The invention relates to a piece of furniture, comprising a furniture body, at least one receiving container and at least two furniture fittings, by means of which the at least one receiving container is movably mounted on the furniture body, wherein the at least two furniture fittings are each mounted on opposite inner sides of the furniture body by means of an assembly body and each have at least one pivot lever that can be pivoted relative to the assembly body. Furthermore, the invention relates to a method for producing a piece of furniture according to the invention.

Background

Such furniture is known from EP 2870895 a 1. The associated complete solution comprising the receiving container and the furniture fitting for fitting on the furniture body is provided by the furniture fitting manufacturer. This is advantageous for the customer who carries out the further processing, for example a carpenter, since the assembly costs are very low as a result.

However, these solutions have the disadvantage that they have a predetermined size, so that they can only be used in furniture having a specific size. Furthermore, the solution has a predetermined appearance, which is not flexibly adaptable to personalized visual general ideas, such as kitchens. And finally the solutions known from the prior art are not further machinable and are very expensive.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

The object of the invention is to provide an improved piece of furniture compared to the prior art, in which the disadvantages are at least partially avoided, and which is characterized by high flexibility and industrial manufacturing possibilities in the manufacture. Furthermore, an improved method for producing such furniture compared to the prior art should be specified.

The invention therefore provides a piece of furniture comprising a furniture body, at least one receiving container and at least two furniture fittings, by means of which the at least one receiving container is movably supported on the furniture body, wherein the at least two furniture fittings are each mounted on opposite inner sides of the furniture body by means of an assembly body and each have at least one pivot lever that is pivotable relative to the assembly body, it being provided in a piece of furniture according to the invention that the at least one pivot lever of the at least two furniture fittings has a universal interface for detachably fastening differently designed receiving containers, wherein the at least one pivot lever is movable relative to the assembly body at least into a first pivot position in which the receiving container fixed by means of the universal interface on the at least one pivot lever is arranged within the furniture body and a second pivot position, in the second pivot position, a receiving container which is fixed to the at least one pivot lever by means of the universal interface is arranged outside the furniture carcass and below the fitting body.

That is to say, for example, a modular method is used in drawers, in which furniture parts for moving containers are provided on both sides by furniture part manufacturers, and then are combined as required at least in part by the customer who carries out the further processing with individually adjusted receiving containers. In this way, the system can be adapted to predetermined frame conditions, for example the width of the upper cabinet, in a personalized manner.

In addition to the hinge for the furniture door, the facing for moving the furniture flap and the pull-out guide for the drawer, a further novel class of furniture fittings for receiving containers pivotable in the furniture body is provided, which can be machined in a similar manner to the furniture industry and which allow a high degree of flexibility in the manufacture of the furniture.

In this case, it is important that, unlike the integrated, associated solutions of the prior art, the at least one receiving container and the furniture fitting which movably supports the receiving container on the furniture body are separate units which can be detachably connected to one another by a universal interface.

The invention relates to a universal interface which is not to be used for specific technical designs, but rather to the fact that it enables a releasable fastening which is as simple as possible, in particular when the at least two furniture parts have been fastened to opposite inner sides of a furniture body.

According to an advantageous embodiment of the invention, it is provided that the at least one receiving container is arranged in the first pivot position, in the state of being fixed to the at least one pivot lever by the universal joint, at least partially above the fitting body and/or substantially completely in the interior of the furniture body. This provides a space-saving solution which is compatible with further movable furniture parts arranged on the furniture body, for example furniture flaps or drawers for covering the interior.

It has furthermore proven to be advantageous if the at least one receiving container has at least one receiving space which is delimited at least by a bottom, a rear wall and two side walls. Thereby providing a drawer-like appearance that has been presented to the end user by the internal drawer.

In this connection, it is possible to use that the bottom, the rear wall and/or the two side walls are detachably connected to one another, and/or that the bottom and/or the rear wall are made substantially of wood or at least one wood substitute material, and/or that the two side walls are made at least in regions of at least one metal. As in the case of drawers, it is thus possible for the customer who carries out the further processing to obtain the furniture fitting, the side walls and, if appropriate, a front panel from the furniture fitting manufacturer and to manufacture and add the rear wall and/or the base itself. In this way he can flexibly react to the given conditions present and to the particular customer requirements.

It has furthermore proved to be advantageous if the at least one pivot lever of the at least two furniture fittings is detachably connected to one of the two side walls by a universal interface. The available space is thus optimally utilized without unnecessarily taking up the space present on the at least two furniture fittings and thus making them no longer available in addition.

The utility model discloses especially, be fit for being used for going up the cabinet, go up the cabinet and use especially in the kitchen.

As stated at the outset, it is also desirable to protect a method for producing a piece of furniture according to the invention, having the following method steps:

-providing a furniture body having a predetermined size,

-the at least two furniture fittings are assembled on opposite respective inner sides of the furniture body in predetermined assembly positions,

providing at least one receiving receptacle which is designed on the basis of a predetermined dimension of the furniture body and/or a predetermined assembly position of the at least two furniture fittings on the inner side of the furniture body, and

the at least one receiving container is detachably connected to the at least two furniture fittings by a universal interface.

It has proven to be advantageous here if the at least one receiving container is provided by at least two at least partially prefabricated side walls, a rear wall and a base, and/or if at least one further movable furniture part, preferably a furniture flap, a drawer and/or a further receiving container for covering the interior of the furniture body, is fitted to the furniture body.

Detailed Description

Fig. 1 shows an arrangement comprising a furniture body 2, two furniture fittings 5 and a first receiving container 3 in a state in which a furniture 1 (compare fig. 3a) to 3c)) has not yet been assembled. The receiving container 3 can be mounted movably on the furniture carcass 2 by means of two furniture parts 5.

The furniture carcass 2 can be formed, as in the illustrated case, substantially as a right-angled parallelepiped, having a height 15, a width 16 and a depth 17. The furniture body 2 has two opposite body side walls 20, a body bottom 21, a body rear wall 22 and a body cover 23. These components define an inner space 18 in which the receiving container 3 can be arranged.

The furniture body 2 can also have a more complex shape. It is also possible to provide further movable furniture parts, for example furniture flaps, drawers and/or further receiving containers 3, 4 for covering the interior 18 of the furniture carcass 2.

The furniture fitting 5 can be mounted on opposite inner sides 7 of the furniture body 2 via fitting bodies 6 and has at least one pivot lever 8 which is pivotable relative to the fitting bodies 6. The at least one pivot lever 8 of the at least two furniture fittings 5 has a universal interface 9 for detachably fixing differently configured receiving containers 3. As can be seen in particular from fig. 3a) to 3c), the at least one pivot lever 8 is movable relative to the assembly body 6 at least into a first pivot position, in which the receiving container 3, 4 fixed to the at least one pivot lever 8 by the universal joint 9 is arranged within the furniture carcass 2 (fig. 3c), and into a second pivot position, in which the receiving container 3, 4 fixed to the at least one pivot lever 8 by the universal joint 9 is arranged outside the furniture carcass 2 and below the assembly body 6 (fig. 3 a)).

At least one first pivot axis 24 is provided about which the at least one pivot lever 8 is pivotable relative to the fitting body 6, and a second pivot axis 24 about which the receiving container 3 is pivotable relative to the at least one pivot lever 8 in the assembled state via the universal joint 9 is provided.

The exemplary receiving container 3 shown has a receiving space 10 for receiving at least one object, for example a plate or the like, wherein the receiving space 10 is delimited by a bottom 11, a rear wall 12 and two side walls 13. The bottom 11, the rear wall 12 and the two side walls 13 are releasably connected to each other. The bottom 11 is substantially made of wood or at least one wood substitute material. The same applies to the rear wall 12. The two side walls 13 are at least partially made of at least one metal. The side walls 13 may have a construction as known from the drawer field, for example with embedded elements of armrests or glass.

The receiving container 3 can, as in the case shown, have a front panel 14 which gives the end face of the receiving container 3 facing the user a visually attractive appearance. The front panel 14 is substantially U-shaped.

The at least one pivot lever 8 of the two furniture parts 5 is detachably connected to one of the two side walls 13 by means of a universal joint 9. As explained before, no specific technical design of the generic interface 9 is involved. For example, it can, as in the case shown, have pins arranged on the plate, which pins can be arranged into corresponding fitting means 19, for example slots. The fitting means 19 can be arranged on the side wall 13 of the receiving container 3 as in the case shown.

Fig. 2 shows the arrangement according to fig. 1, wherein two furniture parts 5 are mounted on opposite inner sides 7 of the furniture body 2. The method according to the invention for producing a piece of furniture 1 can be carried out in an understandable manner by means of the sequence of fig. 1 and 2, wherein the method has the following method steps:

Following the assembly of the receiving container 3, it is also possible to assemble further movable furniture parts on the furniture carcass 2, preferably furniture flaps, drawers and/or further receiving containers 3 for covering the interior 18 of the furniture carcass 2.

Fig. 3a) to 3c) show a piece of furniture 1 according to the invention according to a preferred embodiment, wherein sub-figures a) to c) show the receiving container 3 in three different positions relative to the furniture carcass 2, and more precisely in a first pivot position in which the receiving container 3 fixed to the at least one pivot rod 8 by the universal joint 9 is arranged inside the furniture carcass 2 (fig. 3c), in a second pivot position in which the receiving container 3 fixed to the at least one pivot rod 8 by the universal joint 9 is arranged outside the furniture carcass 2 and below the fitting body 6 (fig. 3a)), and in an intermediate position (fig. 3 b)). In this first pivot position, the receiving container 3 is arranged above the fitting body 6 and completely in the interior 18 of the furniture body 2.

The illustrated piece of furniture 1 is preferably used as an upper cabinet in a kitchen, wherein a lower cabinet, for example, comprising a work board, is arranged below the upper cabinet.

Fig. 4 shows an arrangement comprising a furniture body 2, two furniture fittings 5 and a second receiving container 4, wherein the two furniture fittings 5 are mounted on opposite inner sides 7 of the furniture body 2. In contrast to the remaining figures, the two furniture parts 5 are mounted on the inner side 7 in a further mounting position. The receiving container 4 differs from the receiving container 3 in that it is formed in two layers. However, it is also possible to design the receiving container differently according to the desired individualization and the frame conditions.

Claims

1. Furniture (1) comprising a furniture body (2), at least one receiving container and at least two furniture fittings (5), by means of which the at least one receiving container is movably supported on the furniture body (2), wherein the at least two furniture fittings (5) are each mounted by means of an assembly body (6) on opposite inner sides (7) of the furniture body (2) and each have at least one pivot lever (8) which is pivotable relative to the assembly body (6), characterized in that the at least one pivot lever (8) of the at least two furniture fittings (5) has a universal interface (9) for releasably securing differently configured receiving containers, wherein the at least one pivot lever (8) is movable relative to the assembly body (6) at least into a first pivot position and a second pivot position, in the first pivot position, a receiving container which is fixed to the at least one pivot lever (8) by means of the universal interface (9) is arranged within the furniture body (2), and in the second pivot position, a receiving container which is fixed to the at least one pivot lever (8) by means of the universal interface (9) is arranged outside the furniture body (2) and below the fitting body (6).

7. Piece of furniture (1) according to claim 3, characterized in that the at least one pivot lever (8) of the at least two furniture fittings (5) is detachably connected to one of the two side walls (13) by means of a universal interface (9).
