As shown in fig. 4, two ends of the elastic connecting member 5 (i.e., the spring) are ring-shaped hook structures, the ring-shaped hook structures can prevent the spring from falling off during the folding-unfolding process, and the size of the spring is set according to the thickness of the flexible display panel 2. In this embodiment, the wire diameter D1 of the spring is less than 100 μm, and the outer diameter D2 of the spring is less than 150 μm.
In other embodiments, the two ends of the spring may be flat and profiled or have other structures, as long as the spring can be reliably fixed between the elastic track assembly and the supporting plate 1, and the size of the spring can meet the thickness requirement of the flexible display panel 2.
With continued reference to fig. 1, the foldable display device 10 further includes: the cover window 3 is located on one side, facing the light emitting surface, of the flexible display panel 2 and used for protecting the flexible display panel 2, and the cover window 3 is a transparent sheet and can transmit light emitted by the flexible display panel 2.

Thus, the stress generated during the flat-folding process of the foldable display device 10 can be released by the elastic connection 5 (i.e., the spring), and at the same time, since the first and second elastic tracks 4a and 4b of the stress adjustment device also have a certain elasticity, the stress can be further released based on the function of the spring.
