Description

Water-absorbing core and personal hygiene product using same
Technical Field
The application relates to the field of personal hygiene products, in particular to an absorbent hygiene product and a water-absorbing core body contained in the absorbent hygiene product.
Background
The current core technology is as follows: 1. wood pulp (commonly called fluff pulp) and a high polymer water-absorbing resin mixed structure (90 percent of the global product); 2. the whole core body (composed of various types of high polymer water-absorbing resin or 1-2 types of high polymer water-absorbing resin) has a structure (10% of the global product, which is prominent in Asia market in 2 years); and 3, half core structure (formed by mixing half of the above 2 structures).
1. Wood pulp + superabsorbent structure (see fig. 1):
at present, various absorbent sanitary products on the market, including paper diapers, pull-ups, sanitary towels and the like, have various styles of glaciers and glaciers, but have the same and different basic structures. Taking the diaper as an example, the materials for manufacturing the diaper generally include nonwoven fabrics, wood pulp, high molecular water-absorbent resin, chemical fiber spinning fibers, PE breathable films, spandex filaments, stickers (front + left and right), waist elastic bands, and the like.
The absorbent core of an absorbent sanitary article is a component of the most central core (functional value core and price value core). The core body is divided into six layers: surface layer, flow guide layer, wood pulp, high-molecular water-absorbing resin layer, water-locking layer and bottom film.
Wood pulp definition: pulp used as a water absorbing medium after wood is dissolved, extracted and softened through bleaching treatment is widely used for sanitary products.
Wood pulp core disadvantages: the wood pulp core body has large filling amount of wood pulp, so that the thickness of the paper diaper (the unit weight of the paper diaper is more than 30 g in terms of L code) is increased, and due to the characteristics of the process, the phenomenon of stacking fault is easily caused, so that the urine leakage condition is caused. Meanwhile, wood pulp needs to be bleached in the production process, and chemical substances caused by bleaching are easy to remain. And the excessive acquisition of forest resources is easy to generate due to the large using amount of the wood pulp in the wood pulp core body. The degradability of the high molecular absorption resin is poor, meanwhile, the absorption resin inevitably generates acrylic monomer residues due to the polymerization process characteristics of the absorption resin, the acrylic monomer has obvious skin irritation, and the risk of red wind is not ignored.
2. Full core structure (see fig. 2):
in Asia, particularly China market, users pursue thinness and ultra-thinness of the absorbent sanitary product, a product with a full-core structure is designed, and the absorbent sanitary product can be thinner due to the full core. Chemical fiber spinning fibers and a large amount of adhesive are adopted for high-molecular water-absorbent resin compounding, so that the consumption of wood pulp is reduced, and the core body structure is tighter and thinner.
The whole core body has the structural defects that: however, the application of this process also causes the water-absorbent resin after absorption to be closely arranged, resulting in a decrease in the re-absorption performance. The hot melt of the whole core body is more, which can cause the taste of the adhesive remained in the product and cause discomfort to people. In the using process, the product is hardened due to the expansion and adsorption of the macromolecule absorption resin, and the using feeling is also influenced. As petroleum processing products, the degradability of high molecular absorption resin is poor, meanwhile, the absorption resin inevitably generates acrylic acid monomer residue due to the polymerization process characteristics, the acrylic acid monomer has obvious skin irritation, and the risk of red wind is not ignored.
3. Half core body structure (see figure 3)
The half core structure is formed by combining wood pulp (commonly called fluff pulp), a high polymer water-absorbing resin mixed structure and a full core structure, and the half core structure also has the defects of the wood pulp and the high polymer water-absorbing resin mixed structure.
The applicant has applied for a disposable sanitary article and its core with application number 201910112556.2 and a disposable sanitary article and its core with application number 201910112559.6, but the above-mentioned technical solution still has the problem of uneven absorption of part of the cotton fiber layer.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
To address the above-mentioned deficiencies, the present application provides a novel core that does not use wood pulp, does not need to be bleached, and does not leave bleaching chemicals. Meanwhile, the core reduces the using amount of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin by 30 percent, greatly reduces the using amount of the high-molecular water-absorbent resin on the whole, improves the comfort and the water absorption of the product, and obviously reduces the thickness of the core before and after water absorption to the same product as the existing similar product. Therefore, a novel water-absorbing core is provided, and the specific technical scheme is as follows:

Preferably, the water-absorbing core comprises a dust-free paper, a high water-absorbing resin and a cotton fiber mixed layer from top to bottom.
Preferably, all of the above water-absorbent cores further comprise a nonwoven fabric layer disposed on the lowermost layer.
Preferably, the high water absorption resin layer is formed by spraying granular high polymer water absorption resin on the upper surface and/or the lower surface of the cotton fiber layer; the upper sprayed high polymer water-absorbent resin layer is 60-90 grams per square meter, the cotton fiber layer is 100-140 grams per square meter, and the lower sprayed high polymer water-absorbent resin layer is 100-140 grams per square meter; the upper sprayed polymer water-absorbent resin layer is 75 grams per square meter, the cotton fiber layer is 125 grams per square meter, and the lower sprayed polymer water-absorbent resin layer is 125 grams per square meter. The weight of each square meter of the cotton fiber layer is 100-300 g, the cotton fiber is fine cotton wool, the fiber length is 23-33 mm, the fineness of the cotton fiber is 3.7-4.2, and the unit micronaire value is obtained. The cotton fiber has a grammage of 200 g. The core body absorbs 300ml of water, the sucking time is 7-15 seconds, and the sucking dry time is 20-30 seconds. The core imbibed 300ml of water for 10 seconds and blotted dry for 25 seconds. The core body is 2-6 mm in thickness, and 20-35mm in thickness after 500ml of water absorption capacity. The thickness of the core body is 4mm, and the thickness is 30mm after the water absorption capacity is 500 ml.
A personal hygiene article comprising a core as described above.
Preferably, the personal hygiene product is a paper diaper, a pull-up diaper or a sanitary napkin.
Wherein, the high water absorption resin and the cotton fiber mixing layer are mixed in the high water absorption resin such as cotton fiber (cotton) and the two are mixed evenly.
The prior art does not find any technical solutions for the preparation of absorbent cores using cotton fibers, nor does the prior art suggest any technique that would enable the preparation of cores using cotton fibers. The cotton fiber is adopted to replace wood pulp or chemical fiber, the upper side sprayed high polymer water-absorbent resin is set to be 60-90 g/m, the cotton fiber is 100 plus 140 g/m, and the lower side sprayed high polymer water-absorbent resin is 100 plus 140 g/m, compared with the existing product, when the same function is achieved, only about 70% of the original amount of the high polymer water-absorbent resin is needed, the consumption of the water-absorbent resin is reduced, the pollution to the environment is reduced, and the decomposition is easy.
Particularly, after the dust-free paper is added in the middle, liquid permeates from the surface layer to reach the middle dust-free paper, the dust-free paper has the effect of separating an upper cotton absorption layer from a lower cotton absorption layer, and on the other hand, the liquid can form a flow guide channel on the dust-free paper through the flow guide diffusion effect of the dust-free paper, and the flow guide channel is uniformly dispersed on a lower cotton absorption material, so that the whole absorption core body is ensured to bear the absorption effect, and the local back permeation or leakage caused by the excessive concentration of the liquid is avoided.
The core body structure of the application uses cotton fibers to replace wood pulp and chemical fiber spinning fibers, and creates an absorbent sanitary product with a new structure, namely an absorbent core layer product, which is called as a cotton core body structure. The novel structure of the absorbent sanitary product can solve various problems of the absorbent sanitary products with different core structures.
Release of Cotton: the main component of the cotton is natural cellulose, and a plurality of natural hydrophilic gaps exist among the fibers, so the cotton has high water absorption and strong safety, the combination of the cotton and the water-absorbent resin can be used as complementation, and the absorption and locking device is more suitable for being applied to infant products and hygienic products.
The cotton core structure adopts cotton, belongs to natural materials, replaces wood pulp and chemical fiber spinning fibers, has absorption capacity obviously superior to wood pulp fibers, replaces wood pulp with cotton as a main filling material of the absorbent sanitary product, and can greatly reduce the use amount of fibers. The price of the wood pulp is stabilized at about 7500 yuan/ton, and 10 ten thousand paper diapers can be produced according to the use amount of 10 g of the large-size paper diapers and one ton of wood pulp. The price of the cotton fluctuates up and down at 20000 yuan/ton because of natural crops along with the fluctuation of climate and economic environment, and 25 ten thousand paper diapers can be produced according to the use amount of 4 g of cotton per one ton of large-size paper diapers. The price of the single paper diaper is equivalent.
Meanwhile, a most core structural core body in the diaper is manufactured by adopting a corresponding new process, the production equipment is technically improved once, three strong relations of energy conservation, emission reduction, safety, environmental protection and comfort are achieved on the basis of greatly improving the efficiency, and the diaper is a fourth absorbent sanitary product structure after a wood pulp + high-molecular water-absorbent resin structure, a full core body structure and a half core body structure: a core for an absorbent sanitary article is manufactured by using one or more layers of cotton as a main fiber component, which is called a cotton core structure for short. The structure is formed by adopting one or more layers of cotton and a macromolecular water-absorbent resin structure composite structure, and comprises the following specific steps:
the first layer is made of dust-free paper which has unique physical properties, high elasticity, softness, excellent hand feeling and drapability and extremely high water absorption performance and is widely applied to the fields of sanitary nursing products, special medical products and the like!
The second layer uses a high molecular water-absorbing resin which can absorb liquid with tens of times of its own weight and has strong water-retaining capacity, so that it is also called super water-absorbing agent or high water-retaining agent. In terms of chemical structure, the super absorbent resin is a low crosslinking degree or partially crystalline high molecular polymer having many hydrophilic groups. The sanitary field is mainly used as raw materials of sanitary towels and paper diapers.
The third layer adopts cotton as a main filling material, the main component of the third layer is natural cellulose, because a plurality of hydrophilic gaps are formed among the cotton fibers, the water absorption of the cotton is high and is 5 times of that of wood pulp, and the cotton has the characteristics of high air permeability, natural antibacterial property, soft and comfortable hand feeling, very good water conductivity, instant water absorption and the like.
The middle absorption layer can be used for repeating the structural supplement of the second layer and the third layer according to the design and the use requirements of products. The cotton layer can be filled with other water-absorbing materials according to product design.
The bottom layer adopts dust-free paper, can also use non-woven fabrics, the non-woven fabrics are non-woven fabrics, the application is wide, the non-woven fabrics are also a new generation of environment-friendly materials, and the non-woven fabrics have the high-quality characteristics of ventilation, flexibility, light weight, no combustion supporting, easy decomposition, no toxicity, no irritation, recycling and the like.
Has the advantages that:
1. environmental protection and emission reduction: at present, the absorbent sanitary products in China market have great environmental protection hidden trouble, according to the statistical data of the China paper-making society, the amount of the absorbent sanitary products produced in China is as high as 700 hundred million sheets every year, the landfill technology adopted in China needs 300 ten thousand cubes every year, and the volume is approximately equal to the water capacity of the Guangdong ten thousand green lakes. Furthermore, in the whole structure of the absorbent sanitary product, except the wood pulp degradation time is about 180 days, the length of other materials reaches 8-10 years, and the market-scale composite average growth rate of the absorbent sanitary product series products is about 11%. In the new scheme, cotton is used as a main filling material, the biodegradation performance is excellent, and the cotton can be naturally biodegraded into organic fertilizer after 3 months. And the tail gas emission can be effectively collected in the planting and production process of the cotton (refer to the big advantage data of the cotton 10). The degradable time of the high molecular absorbent resin is 8-10 years, but because cotton has the water absorption and the fluffiness which are about 5 times stronger than that of fluff pulp, under the condition of the same absorption function, the using amount of the high molecular absorbent resin can be reduced by 30 percent, and the using amount of raw materials of the high molecular resin is directly reduced.
2. Comfort and health: the characteristics of cotton determine the comfort of use. The loose and soft touch feeling makes the newborn healthy and grow quickly.
3. The efficacy is as follows: the performance of the product completely surpasses that of the existing product, 300ml of water is absorbed, the absorption time is 7-15 seconds, the dry absorption time is 20-30 seconds, the thickness of the core body is 2-6 mm, the thickness is 20-35mm after the water absorption capacity is 500ml, the cotton absorption speed is 5 times of fluff pulp, the contact time of urine through the skin of a baby is greatly reduced, the absorption speed of the traditional core body product is about 35 seconds, and the new scheme can achieve complete absorption only in 10 seconds. The occurrence rate of red wind of newborn children can be greatly reduced by rapid absorption.
4. Safety: the natural characteristic of the cotton material and the material characteristic can be directly applied to the manufacture of the absorbent sanitary article core without bleaching, thereby effectively reducing the risk of chemical pollution, greatly improving the safety performance of the product and perfecting the national standard of Chinese absorbent sanitary sample series products.
5. Industry support: at present, 80% of core raw material wood pulp of the series products of the absorptive sanitary products in China depends on import. Meanwhile, the Xinjiang area in China is used as a global core cotton production area, and the risk of import dependence is reduced on one hand, the industrial application of crops is greatly improved on the other hand, and the tail gas emission can be absorbed by mass planting of cotton through the research and development of new products.
6. Social responsibility: on the premise of improving environmental protection, performance and degradation, the energy conservation and emission reduction are promoted, and the industrial support is increased.
