Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to an assembly, this assembly is formed by at least one cooking container, especially long handle pan (po E) or handle pan (cascolole) and packing plant, the assembly is arranged in supporting the delivery in the mail order network, especially is in a unified mode.
Background
A packaging device for cooking containers is known, comprising a corrugated cardboard box and a wedge for immobilizing the cooking container in said box. The wedge may be a specially designed wedge to adapt to the outer shape of the cooking vessel and deform upon shock during dispensing. Such wedges are made in particular of polystyrene or folded corrugated cardboard.
In order to support a often uniform distribution in a mail-order network, the assembly formed by the corrugated cardboard box and the cooking container equipped with wedges can be placed in an outer packaging box with shock-absorbing elements, in particular constituted by polystyrene fragments or air-filled pouches.
Such packaging devices therefore implement a number of additional components which may be specific to the type and model of cooking vessel to be packaged and are therefore expensive in terms of materials and investment.
Furthermore, only corrugated cardboard components can be easily recycled. Other additional components are not easily or difficult to recycle.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the present invention is to overcome the above drawbacks and to provide an assembly formed by at least one cooking vessel (in particular a long-handled pan or a handled pan) and a packaging device for supporting distribution in a mail order network, which is simple in design and economical to implement.
Another object of the present invention is to provide an assembly formed by at least one cooking vessel and a packaging device for supporting distribution in a mail order network, which is easy to recycle.
These objects are achieved with an assembly formed by at least one cooking vessel, in particular a wok or a pan with a handle, having a weight P and a packaging unit comprising at least one corrugated cardboard element, characterized in that said packaging means comprise a predetermined quantity Q of glue, said predetermined quantity Q being a function of said weight P, said glue being arranged directly between said at least one cooking container and said at least one corrugated cardboard element, the at least one cooking vessel and the at least one corrugated cardboard element are thus connected in one piece by at least one gluing zone, the glue area enables the assembly to support at least one standardized packaging test of the standards ISTA3A, ISTA6 or NF EN15552, and the glued area is dimensioned to have a peel resistance between 10N and 100N, preferably 50N.
The assembly therefore comprises a packaging device for cooking containers, which packaging device comprises, in particular, at least one corrugated cardboard element which is easy to recycle.
The amount of glue Q is predetermined such that the cooking container remains integral with at least one corrugated cardboard element during standardized packaging tests, in particular according to the standards ISTA3A, ISTA6 or NF EN 15552. Thus, the glue area enables the assembly to support distribution in a mail order network. At least one corrugated cardboard element is used to deform and absorb shocks in these tests, which indicate shocks in distribution.
The amount of glue Q is distributed between the at least one cooking container and the at least one corrugated cardboard element to define at least one glued area dimensioned to have a peel resistance between 10N and 100N, preferably 50N. Thus, the user can easily separate the at least one cooking container from the at least one corrugated cardboard element upon receipt of the assembly.
The corrugated cardboard element, when it surrounds the cooking container, can be dimensioned to accept all dimensions of the type of cooking container: for example, if the type of cooking vessel is a stemmed pan, the corrugated cardboard elements can receive a stemmed pan of 16cm diameter or a stemmed pan of 20cm diameter or a stemmed pan of 22cm diameter.
The predetermined amount Q of glue disposed directly between the at least one cooking container and the at least one corrugated cardboard element is understood to mean that the outer surface of the at least one cooking container is glued to the outer surface of the at least one corrugated cardboard element. There is no other component interposed between the at least one cooking container and the at least one corrugated cardboard element.
Advantageously, the glue is a self-adhesive hot melt glue, in particular based on synthetic rubber.
Gluing is performed by applying pressure to the adhesive layer: the higher the pressure applied, the better the adhesion. Such self-adhesive glue has a high viscosity which allows immediate handling of the assembly.
In addition, the glue can be separated from the at least one cooking vessel and the at least one corrugated cardboard element for recycling.
Advantageously, the ratio between the weight P of the at least one cooking receptacle and the predetermined quantity Q of glue is comprised between 100 and 250.
Such a ratio allows a good compromise to be obtained between: the method further includes the steps of retaining the at least one cooking container on the at least one corrugated board element during dispensing, and applying a reasonable force by a user to separate the at least one corrugated board element from the at least one cooking container upon receipt of the assembly.
Preferably, the at least one cooking vessel comprises a bottom and the at least one gluing zone is arranged on said bottom.
At least one cooking vessel, in particular a long-handled pan or a handled pan, usually has a flat bottom which allows easy distribution of a predetermined quantity Q of glue and defines a large gluing area.
Advantageously, the at least one gluing zone is formed by at least one circular zone.
Such a circular glued area is obtained when glue sites are placed, for example, on at least one corrugated cardboard element and at least one cooking vessel is applied under pressure to the glue sites.
Advantageously, at least one circular gluing zone is arranged at the periphery of the bottom. For example, two circular gluing zones are arranged diametrically opposite on the bottom.
Preferably, at least one glue area is formed by at least one straight strip.
Such a straight strip is obtained when an adhesive strip is placed, for example, on at least one corrugated cardboard element and at least one cooking vessel is applied under pressure to the adhesive strip.
Advantageously, at least one gluing zone is formed by at least two straight strips arranged in parallel.
Preferably, the at least one cooking vessel comprises a rounded bottom and the at least one straight strip forms a rounded bead.
Thus, a good distribution of the at least one glued area on the bottom is obtained.
Advantageously, at least one glued area formed by at least one straight strip is arranged on at least one corrugated cardboard element in a direction perpendicular to the direction of the grooves.
The flutes of the corrugated cardboard are glued to the covering paper by means of a plurality of parallel glue lines, which extend in a direction defining the direction of the flutes. Therefore, the straight strips arranged in the direction perpendicular to the direction of the grooves allow a plurality of bonding lines to be applied upon vibration to avoid separation of the cover paper from the grooves.
Preferably, at least one corrugated cardboard element comprises a corrugated cardboard having a thickness of more than 90g/m2A cover paper for receiving glue.
This arrangement allows to ensure the adhesion of the covering paper and the corrugated cardboard upon shocks.
Advantageously, the at least one corrugated cardboard element is a box comprising a bottom, on which the at least one cooking vessel is glued.
Thus, the corrugated cardboard box defines a peripheral space around the cooking container, in which the corrugated cardboard can be deformed upon shaking without touching the cooking container.
Preferably, the tank comprises a bottom on which the bottom of the cooking vessel is glued, the bottom of the tank being one piece.
Advantageously, the assembly comprises only the cooking container, the corrugated cardboard element forming the box and a quantity Q of glue.
Such components correspond to most packages that are uniformly distributed in a mail-order network.
Preferably, the at least one corrugated cardboard element is at least one wedge element and the assembly comprises a corrugated cardboard box for receiving the at least one wedge element in a suitable manner, the at least one cooking vessel being glued to the wedge element.
Thus, the assembly may comprise two recyclable corrugated cardboard elements, and the composition thereof may be different: the light composition is for the box to be subjected to shocks and the heavier composition is for the wedges to ensure that the cooking vessel remains glued in place.
Advantageously, the wedge comprises two vertical folds extending over the height of the box.
Preferably, the at least one cooking receptacle comprises a bottom having an outer surface for receiving glue, which may be: metal surfaces, in particular made of aluminum, stainless steel, coated metal surfaces, in particular enamel, teflon-based coatings, glass surfaces or plastic surfaces, in particular made of polyethylene terephthalate or polypropylene.
Such a surface for receiving glue allows the at least one gluing zone to withstand the tensile or shear forces generated upon shocks and to yield when a peeling force is applied by the user.
Advantageously, the weight of the cooking container is between 50g and 6000 g.
Preferably, the at least one cooking vessel is a long-handled pan, a handled pan or a double-lidded pan.

Detailed Description
In the first embodiment shown in fig. 1 to 4, the assembly 1a is formed by a cooking container 2, which cooking container 2 is directly integral with the corrugated cardboard element 10 by means of a predetermined quantity Q of glue 20. The corrugated cardboard element 10 and a predetermined quantity Q of glue 20 form the packaging means of the cooking container 2. The assembly 1a is sized to support distribution in a mail order sales network. A predetermined quantity Q of glue 20 is defined so that cooking container 2 remains integral with corrugated cardboard element 10 during standardized testing of the packaging (in particular according to standard ISTA3A, ISTA6 or NF EN 15552). The corrugated cardboard element 10 is intended to deform and absorb shocks during these tests, which indicate shocks during dispensing, in order to protect the cooking container 2, which cooking container 2 should be in a perfect working condition once the test is over.
The cooking vessel is a long-handled pan with a diameter of 28cm having a weight P equal to 1300 g. The cooking vessel 2 comprises a flat and circular bottom 3. The bottom 3 has an outer surface 4 for receiving a predetermined quantity Q of glue 20. The outer surface 4 is a metal surface, in particular made of aluminum or stainless steel. The outer surface 4 may be coated, in particular with enamel or a coating based on polytetrafluoroethylene. The cooking vessel 2 comprises a side wall 5, to which side wall 5a handle 6 is fixed.
The corrugated cardboard element 10 is formed from a cut and grooved board (fig. 1) which is once formed into a box (fig. 3 and 4). the corrugated cardboard element 10 has a one-piece (i.e. one-piece) base 11 on which a predetermined quantity Q of glue 20 is placed, the corrugated cardboard constituting the corrugated cardboard element 10 is of the simple fluted cardboard type according to the lowest grade 1/06 of grade L NE c.27 (method 4C + E). this corrugated cardboard has a structure forming 200g/m 22 sheets of the outer surface of (a) cover the minimum grammage of the paper. The covering paper for containing glue has a thickness of more than 90g/m2Gram weight of (c).
The bottom 3 of the cooking container 2 is applied under pressure onto the strips of glue 21, 22 (fig. 3), which strips of glue 21, 22 are crushed and define two gluing zones 23, 24. Two glued areas 23, 24 are distributed on both sides on the bottom 3 of the cooking container 2 and are equidistant from the diameter of the bottom 3. Thus, the bottom 3 of the cooking container 2 is integral with the bottom 11 of the corrugated cardboard element 10. The glue 20 is self-adhesive and has a high viscosity to enable the assembly 1a to be handled immediately after the cooking container 2 is applied on the glue 20. The cooking container 2 is located in a corrugated cardboard element 10 forming a box so as to form a peripheral free space around the cooking container 2 in which the corrugated cardboard can be deformed upon shaking without touching the cooking container 2.
A predetermined amount Q of glue 20 placed in the form of two beads 21, 22 will define two gluing zones 23, 24, the two gluing zones 23, 24 being dimensioned to have a peel resistance substantially equal to 50N. This force represents the force that a user should apply to separate the cooking container 2 from the corrugated cardboard element 10 upon receipt of the assembly 1.
The peel resistance F is defined by an internal test protocol comprising, starting from a cooking container glued on the bottom of a corrugated cardboard element, the following steps:
defining the portion furthest from the centre of the cooking container, for example for a cooking container 2 formed by a long-handled pan, the portion furthest from the centre of the long-handled pan is the free end of the handle 6;
-attaching a load cell to the portion;
-gradually applying a force to a portion of the cooking container while maintaining the bottom of the corrugated cardboard element, such that the force is directed upwards perpendicular to the bottom of the corrugated cardboard element;
increasing the force F yielding the glued area.
This protocol may be repeated a number of times, for example 10 times, to determine an average value of the peel resistance F.
Fig. 5 and 6 show an embodiment variant for placing the glue 20. The glue 20 is placed on the bottom 11 of the corrugated cardboard element 10 in four spots 31, 32, 33, 34 of 2cm each (fig. 5). Therefore, the predetermined amount Q of the glue 20 is equal to 8 g. Therefore, the ratio between the weight P of the cooking container 2 and the predetermined quantity Q of glue 20 is equal to 162. The bottom 3 of the cooking container 2 is pressed onto the glue sites 31, 32, 33, 34, these glue sites 31, 32, 33, 34 being crushed and defining four glue areas 35, 36, 37, 38 (fig. 6). Four glued areas 35, 36, 37, 38 are distributed on the bottom 3 of the cooking container 2 near the periphery of the bottom 3.
In the second embodiment according to fig. 7, the assembly 1b is formed by a first corrugated cardboard element 12 and two identical cooking containers 2, the first corrugated cardboard element 12 being constituted by a box, the two identical cooking containers 2 being directly integrated with a second corrugated cardboard element 13 and a third corrugated cardboard element 16, respectively, by a predetermined amount Q of glue 20. The first, second and third corrugated cardboard elements 12, 13, 16 and each predetermined amount Q of glue 20 form a packaging arrangement for two cooking containers 2.
The second and third corrugated cardboard elements 13, 16 are each formed from a cut and grooved board which is once formed into a U-shaped wedge, the second corrugated cardboard element 13 having an integral (i.e. one-piece) bottom 14 and two folds 15a, 15b, the two folds 15a, 15b extending upwards perpendicular to the bottom 14, the third corrugated cardboard element 16 having an integral (i.e. one-piece) bottom 17 and two folds 18a, 18b, the two folds 18a, 18b extending upwards perpendicular to the bottom 17, a predetermined amount Q of glue 20 being placed on each bottom 14, 17, the wedges of the second and third corrugated cardboard element 13, 16 being superimposed in a suitable manner in the first corrugated cardboard element 12 forming a box having a height H, the vertical folds 15a, 15b, 18a, 18b extending over a length L equal to half the height H of the box, the wedges thus being fixed by their respective folds once the box is closed.
The corrugated cardboard forming the first corrugated cardboard element 12 is of the simple flute corrugated cardboard type according to the lowest grade 1/06 of the grade L NE c.27 (method 4C + E), the corrugated cardboard forming the second corrugated cardboard element 13 and the third corrugated cardboard element 16 is of the simple flute corrugated cardboard type according to the lowest grade 1/06 of the grade L NE c.27, the covering paper for housing glue has more than 90g/m2Gram weight of (c).
The cooking vessel 2 is a long-handled pan of 28cm diameter having the same features as in the first embodiment. The type of glue 20 and the placing of a predetermined quantity Q of glue by the cooking vessel 2 are similar to the first embodiment.
Of course, the invention is in no way limited to the described and illustrated embodiments given by way of example. Modifications can be made, in particular from the point of view of the construction of the various elements or by replacing technical equivalents, without however departing from the scope of protection of the present invention.
Thus, in one embodiment variant, at least one cooking vessel comprises a circular bottom and at least one gluing zone is an annular zone arranged concentrically to the centre of the circular bottom.
