a heat dissipation fluid entering and exiting the heat dissipation chamber through the heat dissipation channel.

The valve member for high temperature fluid as claimed in claim 5, wherein said inner housing includes an outer wall, and said heat dissipation chamber is formed between said outer wall of said inner housing and an inner wall of said outer housing, such that said heat dissipation fluid contacts said outer wall of said inner housing and said inner wall of said outer housing.
7. A valve member for use with a high temperature fluid, comprising:
a valve body including an inlet end, an outlet end, an inner housing disposed between the inlet end and the outlet end, a ball disposed within the inner housing, and a stem connected to the ball, the inner housing including an outer wall, the high temperature fluid exiting from the inlet end through a flow passage of the ball from the outlet end to form a high temperature side at the outer wall;
a housing disposed outside the valve body, the housing including an inner wall;
a heat dissipation chamber formed between the outer wall of the inner casing and the inner wall of the outer casing; and
a heat dissipating fluid flowing in the heat dissipating chamber, the heat dissipating fluid having a temperature lower than the high temperature fluid to form a low temperature side on the inner wall of the housing.
