Background
In the production of powder raw materials, the powder raw materials are required to be poured into an internal mixer for production or packed by a packing machine, and the internal mixer or the packing machine is usually provided with a certain height (a feeding port is generally arranged at the upper end). During batch production, an operator needs to move the powder container to a certain height and then pour the powder into an internal mixer or a packaging machine, so that the labor intensity of the worker is high, and the production efficiency is low.
In view of the above, there is a need for a new plastic pellet conveyor chain elevator that solves or at least alleviates the above technical drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a plastic particle conveying chain hoister and aims to solve the technical problems that in the prior art, labor intensity of workers for carrying powder is high and production efficiency is low.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a plastic pellet conveyor chain elevator, comprising:
the support comprises a top plate, a base and a vertical rod for connecting the top plate and the base;
the object placing table is slidably mounted on the vertical rod;
the first driving piece is connected with the object placing table to drive the object placing table to move along the vertical rod;
the second driving piece is connected with the object placing table to drive the object placing table to rotate.
Preferably, the first driving part comprises a first driving motor installed on the top plate, a first gear set in transmission connection with a driving shaft of the first driving motor, and a conveying part in transmission connection with the first gear set, and the conveying part is further connected with the object placing table.
Preferably, the first gear set comprises a first gear, a second gear and a transmission shaft in transmission connection with the first gear and the second gear respectively.
Preferably, the first driving member further comprises a second gear set, the second gear set comprises a third gear and a fourth gear which are meshed with each other, the third gear is in transmission connection with the driving shaft, and the fourth gear is sleeved on the driving shaft.

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the technical scheme, the object placing table is used for placing the powder container and can move along the vertical rod under the driving of the first driving piece, so that the powder container is conveyed to a certain height, the second driving piece can drive the object placing table to rotate and incline, the powder container placed on the object placing table is inclined, and the powder is poured into the production device. The first driving piece and the second driving piece are adopted to control the object placing table to ascend and incline, manual conveying of powder containers is not needed, and the powder container conveying device has the advantages of being low in labor intensity and high in production efficiency.

the second driving piece 4, the second driving piece 4 is connected with the object placing table 1 so as to drive the object placing table 1 to rotate.
In the above embodiment, the storage table 1 may be placed with a container, such as a cart, with an opening facing upward. The object placing table 1 can move along the vertical rod 23 under the driving of the first driving piece so as to convey powder to a certain height, and the second driving piece 4 can drive the object placing table 1 to rotate and incline so as to incline the powder container placed on the object placing table 1 and pour the powder into the production device. The invention adopts the first driving piece and the second driving piece 4 to control the ascending and the inclining of the object placing table 1, does not need to carry the powder container manually, and has the advantages of low labor intensity and high production efficiency. The production device can be a powder packer or an internal mixer. The plastic particle conveying chain hoister is particularly suitable for the field of powder production.

Of course, the plastic particle conveying chain elevator further comprises a third driving member 8, and the third driving member 8 is disposed at two ends of the object placing table 1 to drive the object placing table 1 to extend out or retract. In the actual production process, after transporting the powder container to a certain height, there is often certain distance between thing platform 1 and the apparatus for producing, consequently, set up the third driving piece 8 and drive thing platform 1 and stretch out to transport the powder container to the top of apparatus for producing.
