The through holes on the base plate in the embodiment are round platform-shaped through holes, the base plate comprises a third hole plug, the middle of the third hole plug is provided with a second pair of through holes for the steel strand to pass through, the outer wall of the third hole plug is provided with threads, and the inner wall of the through holes is provided with threads.

First embodiment
Referring to fig. 1-4, the present embodiment provides a tooling for processing a fixed end anchor with a square arrangement, including a steel strand 100, a corrugated pipe 200 wrapping the steel strand 100, a constraining ring 300 disposed at one end of the corrugated pipe 200, a spiral rib 400 wrapped outside the corrugated pipe 200 and the constraining ring 300, a backing plate 500 connected to one end of the steel strand 100, and a plurality of fixed end anchors 600 with a square arrangement assembled on the backing plate 500, wherein the backing plate 500 is provided with a pair of through holes 510 with a square arrangement, the steel strand 100 passes through the pair of through holes 510 to be connected to the fixed end anchor 600, the fixed end anchor 600 is cylindrical, the middle of the fixed end anchor 600 is provided with a first through hole 610 with a horn shape, the fixed end anchor 600 includes a first hole plug 620, the middle of the first hole plug 620 is provided with a second through hole 621 for the steel strand 100 to pass through, the first hole plug 620 is horn shape, the first hole plug 620 is attached to the inner wall of the fixed end anchor 600, the inner wall of the first hole, the outer wall of the first hole plug 620 is provided with a third through hole, the outer wall of the fixed end anchor 600 is provided with a fourth through hole, the fixed end anchor 600 comprises a second hole plug 630, and the second hole plug 630 is in contact with the steel strand 100 after sequentially passing through the fourth through hole and the third through hole.
In this embodiment, strand 100 is first passed through corrugated pipe 200, and restraint ring 300 is further manipulated and then dispersedly fixed to pad 500, and then fixed again to pad 500 by anchor 600, but since the contact between anchor 600 and strand 100 is not firm in the prior art, strand 100 is retracted and requires a great deal of effort to move strand 100 into anchor 600. The third hole plug 520 in this embodiment is screwed to the through hole 510 on the backing plate 500, and the two ends of the third hole plug 520 in this embodiment are made of steel to facilitate the plugging of the third hole plug 520 into the backing plate 500, and the middle of the third hole plug 520 is made of flexible rubber.
In this embodiment, the third hole plug 520 and the fixed end anchor 600 are respectively disposed on the front and back sides of the pad 500, so as to facilitate the fixing of the steel strand 100 at the positions of the pad 500 and the fixed end anchor 600 during the processing.
One end portion of the second hole plug 630 in this embodiment is provided with a tightening groove for tightening the second hole plug 630 into the third through hole and the fourth through hole, facilitating the operation.
The arc-shaped grooves 622 in this embodiment are provided with 6 sets, the arc-shaped grooves 622 are combined into a circular ring shape, and each arc-shaped groove 622 is tightly attached to the steel strand 100 and used for matching with the existing shape of the steel strand 100, so that the contact between the steel strand 100 and the fixed-end anchorage 600 is increased conveniently.
The confinement ring 300 in this embodiment includes a first ring member 310, a second ring member 320, a first pneumatic cylinder 330, and an annular pressing pad 340, the second ring member 320 being disposed inside the first ring member 310, the first pneumatic cylinder 330 being disposed outside the first ring member 310 and the movable cylinder of the first pneumatic cylinder 330 being connected to the second ring member 320, and a section of the second ring member 320 being connected to the annular pressing pad 340.
The restraint ring 300 in the embodiment is powered by the first pneumatic cylinder 330 to drive the second ring member 320 to extend and contract in the first ring member 310, and the distance between the restraint ring 300 and the steel strand 100 is adaptively adjusted according to different thicknesses of the steel strand 100.
The first ring member 310 in this embodiment has a slot formed in the inner side thereof, and the second ring member 320 is disposed in the slot and radially moves in the slot.
In the present embodiment, the corrugated tube 200 is fixedly connected to the side of the confinement ring 300, and the inner wall of the corrugated tube 200 is provided with a wear-resistant layer.
In summary, the fixing anchor of the present invention is provided with the corrugated tube 200 for arranging the steel strand 100, and a restraining ring 300 is provided at a section of the corrugated tube 200 for further arranging the distribution of the steel strand 100, and the steel strand 100 passes through the pad 500 and then is connected to the fixing end anchor 600, so as to restrain and then disperse the steel strand 100 for fixing; because when the equipment, steel strand 100 goes out the roll-off easily from stiff end ground tackle 600, and it is difficult to lead to the installation, now sets the inside loudspeaker form that becomes of stiff end ground tackle 600, then sets up first stopple 620 in its inside, passes stiff end ground tackle 600 with steel strand 100 earlier, then packs into stiff end ground tackle 600 with first stopple 620, then packs into stiff end ground tackle 600 and first stopple 620 with second stopple 630 again, carries out further fixed prevention steel strand 100 and removes.
