Specifically, the valve 200 includes a first valve 210 and a second valve 220. The first valve 210 is shaped to fit the contour of the connecting channel 140 and seals against the inner wall of the connecting channel 140. The second valve 220 is formed in the same shape as and in parallel with the first valve 210 and is sealed with the inner wall of the connection passage 140. To achieve the synchronous adjustment of the first valve 210 and the second valve 220, the valve 200 further includes a connecting rod 230, the connecting rod 230 is connected to the first valve 210 and the second valve 220, and an end of the connecting rod 230 away from the first valve 210 extends in a direction away from the first valve 210 and protrudes out of the main body 100 to form a button 231.
The valve 200 is integrally and elastically connected to the connecting channel 140 by the elastic member 240, the elastic member 240 is disposed at an end of the second valve 220 away from the first valve 210, and both ends of the elastic member 240 respectively abut against the bottom walls of the second valve 220 and the connecting channel 140, and the valve 200 can elastically move in the second portion 142 and the fourth portion 144. In this embodiment, the elastic member 240 is a spring, and it is understood that in other embodiments of the present invention, the elastic member 240 may also be an elastic element made of an elastic material such as rubber, silicone, high-elastic sponge, etc.
Referring to fig. 2, at this time, the valve 200 is located at the first predetermined position, the first valve 210 is abutted against the top wall of the connecting channel 140 under the action of the elastic member 240, that is, the first valve 210 is located at the third portion 143 of the connecting channel 140; meanwhile, the second valve 220 is located at the second portion 142. The suction channel 110 is connected to the common channel 130 through the first portion 141, and the second valve 220 is used for closing the flushing channel 120 by closing the second portion 142, i.e. the flushing channel 120 is disconnected from the common channel 130 under the isolation of the second valve 220; at the moment, the medical equipment can suck effusion or broken bones of the wound surface of the patient.
Referring to fig. 3 in conjunction with fig. 2, when the valve 200 is located at the second predetermined position, the valve 200 overcomes the elastic force of the elastic member 240 under the action of the external force to move to the state shown in fig. 3, and the first valve 210 is located at the first portion 141 of the connecting channel 140; the second valve 220 is located in the fourth portion 144. The first valve 210 closes the suction channel 110 by closing the first portion 141, and the flushing channel 120 communicates with the common channel 130 through the second portion 142; at the moment, the medical equipment can clean the wound surface of a patient or conduct the part blocked by the equipment.
Referring to fig. 1, the suction tube 300 has one end connected to an end of the suction channel 110 away from the connection channel 140, and the other end connected to a suction device (not shown) which provides sufficient suction force to the suction tube 300 and the suction channel 110 so that tissue (e.g., effusion or bone fragments of a patient) sucked from the suction terminal 900 passes through the common channel 130, the connection channel 140 and the suction channel 110 in sequence, and then falls into a predetermined collector (not shown).
Further, in order to adjust the strength of the suction force during the process of aspirating the wound tissue of a patient, the main body 100 is provided with a pressure adjusting hole 150 at a position corresponding to the suction channel 110, one end of the pressure adjusting hole 150 is communicated with the suction channel 110, and the other end is communicated with the outside of the main body 100. In the process of absorbing wound tissues of a patient, a doctor can adjust the suction intensity of the medical equipment by adjusting the area of the finger covering the pressure adjusting hole 150; for example, when the finger completely covers the pressure-regulating hole 150, the suction strength of the medical device is the maximum, and when the finger does not cover the pressure-regulating hole 150, the suction strength of the medical device is the minimum.
Further, the main body 100 further includes a pressure regulating block (not shown) disposed at the pressure regulating hole 150 and slidably connected to the main body 100, and the doctor can slide the pressure regulating block to partially or completely cover the pressure regulating hole 150 to regulate the area of the pressure regulating hole 150 communicating with the outside, thereby achieving the above-mentioned functions.

The accommodating space inside the balloon 700 is respectively communicated with the flow passages inside the first and second flushing pipes 400 and 500.
Notably, the one-way valve 800 allows fluid in the third flush tube 600 to flow to one side of the second flush tube 500 while preventing fluid in the balloon 700 and the second flush tube 500 from flowing to the third flush tube 600. Therefore, the balloon 700 is compressed to reduce its volume, so that the liquid in the balloon 700 can rapidly flow through the first irrigation tube 400, the irrigation passage 120, the connection passage 140, and the common passage 130 under a large pressure without flowing in the direction of the second irrigation tube 500 and the third irrigation tube 600, thereby conducting the blocked portion.
In addition, a flushing device (not shown) is connected to the end of the third flushing pipe 600 remote from the one-way valve 800, and is used for providing a cleaning fluid for flushing the wound surface of the patient or conducting the blocked part of the device. Generally, the flushing device is disposed at a position higher than the main body 100 so that the cleaning solution passes through the third flushing pipe 600, the check valve 800, the second flushing pipe 500, the balloon 700, the first flushing pipe 400, the flushing passage 120, the connecting passage 140, and the common passage 130 from the flushing device in order by gravity.
The working principle of the medical equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention is briefly explained in the following with the attached drawings:
in the free state, the valve 200 is located at the first predetermined position by the elastic member 240, and the flushing passage 120 is closed, and the suction passage 110 is communicated with the common passage 130.
When the device is used for sucking wound effusion or broken bones, the suction device is started, the pressure regulating holes 150 are covered (partially or completely covered) by hands or a pressure regulating block, and the tissue close to the suction terminal 900 sequentially passes through the common channel 130, the connecting channel 140, the suction channel 110 and the suction tube 300 under the action of the suction device and then falls into a preset collector (not shown). In this process, if the doctor considers that the strength of the attraction is too high, the area of the pressure regulating hole 150 communicating with the outside can be adjusted to be larger; similarly, if the doctor thinks that the intensity of attraction is too low, the opposite process is performed.
When the device is needed to clean the wound surface of a patient, the suction device is closed, the button 231 is pressed to enable the valve 200 to be located at the second preset position, then the flushing device is started, the flushing device releases the cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid sequentially passes through the third flushing tube 600, the one-way valve 800, the second flushing tube 500, the balloon 700, the first flushing tube 400, the flushing channel 120, the connecting channel 140 and the common channel 130 under the action of gravity.
When the blockage part of the device needs to be conducted, the above mode of cleaning the wound surface of the patient can be adopted. When the above-mentioned manner is insufficient to perform the communicating function, the balloon 700 may be pressed, and the cleaning solution in the balloon 700, the first flushing pipe 400, the flushing passage 120, and the connecting passage 140 may be rapidly flowed under pressure to act on the obstruction to communicate the blocked site. It should be noted that the balloon 700 should not be squeezed except to open the blockage site, to avoid further damage to the wound of the patient due to too fast flow of the cleaning fluid.
Compare medical equipment on the existing market, the embodiment of the utility model provides a medical equipment not only is equipped with the attraction passageway, still is equipped with simultaneously and washes the passageway to this medical equipment of position control that can adjust the valve attracts work or washs the work. When the medical equipment is not blocked, the flushing channel can be used for flushing the wound surface of a patient, and when the medical equipment is blocked, flushing liquid can be introduced into the flushing channel to conduct the blocked part.
In addition, the balloon can enable the device to more efficiently complete the process of conducting the blockage site.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a main body of a medical apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown, and with reference to fig. 1 to 3, the main difference between the main body and the main body is as follows:
the valve 200 of the first embodiment includes a first valve 210, a second valve 220, and a connecting rod 230 connecting the first valve 210 and the second valve 220, the number of the elastic members 240 is one, and two ends of the elastic members 240 respectively abut against the second valve 220 and the bottom wall of the connecting channel 140;
while the second embodiment includes only one valve 1000 and a linkage 1100 coupled to the valve 1000. Wherein, along the length direction of the connection channel, both ends of the valve 1000 are provided with elastic members 1200, and are elastically connected with the main body through the elastic members 1200. The linkage 1100 has one end connected to the valve 1000 and the other end extending away from the suction channel and out of the body to form a button.
In the free state, the valve 1000 is maintained in the second portion under the action of the two elastic members 1200, at this time, the valve 1000 seals the flushing channel, and meanwhile, the suction channel is communicated with the common channel through the first portion, and the doctor can suck the tissues of the wound surface of the patient on the basis of the state.
When the wound of a patient needs to be cleaned, the button is pressed to enable the valve 1000 to be located at the first part, at the moment, the valve 1000 seals the suction channel, meanwhile, the flushing channel is communicated with the common channel through the second part, and the cleaning process or the process of conducting the blocked part can be completed by starting the flushing device.
The valve structure of the medical apparatus is simpler than that of the medical apparatus of the first embodiment.
It will be appreciated that in this embodiment the connecting channel may comprise only the first and second portions, but may of course also comprise the third and/or fourth portions.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit it; within the idea of the invention, also technical features in the above embodiments or in different embodiments can be combined, steps can be implemented in any order, and there are many other variations of the different aspects of the invention as described above, which are not provided in detail for the sake of brevity; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention.
