Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present application is directed to a front hatch cover, which solves at least one of the above-mentioned problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the following technical scheme is provided: a front hatch cover comprises a hatch cover outer plate and a hatch cover inner plate, wherein the hatch cover outer plate comprises a fixed table, and a positioning bulge and a fixed column are arranged on the fixed table; and a fixing groove matched with the fixing table is arranged on the inner plate of the hatch cover.
Furthermore, the fixing groove is provided with a positioning hole and a fixing through hole which are matched with the positioning protrusion and the fixing column, and the inner diameter of the positioning hole is larger than the outer diameter of the positioning protrusion.
Furthermore, the fixing groove is provided with a positioning hole and a fixing through hole which are matched with the positioning protrusion and the fixing column, and the positioning hole is an oval through hole.
Further, the fixed station protrudes out of the outer plate of the hatch cover, and the fixed station is matched with the fixed groove.
Furthermore, the outer cabin cover plate is also provided with a plug board, and the inner cabin cover plate is also provided with a plug connector matched with the plug board.
Furthermore, a gap is arranged at the position, corresponding to the plug connector, of the inner cabin cover plate, and bonding parts for bonding the outer cabin cover plate are further arranged on two sides of the gap.
Furthermore, one surface of the bonding part facing the outer plate of the hatch cover is provided with a downward groove, and bonding materials are arranged in the groove.
Furthermore, the main body of the bonding material is made of an elastic material, one surface of the elastic material is bonded to the bottom of the persuasion groove, and the other surface of the elastic material is bonded to the outer plate of the hatch cover.
According to the invention, the fixing platform structure is arranged between the outer plate of the hatch cover and the inner plate of the hatch cover, so that the outer plate in the hatch cover is more conveniently fixed, and the construction is convenient and rapid; through the setting of plugboard and bayonet joint, location that can be quick makes the extremely difficult emergence cocked edge phenomenon between the interior outer board of cabin cover after bonding each other through this kind of design in the structure moreover.

A front hatch cover comprises a hatch cover outer plate 1 and a hatch cover inner plate 2, wherein the hatch cover outer plate 1 comprises a fixed table 121, and a positioning bulge 122 and a fixed column 123 are arranged on the fixed table 121; the hatch cover inner plate 2 is provided with a fixing groove 23 matched with the fixing table 121.
The fixing groove 23 is provided with a positioning hole 25 and a fixing through hole 26 which are matched with the positioning protrusion 122 and the fixing column 123, and the inner diameter of the positioning hole 25 is larger than the outer diameter of the positioning protrusion 122.
The fixing groove 23 is provided with a positioning hole 25 and a fixing through hole 26 which are matched with the positioning protrusion 122 and the fixing column 123, and the positioning hole 25 is an oval through hole.
The fixing table 121 protrudes out of the hatch cover outer panel 1, and the fixing table 121 is engaged with the fixing groove 23.
The hatch cover outer plate 1 is further provided with a plug-in board 111, and the hatch cover inner plate 2 is further provided with a plug-in connector 22 matched with the plug-in board 111.
A gap is arranged at the position of the hatch cover inner plate 2 corresponding to the plug-in connector 22, and bonding parts 21 for bonding the hatch cover outer plate 1 are arranged at two sides of the gap.
The bonding portion 21 is formed by a downward groove formed in a surface facing the hatch cover outer panel 1, and a bonding material is disposed in the groove.
The main body of the bonding material is made of an elastic material, one surface of the elastic material is bonded to the bottom of the persuasion groove, and the other surface of the elastic material is bonded to the outer cabin cover plate 1.
A front hatch cover comprises a hatch cover outer plate 1 and a hatch cover inner plate 2, wherein the hatch cover outer plate 1 comprises a fixed table 121, and a positioning bulge 122 and a fixed column 123 are arranged on the fixed table 121. The fixing base 121 is a housing structure provided inside the hatch outer panel 1, and the positioning protrusion 122 and the fixing post 123 are provided on the surface of the housing. Reinforcing ribs 124 are further arranged on the peripheries of the fixing columns 123, and the positioning protrusions 122 are connected with the fixing columns 123 through the reinforcing ribs 124. The positioning projections 122 may also be considered as a cross structure projecting over the ribs 124.
The hatch cover outer plate 1 is also provided with a plugboard 111, and the plugboard 111 is arranged inside the hatch cover outer plate 1 and is close to one end of the vehicle head of the hatch cover outer plate 1. The plug-in board 111 is substantially perpendicular to the hatch outer panel 1. A plurality of fixing ribs 114 for supporting the plugboard 111 are arranged on one side of the plugboard 111 close to the vehicle head. These fixing ribs 114 connect the plug plate 111 and the hatch outer panel 1, respectively. The other side of the plugboard 111 is provided with a plurality of partition boards 113, and the partition boards 113 cooperate with the fixing ribs 114 to form fixing support in two directions for the plugboard 111 on one hand, and partition the other side of the plugboard 111 into a plurality of small spaces on the other hand.
The side of the hatch inner plate 2 facing the hatch outer plate 1 is provided with a fixing groove 23 matching with the fixing table 121, and the fixing groove 23 is formed by surrounding or semi-surrounding the plate material forming the hatch inner plate 2. The fixing groove 23 may be formed by stamping a plate material or by injection molding using a mold. The fixing groove 23 is shaped as shown in the B portion or the C portion. When the hatch outer panel 1 and the hatch inner panel 2 are fixed to each other, the fixing base 121 is fitted into the fixing groove 23. The bottom of the fixing groove 23 is provided with a fixing plate 24, and the fixing plate 24 is provided with a positioning hole 25 for positioning and a fixing through hole 26 for fastening. As can be seen from the figure, the positioning hole 25 is an oval through hole, which facilitates the insertion and pre-positioning of the positioning protrusion 122, and also facilitates the subsequent adjustment according to the tolerance. It is conceivable that the positioning hole 25 may be formed in a circular shape or other hole having a larger outer diameter than the positioning protrusion 122. When the hatch outer panel 1 and the hatch inner panel 2 are fixed to each other, the fixing plate 24 abuts against the panel provided with the positioning protrusions 122 and the fixing posts 123 of the fixing table 121.
Three fixing platforms 121 can be arranged on the hatch cover outer panel 1, wherein two fixing platforms 121 are arranged on two sides of the hatch cover outer panel 1, and one fixing platform is arranged in the middle of the hatch cover outer panel 1.
The pinboard 111 is divided into an inner side and an outer side, wherein one side of the pinboard 111 facing the front of the vehicle is the outer side, and one side facing the rear of the vehicle is the inner side.
The front end part of the hatch cover inner plate 2 is also provided with a plug-in connector 22 for clamping the plug-in board 111, and the plug-in connector 22 is arranged at the front end part of the hatch cover inner plate 2. The plug 22 protrudes out of the bottom of the hatch cover inner plate 2, a notch is formed in the position, corresponding to the plug 22, of the hatch cover inner plate 2, bonding portions 21 are further arranged on two sides of the notch, a bonding area is arranged on one side, facing the hatch cover outer plate 1, of each bonding portion 21, bonding agents are coated on the bonding areas, and the bonding portions 21 are used for bonding the hatch cover outer plate 1. The adhesive portion 21 may also be provided in a groove structure facing the hatch outer panel 1, and an adhesive material may be provided in the groove, and the adhesive material may also be provided in an adhesive material having a certain elasticity, which may be similar to a double-sided tape structure. With this arrangement, the bonding portion 21 and the hatch outer panel 1 are bonded to each other, and have a certain cushioning ability. The position of the plug board 111 corresponding to the plug connector 22 is further provided with a matching groove 112, the matching groove 112 is used for clamping the root of the plug connector 22, and the limiting groove plays a limiting role.
The plug board 111 is inserted between the plug connector 22 and the inner hatch cover plate 2, the plug connector 22 extends towards the plug board 111, and the head of the plug board 111 slightly tilts upwards, so that the plug connector 22 is convenient to insert. The root of the plug 22 is further provided with a reinforcing rib 224 for reinforcing the plug 22. The embodiments in the present description are described in a progressive manner, each embodiment focuses on differences from other embodiments, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other.
