The recess 51 is shaped like a disk and is recessed toward the opening 306 for the strong electric component. That is, it is recessed in the direction from the front face 501 to the back face 502 of the partition plate 50. In the present embodiment, when viewed from the front case 10 toward the rear case 30, the partial region of the partition plate 50 is recessed in the direction from the front face 501 to the rear face 502 of the partition plate 50, thereby forming the recess 51. The partial area of the partition plate 50 may be a middle area of the partition plate 50.
The recess 51 includes: bottom plate 510, side wall 511, mounting hole 512 and spacing hole 513.
The bottom plate 510 faces the opening 306 for the strong electric component. The area of the bottom plate 510 is smaller than the area of the opening 306 for the strong electric component. In the present embodiment, the bottom plate 510 is the partial area of the partition plate 50 and is parallel to the partition plate 50.
The side wall 511 abuts the bottom plate 510. The height of the side wall 511, that is, the depth of the recess 51 is set deeper than the thickness of the bent portion in the insertion direction of the mounting hole 512. As shown in FIG. 5, the depth A of the recess is not less than the thickness B of the bent portion in the insertion direction of the mounting hole. In this embodiment, the sidewall 511 connects the bottom plate 510 and the partition plate 50, and is perpendicular to the bottom plate 510 and the partition plate 50. The depth a of the recess refers to the length of the recess 51 in the direction perpendicular to the partition plate. The thickness B of the bent portion in the insertion direction of the mounting hole is the length of the bent portion 322 in the direction perpendicular to the bottom plate 510 in the state where the rear surface case 30 is engaged with the partition plate 50.
The mounting hole 512 is in the shape of a "7". The mounting hole 512 penetrates the recess 51, and the engaging portion 32 can be inserted. In the present embodiment, the number and the position of the mounting holes correspond to the number and the position of the engaging portions 32 of the rear case 30, respectively, for insertion of the engaging portions 32.
The mounting hole 512 of the present embodiment includes: a bottom hole 5121 and a side hole 5122.
The bottom hole 5121 penetrates the bottom plate 510 of the recess 51, and the bottom hole 5121 is disposed upright in the mounted state of the wall-mounted cord controller 100. That is, the bottom hole 5121 is a hole formed on the bottom plate 510 of the recess 51.
The side hole 5122 penetrates the side wall 511 of the recess 51 to be connected to the bottom hole 5121. The side hole 5122 is transversely provided at the upper end of the line controller in a state where the wall-mounted line controller 100 is mounted. That is, the side hole 5122 is a hole formed in the side wall 511 of the recess 51 and is integrally connected to the bottom hole 5121.
The "7" shape means that a bottom hole penetrating the bottom plate 510 is connected to a side hole penetrating the side wall to form a "7" structure.
The stopper hole 513 is a hole through which the stopper rib 31 is inserted, and penetrates only the bottom plate 510 of the recess 51. In this embodiment, the stopper hole 513 is provided on the bottom plate 510 of the recess 51 without penetrating the side wall 511. The number and positions of the stopper holes 513 correspond to the number and positions of the stopper ribs 31 of the rear case 30, respectively, and the shape thereof corresponds to the shape of the face of the end of the stopper rib 31 for insertion of the stopper rib 31.
The above is a description of the structure of the wall-mounted drive-by-wire 100 of the present embodiment, and the following is a description of the detailed procedure of mounting the wall-mounted drive-by-wire 100 on the wall 60.
First, the strong electric component 40 is mounted. The strong electric component 40 is mounted in the back case 30 through the opening 307 for the strong electric component 40, and the power supply line is connected to the strong electric component 40 through the second opening 305.
Then, the rear surface case 30 is engaged with the partition plate 50. Specifically, the stopper rib 31 of the rear case 30 is aligned with the stopper hole 513 of the partition plate 50, the engaging portion 32 of the rear case 30 is aligned with the mounting hole 512 of the partition plate 50, and the stopper rib 31 and the engaging portion 32 are inserted into the stopper hole 513 and the mounting hole 512, respectively, to engage the rear case 30 with the partition plate 50.
Next, the back box 30 and the partition plate 50 are integrally mounted on the wall 60, wherein the back box 30 and the recess 51 of the partition plate 50 are embedded in the wire cassette 61 of the wall 60, and the other part of the partition plate 50 is left outside the wall 60.
Finally, the front case 10 with the weak current part 20 mounted thereon is mounted on the partition plate 50 left outside the wall 60, completing the mounting of the wall-mounted drive-by-wire.
As shown in fig. 5, 7, and 8, the engaging portion 32 of the present embodiment includes a bent portion 322 that is bent from an end of the extending portion 321 toward the inner periphery of the opening 306 for the strong electric component, that is, the bent portion 322 is not provided on the outer periphery of the opening 306 for the strong electric component, but is located on the inner periphery. That is, since the bent portion 322 is provided on the inner peripheral side of the opening 306 for the electric component, the bent portion 322 overlaps the opening 306 for the electric component, so that the concave portion 51 does not need to be provided to accommodate the bent portion 322 so as to be larger than the area of the opening 306 for the electric component, and even if the area of the concave portion 51 on the partition plate 50 is almost the same as the area of the opening 306 for the electric component, the concave portion 51 can accommodate the bent portion 322. Therefore, although the back box 30 is almost the same size as the electric wire cassette 61 buried in the wall 60, since the area of the recess 51 is not larger than the area of the opening 306 for the strong electric component, the recess 51 can be inserted into the electric wire cassette 61 together with the back box 30 without protruding from the wall 60. That is, since the recess 51 of the partition plate 50 can be inserted into the wall 60 in the mounted state of the wall-mounted line controller 100, no gap is generated between the front box 10 and the wall 60, and thus the user does not misunderstand that the wall-mounted line controller 100 is mounted incorrectly, that is, does not misunderstand that the wall-mounted line controller 100 is not mounted in place, and the appearance of the mounted state can be maintained.
Further, as shown in fig. 2, if a hole as in the prior art, that is, a hole is formed only through the bottom plate 510 of the recess 51 and not through the side wall 511, the bent portion 322 of the present embodiment is bent toward the inner peripheral side of the opening 306 for a high-power component, and when the wall-mounted cord controller 100 is in the mounted state, the bent portion 322 is completely inserted through the hole in the prior art, the engaging portion 32 naturally moves upward, and the bent portion 322 is always positioned in the hole, so that the engaging portion 32 is easily disengaged from the hole. When the wall-mounted cord controller 100 is to be detached, the engagement portion 32 is less likely to come out of the hole when the user grips the back case 30 with a hand and applies a force to the inner peripheral side of the opening 306 for the high-power component. Thus, as shown in fig. 7, the mounting hole 512 of the present embodiment includes intersecting, non-parallel side holes 5122 and bottom holes 5121, that is, the mounting hole 512 has a "7" shape. When it is necessary to engage the rear surface case 30 with the partition plate 50, the engaging portion 32 provided in the rear surface case 30 is inserted into the mounting hole 512 provided in the partition plate 50, and as shown in fig. 9(a) and 9(b), the engaging portion 32 enters the mounting hole 512 from the bottom hole 5121, and then bends toward the inner peripheral side of the concave portion 51 in the extending direction of the bottom hole 5121, that is, in the vertical direction, until the bent portion 322 completely contacts the weak current member opening 106 side of the bottom plate 510 of the concave portion 51, and the engaging portion 32 engages with the mounting hole 512. That is, the bent portion 322 passes through the mounting hole 512 and is located on the front case 10 side of the recess 51. By the above-described mounting method, the rear surface case 30 can be easily and simply engaged with the partition plate 50, and the mounting convenience is improved.
As shown in fig. 5 and 9, when the bent portion 322 is completely in contact with the bottom plate 510 of the concave portion 51, the bent portion 322 may interfere with the weak current member 20 accommodated in the front case 10, and thus the partition plate 50 of the present embodiment is formed with the concave portion 51. Also, in the present embodiment, the depth a of the recess is deeper than the thickness B of the bent portion in the insertion direction of the mounting hole 512, that is, the thickness B of the bent portion 322 is lower than the height of the side wall 511. With this structure, the bent portion 322 is entirely accommodated in the recess 51, and its height does not protrude from the front face 501 of the partition plate 50, thereby ensuring that the bent portion 322 does not interfere with the weak current member 20.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, since the mounting hole 512 has a shape like a letter "7", when the engaging portion 32 is engaged with the mounting hole 512 and then a force is applied to the side hole 5122 of the mounting hole 512, the engaging portion 32 is easily disengaged, and therefore, the engagement between the bent portion 322 and the bottom plate 510 cannot completely prevent the engaging portion 32 from being disengaged from the side hole 5122. In this embodiment, the back case 30 is provided with the stopper rib 31 protruding toward the partition plate 50, and the recess 51 is provided with the stopper hole 513 penetrating the bottom plate 510. When the stopper rib 31 is engaged with the stopper hole 513, the movement of the engaging portion 32 can be restricted, that is, since the stopper hole 513 does not penetrate the side wall 511 but penetrates only the bottom plate 510, the stopper hole 513 can restrict the movement of the engaging portion 32 to the upper side of the stopper hole 513. Therefore, since the movement of the engaging portion 32 upward is restricted, the engaging portion 32 does not easily come off the mounting hole 512 in the direction of the side hole 5122. Furthermore, even if the back box upper side wall 301, the back box lower side wall 302, the back box left side wall 303 and the back box right side wall have a tendency to deform by inserting the limiting rib 31 into the limiting hole 513, the side wall of the back box 30 can be prevented from deforming due to the limitation of the limiting rib 31 by the limiting hole 513, so that the back box 30 is more firmly installed on the partition plate 50.
