Detailed Description
The present invention will be further explained with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the present invention relates to a rapid ventilation structure for a hazardous material cabin, which includes a manhole cover, a ventilation hose 1 and a quick coupling 2.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the manhole cover comprises a circular manhole cover assembly 3 and a circular manhole cover assembly 4. Wherein, the oval manhole cover assembly 3 comprises an oval ring-shaped base 31 and an oval cover plate 32. A toroidal base 31 is welded to bulkhead 100. The waist-circular cover plate 32 is fastened on the waist-circular annular base 31 through a plurality of studs distributed along the waist-circular ring, and a circular hole is formed in the center.
The circular manhole cover assembly 4 comprises a circular base 41 and a circular cover plate 42. The circular ring-shaped base 41 is welded on the waist-shaped cover plate 32 and shares the same center with the waist-shaped cover plate 32. The circular cover plate 42 is fastened to the circular base 41 by a plurality of studs distributed along the circular ring. The circular cover plate 42 is adapted to the size of the circular hole on the waist-circular cover plate 32.
As shown in fig. 3, 4 and 5, the quick connector 2 includes a tapered conduit 21, a first tapered ferrule 22 and a second tapered ferrule 23.
The tapered duct 21 is circular in the middle and tapered at both ends, and is disposed inside the ventilation hose 1. The first conical cutting sleeve 22 is sleeved on the ventilation hose 1 outside the conical conduit 21 and is detachably connected with the annular base 41 after the circular cover plate 42 is detached. The second conical clamping sleeve 23 is sleeved on the ventilation hose 1 outside the conical conduit 21 and is connected with the outer wall of the waist-round cover plate 32 in a sealing way after the round cover plate 42 is detached.
Specifically, one end of the first tapered sleeve 22 is tapered, the other end is circular, and a plurality of U-shaped bayonets 221 corresponding to the studs on the circular base 41 one by one are disposed on the outer edge of the circular end. In this embodiment, there are 4U-shaped notches 221. The radius R of the U-shaped bayonet 221 is 0.5d +2 mm, and d is the major diameter of the screw thread of the stud on the circular base 41.
One end of the second conical cutting sleeve 23 is conical, the other end is round, and a sealing ring 231 is arranged on the outer edge of the round end of the second conical cutting sleeve. The sealing ring 231 is embedded in the brim-type flange of the rounded end. The rounded end of the first tapered ferrule 22 and the rounded end of the second tapered ferrule 23 face each other.
The tapered duct 21 is divided into two forms, namely, a non-return damper and a non-return damper.
The following steps are taken to install the rapid ventilation structure:
1) the ventilation hose 1 passes through the first tapered clamping sleeve 22, is sleeved on the tapered conduit 21, is then sleeved with the second tapered clamping sleeve 23, and the ventilation hose 1 is pressed tightly through the fit of the first tapered clamping sleeve 22, the second tapered clamping sleeve 23 and the inclined surface of the tapered conduit 21, which is shown in detail in fig. 6. The flow direction indication on the check cone conduit 21 coincides with the actual flow direction of the ventilation, i.e. from the side of the first cone ferrule 22 to the side of the second cone ferrule 23.
2) The fastening nut of the circular cover plate 42 is loosened, and the circular cover plate 42 is removed.
3) One end of the second conical clamping sleeve 23 of the quick connector 2 and the ventilation hose 1 extend into a round hole on the waist-shaped cover plate 32, and the U-shaped bayonet 221 of the first conical clamping sleeve 22 is aligned with the stud on the annular base 41. It is confirmed that the rotation shaft of the check damper of the tapered duct 21 is located at the upper part of the duct and the center line of the rotation shaft is in the horizontal position, otherwise the check damper cannot be normally opened and closed. After the error is confirmed, the quick connector 2 is continuously inserted until the pushing can not be carried out. And screwing a stud matched with the U-shaped bayonet 221 on a bolt. At this point, the quick connector 2 is installed, see FIG. 7. The nut is tightened to make the sealing ring 231 closely contact with the outer wall of the waist-shaped cover plate 32, so as to achieve the sealing effect, as shown in fig. 8.
The above embodiments are provided only for the purpose of illustration, not for the limitation of the present invention, and those skilled in the relevant art can make various changes or modifications without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention, therefore, all equivalent technical solutions should also belong to the scope of the present invention, and should be defined by the claims.
