Preferably, a pipeline between the outlet of the dust remover and the pipeline of the flue gas inlet of the desulfurization and denitrification tower is connected with a fan, and the fan is connected in series between the outlet of the dust remover and the pipeline of the flue gas inlet of the desulfurization and denitrification tower.
