(3) After the positioning reference part 10 is assembled on the first fixing part 20, the movable jaw is controlled by the clamping control assembly to drive the second fixing part 30 arranged on the movable jaw to move towards the direction close to the first fixing part 20 so as to clamp the universal welding stud, and the clamping process is simple and convenient to operate and high in efficiency. (5) After the milling processing is finished, the movable jaw is controlled by the clamping control assembly to drive the second fixing piece 30 arranged on the movable jaw to move towards the direction far away from the first fixing piece 20 so as to loosen the processed target welding stud, and the clamping process is simple and convenient to operate and high in efficiency. When the universal welding studs are reformed, the universal welding studs with the number matched with that of the positioning grooves 11 on each positioning reference part 10 can be reformed in batches, and the reforming efficiency is improved; the first fixing member 20 and the second fixing member 30 are controlled to move close to or away from each other through the clamping control assembly, so that the process of clamping or loosening the product workpiece 40 is simple in operation, and the clamping and loosening efficiency is improved; and the assembly and the processing of the universal welding stud can be synchronously carried out, and the improvement of the batch remanufacturing efficiency is facilitated.

Claims (10)

1. A workpiece clamping tool is characterized by comprising a positioning reference piece, a first fixing piece and a second fixing piece; the positioning reference part is provided with a positioning groove for assembling a product workpiece; when the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are clamped, an assembly cavity for assembling the positioning reference piece and an assembly hole for assembling the product workpiece are formed.

The workpiece clamping tool according to claim 1, wherein the first fixing member is provided with a first groove and a first fitting groove communicating with the first groove; the second fixing piece is provided with a second groove and a second assembling groove communicated with the second groove; when the first fixing piece and the second fixing piece are clamped tightly, the first groove and the second groove are matched to form the assembly cavity, and the first assembly groove and the second assembly groove are matched to form the assembly hole.

The workpiece clamping tool according to claim 1, wherein at least two positioning grooves are provided on the positioning reference member, the number of the positioning grooves matches with the number of the fitting holes, and the distance between two adjacent positioning grooves is the same as the distance between two adjacent fitting holes.
4. The workpiece clamping tool of claim 3, wherein at least two of said detents are of the same depth and shape.

The workpiece clamping tool according to claim 1, wherein the positioning reference member is a rectangular parallelepiped reference member, the positioning groove is provided on one surface of the rectangular parallelepiped reference member, and a surface shape of the rectangular parallelepiped reference member parallel to the positioning groove is matched with a radial cross section of the fitting cavity.
6. A workpiece processing machine comprising the workpiece holding tool according to any one of claims 1 to 5, a clamping control mechanism for controlling the operation of the workpiece holding tool, and a workpiece processing mechanism for processing a product workpiece.

The machine tool of claim 6, wherein the clamping control mechanism comprises a vise comprising a fixed jaw, a movable jaw disposed opposite to the fixed jaw, and a clamping control assembly connected to the movable jaw for controlling the movable jaw to reciprocate in the direction of the fixed jaw, a first fixed member being mounted on the fixed jaw, and a second fixed member being mounted on the movable jaw.
8. The machine tool according to claim 7, wherein said first fixed member and said second fixed member are provided with first connection holes, said fixed jaw and said movable jaw are provided with second connection holes, and a connecting member is fitted into said first connection holes and said first connection holes.
9. The workpiece processing machine of claim 6, wherein the workpiece processing mechanism includes a processing tool disposed at a position corresponding to the clamping control mechanism and a movement control assembly for controlling movement of the processing tool.
10. The work machine tool of claim 9, wherein said machining tools include milling, drilling, reaming, tapping, threading and knurling tools.
