Background
The power cable is a cable for transmitting and distributing power, and with the wide application of automation technology, various electrical facilities are increased, the capacity of the power cable is increased, and the possibility of fire is increased. Traditional low pressure 0.6/1kV power cable is owing to adopt the polyvinyl chloride sheath, and polyvinyl chloride is easy fracture under the low temperature condition, and when the conflagration took place, it is fast to stretch, and the smoke concentration is high, causes the potential safety hazard easily, and waterproof performance and temperature toleration are also poor. With the development of urban construction, the cable and optical cable lines have the development trend of being erected from high altitude to buried underground, and are more easily damaged by eating and eroding by organisms such as termites, mice and the like. The PE and PVC flame-retardant materials adopted by the cables and the optical cables are poor in corrosion resistance to organisms such as termites and mice, the cables and the optical cables which are made of the materials as the outer sheaths do not have the functions of preventing the termites and the mice, when the PE and PVC flame-retardant materials are laid in areas with more rats and the termites, the cables and the optical cables are eaten by the rats and the termites, and accidents such as power failure and communication interruption can be caused in serious cases.
In most industrial areas and industrial parks, low voltage power cable all lays along same circuit with the optical cable, often appears laying the condition that the optical cable was laid in the repeated excavation again behind the cable, and manpower and materials have been wasted in the repeated laying. A combination cable which can effectively reduce potential safety hazards, is convenient and quick to construct and reduces construction cost is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems that the traditional power cable and optical cable are scattered and laid, poor in fire prevention and water resistance and poor in rat and ant bite resistance.

Furthermore, the primary cable comprises a cable core and an insulating layer coated on the outer surface of the cable core; the optical cable comprises an optical fiber, a buffer layer coated outside the optical fiber and an optical cable outer protective layer coated on the outer surface of the buffer layer.

Further, the fire-retardant layer is a calcined mica tape, and the fire-retardant layer and the fire-retardant layer are both ceramic fire-resistant silica gel tapes; the inner protection layer and the flame-retardant rat and ant prevention outer protection layer are formed by extruding and wrapping flame-retardant ceramic ultraviolet-radiation-resistant cross-linked polyolefin sheath materials; the armor layer is made of metal strips through spiral lapping.
Further, the isolation layer is made of high flame retardant tapes in an overlapping wrapping mode, and the fire-isolating layer with the binding grains is made of aluminum sheath longitudinally wrapped argon arc welding seamless welding binding grains.
Furthermore, the oxygen-isolating protective layer is formed by extruding flame-retardant ceramic polyolefin oxygen-isolating materials.

Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the isolation layer is arranged, so that the primary cable and the optical cable are isolated from the outside air and moisture, and the combined cable has good waterproof performance; the fireproof performance of the combined cable is improved by adopting a double fireproof structure, namely a fireproof layer and a flame-retardant layer; by adopting a multi-flame-retardant structure, namely, the oxygen-insulating protective layer, the flame-retardant layer, the binding fire-insulating layer, the inner protective layer, the flame-retardant fire-resistant layer and the flame-retardant rat/ant-proof outer protective layer are arranged at the same time, the potential safety hazard caused by insufficient flame-retardant and fire-proof performances of the traditional cable is solved; and the protection layer is formed by spirally winding a metal strip and the flame-retardant protection layer for preventing rats and ants improves the performance of preventing rats and ants from biting the cable. The optical cable is incorporated into the traditional cable, so that one-time same-line laying in place is realized during field laying, and the secondary laying construction cost of the cable and the optical cable is obviously reduced. In conclusion, the invention solves the problems of poor fireproof performance, poor waterproof performance and poor rat and termite biting performance of the traditional power cable and optical cable which are scattered and laid.
2. The filling layer is arranged to ensure the roundness and the enhanced flame-retardant effect of the combined cable, and the low-smoke halogen-free glass fiber rope is adopted for gap filling, so that the smoke generated by combustion is reduced; the inner protection layer and the flame-retardant rat and ant prevention outer protection layer are formed by extruding flame-retardant ceramic polyolefin sheath materials, so that the fireproof performance is improved; the fire-proof layer is formed by the aluminum strip longitudinally wrapped argon arc welding seamless welding binding lines, and the fire resistance of the combined cable is further improved. When a fire disaster happens, the spreading speed is slow, the smoke concentration is low, the visibility is high, the delayed combustion and the dripping are avoided, the smoke toxicity reaches ZA1 level, namely, after the mice inhale smoke for 30min, no change is caused in three days, so that the secondary damage to human bodies can be avoided; the damage to instrument and equipment is avoided, and the characteristics of low smoke and zero halogen are realized, so that the fireproof performance of the cable material is greatly improved, the waterproof performance is good, the service life of the cable is prolonged, and the fire accident is avoided. The horizontal combustion can be self-extinguished without delaying combustion; under the conditions of flame and no flame at 1000 ℃, the material is not melted, does not drop, does not fall off and does not cause secondary fire.
3. According to the invention, the metal strip is spirally wound to form the armor layer, and the performance of preventing gnawing of rats and ants is improved by strengthening the structural strength of the cable. A certain amount of environment-friendly repellent or repellent rat and ant prevention outer protective layer is added, so that after biting the cable, the biting of the cable by rats and ants is reduced after the cable is stimulated; the protection against rodents ant gnaws performance of cable is greatly improved through the combination of physics and chemical method.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, the rat-proof, termite-proof, fireproof and waterproof photoelectric combined cable comprises a primary cable 1, an optical cable 2 arranged in parallel with the primary cable 1, an isolation layer 4 coated outside the primary cable 1 and the optical cable 2, a filling layer 3 filled in a gap between the primary cable 1, the optical cable 2 and the isolation layer 4, an oxygen-insulating protective layer 5 coated on the outer surface of the isolation layer 4, a fire-retardant layer 6 coated on the outer surface of the oxygen-insulating protective layer 5, a flame-retardant layer 7 coated on the outer surface of the fire-retardant layer 6, a fire-retardant layer 8 coated on the outer surface of the fire-retardant layer 7, an inner protection layer 9 coated on the outer surface of the fire-retardant layer 8, an armor layer 10 coated on the outer surface of the inner protection layer 9, a flame-retardant fire-retardant layer 11 coated on the outer surface of the armor layer 10, and a flame-retardant rat.
In this embodiment, the number of the primary cables 1 is three, the number of the optical cables 2 is one, the optical cables 2 are located at the center, and the three primary cables 1 are arranged around the optical cables 2. The primary cable 1 comprises a cable core 101 and an insulating layer 102 coated on the outer surface of the cable core 101, wherein the insulating layer 102 is made of a crosslinked polyethylene insulating material; the cable core 101 is a metal conductor formed by twisting a single or a plurality of wires. The optical cable 2 includes an optical fiber 201, a buffer layer 202 covering the optical fiber 201, and an outer cable sheath 203 covering an outer surface of the buffer layer 202. The fire-retardant layer 6 is a calcined mica tape, and the fire-retardant layer 7 and the fire-retardant layer 11 are ceramic fire-retardant silica gel tapes; the inner protective layer 9 and the flame-retardant rat and ant prevention outer protective layer 12 are both formed by extruding and wrapping flame-retardant ceramic ultraviolet-radiation-proof cross-linked polyolefin sheath materials; the armor layer 10 is made by spirally winding a metal belt, the filling layer 3 is a low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant glass fiber rope, the isolation layer 4 is made by overlapping and winding a high-flame-retardant belt, the binding grain fire-isolating layer 8 is made by longitudinally wrapping an aluminum sheath with argon arc welding and seamlessly welding binding grains, and the oxygen-isolating protective layer 5 is made by extruding flame-retardant ceramic polyolefin oxygen-isolating materials. The buffer layer 202 is ultraviolet curing acrylate or silicon rubber, and the cable outer sheath 203 is a polyethylene sheath.
The environment-friendly rat and ant repellent or repellent is added into the flame-retardant rat and ant prevention outer protective layer 12, n-nonanoic vanilloylamine is adopted in the embodiment, and the strong spicy taste of the n-nonanoic vanilloylamine enables the oral mucosa and gustatory nerves of the murine to be strongly stimulated to repel and chew and cut, and simultaneously can kill the termites, so that the severe damage caused by the bite and erosion of the termites or the rodent during the long-term use of the electric wire and cable is avoided. The environment-friendly ant-proof and rat-proof repellent has the decomposition temperature of 340 ℃, hardly gasifies and does not decompose below 200 ℃, has better compatibility with resin, plasticizer and the like, and has excellent processing stability.

Referring to fig. 2, in this embodiment, the number of the primary cables 1 is five, the number of the optical cables 2 is one, the optical cables 2 are located at the center, and the five primary cables 1 are arranged around the optical cables 2, and the rest are the same as those in embodiment 1, and are not described herein again.
