first eaves 530 are disposed on the sidewall of the third fixing plate 500 away from the first connecting plate 200, and the first eaves 530 extend to the sidewall of the second connecting plate 400 through the first cut edge and the second cut edge, so that the first eaves 530 surround the third bosses 520 away from the first connecting plate 200.
The two third fixing plates 500 have substantially the same outer shape, but the third bosses 520 of the two third fixing plates 500 have different shapes due to different fitting of the respective parts inside the two vehicle types, and the first ledge 530 is not required for one vehicle type. The third fixing plate 500 provided with the first eaves 530 is used in a standard floor vehicle type, and the third fixing plate 500 without the first eaves 530 is used in a high floor vehicle type.
As shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, in one possible implementation, three reinforcing ribs are disposed between the second connecting plate 400 and the third fixing plate 500, the reinforcing ribs are triangular, one reinforcing rib is disposed corresponding to one auxiliary groove, and the reinforcing rib is disposed on one side of the auxiliary groove far from the first connecting plate 200. The reinforcing rib has increased the intensity of this disclosed embodiment bumper bracket. The first fixing plate 100, the first connecting plate 200, the second fixing plate 300, the second connecting plate 400 and the third fixing plate 500 are integrally formed, wherein the first fixing plate 100, the first connecting plate 200, the second fixing plate 300, the second connecting plate 400 and the third fixing plate 500 are all made of aluminum.
Here, it should also be noted that the bumper bracket according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is manufactured by using a semi-solid aluminum casting process, so that the overall strength of the bumper bracket is improved, the overall process flow of the bumper bracket is optimized, the bumper bracket is more convenient to manufacture, and the manufactured bumper bracket is more portable. Here, it should also be pointed out that the bumper is provided with the preformed hole, and mounting hole and preformed hole are to the matching, and mounting hole and preformed hole correspond the setting.
In a possible implementation manner, a joint of the first fixing plate 100 and the first connecting plate 200 is provided with a round corner, a joint of the first connecting plate 200 and the second fixing plate 300 is provided with a round corner, a joint of the second fixing plate 300 and the second connecting plate 400 is provided with a round corner, and a joint of the second connecting plate 400 and the third fixing plate 500 is provided with a round corner. Therefore, the heat treatment sharp angle effect can be reduced, and the casting is more convenient.
Based on any one of the bumper brackets in the preceding, the present disclosure also provides a bumper bracket assembly. The bumper bracket assembly of the embodiment of the disclosure comprises the bumper bracket, the bumper and the middle bumper bracket. By mounting any one of the bumper brackets to the bracket of the bumper bracket assembly, the bumper bracket assembly does not interfere with other automobile parts during the automobile assembly process.
In one possible implementation, there are two bumper brackets, and two bumper center brackets. The bumper supports are respectively and fixedly connected to the two sides of the bumper, and the two bumper supports are distributed in an axisymmetric mode by taking the axis perpendicular to the middle position of the bumper as an axis. The middle bracket of the bumper is axisymmetrical with an axis perpendicular to the middle position of the bumper.

the first fixing plate is provided with more than two mounting holes, and the mounting holes are suitable for being fixedly connected with the bumper through connecting pieces;
the first connecting plate is fixedly connected between the first fixing plate and the second fixing plate, and the first fixing plate, the first connecting plate and the second fixing plate are distributed in a step shape;
the second connecting plate is fixedly connected between the second fixing plate and the third fixing plate, and the second fixing plate, the second connecting plate and the third fixing plate are distributed in a step shape;
the second connecting plate, the side wall of the third fixing plate and the first connecting plate are fixedly connected, so that the first connecting plate is in a step shape;
the step slope formed by the first fixing plate, the first connecting plate and the second fixing plate is intersected with the step slope formed by the second fixing plate, the second connecting plate and the third fixing plate;
the length of the second fixing plate is greater than that of the third fixing plate;
the automobile head pedal connecting device is characterized in that more than two through grooves are formed in the second connecting plate, more than two through holes are formed in the third fixing plate, more than two through holes are formed in one side, away from the second connecting plate, of the surface of the second fixing plate, so that the surface, away from the first fixing plate, of the second fixing plate is suitable for being connected with a vehicle head pedal, and the surface, away from the first fixing plate, of the third fixing plate is suitable for being connected with the vehicle head pedal.
2. The bumper bracket according to claim 1, characterized in that: the first fixing plate comprises a fixing plate main body, a first mounting cylinder, a second mounting cylinder and a third mounting cylinder;
the mounting holes are provided with three inner holes which are respectively the inner holes of the first mounting cylinder, the second mounting cylinder and the third mounting cylinder;
the fixing plate main body comprises a triangular plate, a rectangular plate and a trapezoidal plate;
the triangular plate, the rectangular plate and the trapezoidal plate are sequentially connected, the connecting part of the triangular plate and the rectangular plate is arranged in a flush manner, and the long bottom side wall of the trapezoidal plate is connected with and arranged in a flush manner with the side wall of the rectangular plate;
an arc surface is arranged on one side, close to the short bottom, of the trapezoidal plate on the plate surface connected with the first connecting plate, so that the plate surface on one side, close to the short bottom, of the trapezoidal plate is sunken towards the plate surface on the other side of the trapezoidal plate;
the first mounting cylinder is arranged at one corner of the triangular plate, which is far away from the trapezoidal plate, and the first mounting cylinder penetrates through the triangular plate;
