Examples
The negative pressure air knife for the casting machine comprises three negative pressure air chambers and a sealing chamber connected with the three negative pressure air chambers as shown in figures 1 to 3; the three negative pressure air chambers are a main negative pressure air chamber 11, an auxiliary negative pressure air chamber 12 and an edge negative pressure air chamber 13, the end parts of the three negative pressure air chambers are respectively connected with a main negative pressure air chamber heat exhaust pipe 21, an auxiliary negative pressure air chamber heat exhaust pipe 22 and an edge negative pressure air chamber heat exhaust pipe 23, and the three exhaust pipes are used for providing hot exhaust; the sealing chamber is divided into three sealing chambers by a sealing plate, namely a first sealing chamber 31 corresponding to the main negative pressure air chamber, a second sealing chamber 32 corresponding to the auxiliary negative pressure air chamber, and a third sealing chamber 33 corresponding to the edge negative pressure air chamber, the third sealing chamber is composed of a left chamber 331 and a right chamber 332, and the left chamber 331 and the right chamber 332 are communicated with the edge negative pressure air chamber together, as shown in fig. 3; the three negative pressure air chambers are communicated with the three sealed chamber pipelines. The negative pressure air knife of the embodiment realizes the independent control of the three negative pressure air chambers through a computer control program, and is connected with the heating exhaust air pipe instead. The negative pressure air knife of the embodiment controls the roller pasting effect of the film lip opening by adjusting the air volume and the temperature of the three-cavity negative pressure air knife, and the production test is carried out after the equipment is transformed. Specifically, taking the production of a polypropylene microporous membrane product with a thickness of 11 μm as an example, the casting speed of the three-cavity negative pressure air knife, the standard deviation mean of the thickness, the proportion of deformation such as wave or vertical edge and the like generated in the later period of the product, the number of edge breakage times generated every month, and the production yield of the product are adopted in the test.
Meanwhile, the same test was conducted using a conventional double chamber negative pressure air knife in this example as a comparison. The test results are shown in table 1.

In table 1, the "double-cavity structure" corresponding to the "negative pressure system" is the double-cavity negative pressure air knife, and the "three-cavity structure" is the three-cavity negative pressure air knife in this example. The results in table 1 show that the flow-casting limiting speed of the three-cavity negative pressure air knife is significantly higher than that of the two-cavity negative pressure air knife in the present example, which indicates that the three-cavity negative pressure air knife can meet the requirement of production speed increase; in the aspect of thickness control, the standard deviation mean value of the double-cavity negative pressure air knife is 0.025, but the standard deviation mean value is only 0.01 in the application, which shows that the thickness of the diaphragm is controlled more uniformly by adopting the three-cavity negative pressure air knife; in addition, the three-cavity negative pressure air knife is adopted, the proportion of the later deformation is reduced to 2-3%, and compared with 7-8% of the double-cavity negative pressure air knife, the effect of reducing the later deformation is obviously improved; in the long-term use process, the counted broken edge times of each month show that the broken edge of the three-cavity negative pressure air knife is only 2-3 times per month, and the broken edge of the two-cavity negative pressure air knife is up to 10-15 times per month; furthermore, the statistical result of the production product yield shows that the highest product yield of the three-cavity negative pressure air knife can reach 97%, while the highest product yield of the two-cavity negative pressure air knife is only 88%. The results of comparative analysis table 1 show that the three-cavity negative pressure air knife of the embodiment is obviously superior to the existing two-cavity negative pressure air knife in the aspects of speed-up production, thickness control, later deformation control, edge breakage control and the like; and moreover, the three-cavity negative pressure air knife is adopted, so that the product yield is greatly improved, and the production efficiency and the quality are improved.
