本实用新型涉及双重横担绝缘罩。主要解决现有双重铁横担的绝缘罩功能单一的技术问题。本实用新型的技术方案为：一种双重横担绝缘罩，其特征是：为整体模具压制件，包括电杆遮蔽和铁横担遮蔽，在电杆遮蔽和铁横担遮蔽上面分别安装临时引流线搁置槽、导线搁置槽、后备保护绳搁置槽，临时引流线搁置槽、导线搁置槽、后备保护绳搁置槽并排设置，且导线搁置槽位于中间其深度大于临时引流线搁置槽和后备保护绳搁置槽。本实用新型主要起到对铁横担的绝缘遮蔽。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及铁横担的绝缘遮蔽，特别涉及双重横担绝缘罩。用于架空配电线路耐张杆导线连接用的和合铁横担的绝缘遮蔽，可适用于1600mm至1904mm长度各种规格的双重和合横担。
背景技术
对10kV双重铁横担的绝缘罩，目前采用聚丙烯或聚乙烯人工弯制加工后焊接而成的，主要起到对铁横担的绝缘遮蔽，在进行10kV带电对直线杆改耐张杆作业时，只能搁置导线；开断导线前，连接导线的绝缘引流线在横担下需安装临时横担搁置绝缘引流线，在横担下方还需要加装后备保护绳；大大增加了作业工人的工作量。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种双重横担绝缘罩，主要解决现有双重铁横担的绝缘罩功能单一的技术问题。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种双重横担绝缘罩，其特征是：为整体模具压制件，包括电杆遮蔽和铁横担遮蔽，在电杆遮蔽和铁横担遮蔽上面分别安装临时引流线搁置槽、导线搁置槽、后备保护绳搁置槽，临时引流线搁置槽、导线搁置槽、后备保护绳搁置槽并排设置，且导线搁置槽位于中间其深度大于临时引流线搁置槽和后备保护绳搁置槽。双重横担绝缘罩装有手柄。
本实用新型的有益效果：取消了双重横担下面的临时横担，方便了作业人员的操作，减少了绝缘遮蔽设施。同耐张绝缘子串组合式绝缘罩配合使用，大大提高了配电带电作业人员的安全性。

具体实施方式
参照图1、2、3、4，一种双重横担绝缘罩，为整体模具压制件（采用ABS绝缘板加热后整体模具压制），特点是绝缘性能好，抗冲击，安装方便，并兼对电杆顶部作有效的绝缘遮蔽，提高了配电线路带电作业的安全性。双重横担绝缘罩包括电杆遮蔽1和铁横担遮蔽3，在电杆遮蔽1和铁横担遮蔽3上面分别安装临时引流线搁置槽4、导线搁置槽5、后备保护绳搁置槽6，临时引流线搁置槽4、导线搁置槽5、后备保护绳搁置槽6并排设置，且导线搁置槽5位于中间其深度大于临时引流线搁置槽4和后备保护绳搁置槽6。双重横担绝缘罩装有手柄2。
