In other embodiments, a tension spring may be disposed between the front or rear housing 9, 10 and the button to facilitate the button return. In other embodiments, a torsion spring may be disposed at the rotating shaft of the first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2 to indirectly promote the button to return. In other embodiments, the reset element may also be selected from common elastic elements such as springs, tension springs, torsion springs, elastic rubber bands, elastic ropes, elastic pieces, etc., and only the button is required to be moved and reset in the movable slot 15.
Referring to fig. 17 to 19, the front button 21 and the rear button 22 respectively include an abutting end 25 and a pressing end 26, the pressing end 26 is substantially cylindrical, and the surface of the button is provided with a concave surface adapted to the radian of a human finger, so that an operator can press the button conveniently. The pressing end 26 includes an outer end surface and an inner end surface, and the distance between the inner end surfaces of the front button 21 and the rear button 22 is L, which is the maximum distance that the front button 21 and the rear button 22 can move, in this embodiment, since the partition wall 20 is disposed in the middle of the middle base 3, L/2 is the maximum moving distance of the front button 21/the rear button 22.
The abutting end 25 is an irregular thin block-like body extending from one side in the radial direction from the middle of the pressing end 26. The rotating ends of the first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2 are respectively provided with a front abutting block and a rear abutting block which extend inwards from the rotating ends, and the abutting blocks correspond to the abutting ends 25 in position to form abutting. The minimum thickness of the abutment block or abutment end 25 is the effective abutment distance l, in this embodiment the abutment block and the abutment end 25 have substantially the same thickness, both l. In other embodiments, the thickness of the abutment block may be set to be greater or less than the thickness of the abutment end 25, but the effective abutment distance l is the minimum thickness of the abutment block or the abutment end 25. Effective abutting distance of the front button 21 is l1Effective abutment distance of the rear button 22 is l2. In the present embodiment, the front button 21 and the rear button 22 are arranged in full mirror symmetry and thus have the same effective abutment distance. In other embodiments, the front button 21 and the rear button 22 may be provided with different thicknesses, and thus different abutting distances, to adapt to the force application of the operator.
The contact surface where the abutment block and the abutment end 25 abut against each other is an abutment surface 27. The abutting ends 25 of the front button 21 and the rear button 22 can move back and forth along the movable groove 15, when the abutting ends 25 abut against the abutting blocks, the first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2 can be rotated to be in a generally parallel state and abutted and fixed for supporting and hanging clothes; when the abutting end 25 moves forwards and backwards to be far away from the abutting block, the first supporting frame 1 and the second supporting frame 2 can rotate and fold relative to the middle base 3. In order to ensure that the abutting end 25 can be withdrawn to form enough space to enable the first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2 to rotate, L is required to be more than or equal to L1+l2The distance requirement of (c).
Since the combined clothes hanger is different from a single clothes hanger, more weight needs to be borne when the combined clothes hanger is used, and when the key force at the button is too large, the combined clothes hanger is easy to be immovable, and preferably, the abutting surface 27 is arranged at an angle with a high outer part and a low inner part, such as 1-20 degrees. Herein, "inner" and "outer" refer in particular to the outer surface direction and the inner surface direction of the combined laundry rack. By adopting the angle arrangement of the supporting surface with the high outside and the low inside, the stress can be concentrated on the inner side of the abutting surface 27, and the end part of the abutting surface is relatively positioned at the lower position, so that the component force of the inclined surface is effectively utilized, and the key operation force is greatly reduced.
In order to adapt to and match with the design of the abutting surface 27 with high outside and low inside, the first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2 are respectively provided with a front side shell 34 and a rear side shell which are oppositely arranged, the width of the inner end 35 of the front side shell 34 is larger than the width of the outer end 36 of the front side shell 34, the width of the inner end 35 of the rear side shell is larger than the width of the outer end 36 of the rear side shell, referring to fig. 11-12, the width of the front side shell 34 is gradually reduced from the inner end 35 to the outer end 36, and the first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2 are distributed on two sides of the middle base 3 in a spreading. Due to the design that the abutting surface 27 is high outside and low inside, the upper surfaces of the first supporting frame 1 and the second supporting frame 2 tend to be concave in the middle, the convex column end of the lifting hook of each clothes hanger is further lifted, the lifting hook of each clothes hanger is kept in a clamping state, and the supporting strength of the combined clothes hanger is further improved. In other embodiments, the use of a higher outside and lower inside angle for the abutment surface 27 may not produce a significant effect of center biasing due to the smaller arrangement, but still has the effect of improving the stability of the connection of the individual laundry racks, as well as the ease of unlocking of the push button.
Referring back to fig. 11 to 14, the first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2 are respectively located at two sides of the middle base 3 and are arranged in mirror symmetry. The first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2 are substantially rectangular, the upper surfaces of the first support frame and the second support frame are smooth, the lower surfaces of the first support frame and the second support frame are hollow, and a plurality of reinforcing ribs are distributed in a crossed mode inside the first support frame and the second support frame. The inner ends of the first support frame 1 and the second support frame 2 are respectively provided with a rotating end, a rotating shaft hole is arranged on the rotating end, and the rotating end inwards extends to form a leaning block. The preferred number of the abutting blocks is four, each of which is an irregular quadrilateral body, and the upper end surface of the abutting block abuts against the abutting end 25.
Referring to fig. 20, the ultraviolet lamp unit 5 is detachably provided on the lower side of the middle base 3. The ultraviolet lamp device 5 comprises a main cavity body and a cover body 28 which are approximately in an isosceles triangle shape, light transmission sheets 29 are arranged on two sides of the main cavity body, an ultraviolet lamp 31 and an ultraviolet lamp mounting plate 32 are respectively arranged at corresponding positions of the light transmission sheets 29 and the main cavity body 30, a power supply groove 33 is arranged in the upper area of the main cavity body 30, and a power supply is arranged in the power supply groove 33.
