Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1-12, the universal spring machine of the present application includes a main housing 1, a forming unit, a straightening mechanism 41, a wire guiding mechanism 31, and a controller 51.
The main box body 1 comprises a top wall 11, a side wall assembly and a bottom wall 13, wherein the side wall assembly comprises a front side wall 121, a right side wall 122, a rear side wall 123 and a left side wall 124 which are sequentially connected, and the top wall 11 and the bottom wall 13 are respectively sealed at the top end and the bottom end of the side wall assembly.
The forming unit is arranged on the top wall 11 through a support frame 23, and the front side wall 121 and the top wall 11 are concavely formed with an accommodating area 125 for accommodating part of the forming unit. The receiving area 125 includes a horizontal plate 126 and an inclined plate 127 connected to the horizontal plate 126, the inclined plate 127 being used for freely discharging the waste. The crank assembly 2213 includes a gear set 22131 and a crank shaft 22132, the crank shaft 22132 is connected to the gear set 22131 at one end and to the slider module 2214 at the other end.

The oil outlet 242 is located on the side wall of the slider bottom plate 22141. The oil outlet 242 is located on the side wall of the slider bottom plate 22141.
The two slider pressing plates 22143 are respectively disposed on both sides of the upper portion of the sliding groove 22144 of the slider base plate 22141, and a plurality of intersecting annular passages 22147 for passing oil paths are formed in the longitudinal direction on the upper surface of the slider base plate 22141. Preferably, the intersecting annular passage 22147 is circular.
The oil inlet of the oil passage is located on one or two of the two slider pressing plates 22143, and the oil outlet 242 is located on the side wall of the slider bottom plate 22141.
