Background
Air curtain cabinet can frequently use in daily life and industrial production, in the use, because refrigeration can produce some comdenstion water, in the conventional art, the comdenstion water of production drips to ground naturally usually, and long-time back can make ground moist, can produce many inconveniences, consequently has the defect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a condensed water evaporation device which can automatically evaporate condensed water and is applied to an air curtain cabinet.
The invention provides a condensed water evaporation device applied to an air curtain cabinet, which comprises a unit plate, wherein a condenser is arranged on the unit plate and generates condensed water; a water receiving box is arranged on the unit plate, and condensed water generated by the condenser flows into the water receiving box;
the water-absorbing paper set is arranged on the unit plate, the lower end of the water-absorbing paper set is communicated with the water receiving box, and the front end of the water-absorbing paper set is provided with a fan which blows air to the water-absorbing paper set.
Furthermore, a water absorption paper fixing device is arranged on the unit board, and the water absorption paper unit is vertically placed in the water absorption paper fixing device.
Further, the lower end of the absorbent paper fixing device is provided with a mounting box, and the mounting box is communicated with the water receiving box.
Furthermore, an outlet is formed in the lower end of the condenser, a pipeline is arranged between the outlet and the water receiving box, and condensed water generated by the condenser flows out of the outlet and flows into the water receiving box through the pipeline.
Further, a compressor is further arranged on the unit plate and provides power for the condenser.
Further, the fan is arranged on the back side of the condensing machine and close to the water absorption paper group.
The condensed water evaporation device is provided with the unit plate, and the condensing machine is arranged on the unit plate and can generate condensed water; the condensed water flows into the water receiving box; a water absorption paper group is arranged on the unit plate, the lower end of the water absorption paper group is communicated with the water receiving box, a fan is arranged at the front end of the water absorption paper group, and the fan blows hot air to the water absorption paper group to dry water absorbed on the water absorption paper group; therefore, in the invention, the condensed water is absorbed in the water absorption paper group and then dried by the fan, the structure is simple, and the practicability is strong.

The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a condensate evaporation device applied to an air curtain cabinet according to the present invention; fig. 2 is a schematic top view of a condensate evaporation device applied to an air curtain cabinet according to the present invention; as shown in fig. 3, it is a schematic view of the whole structure of the air curtain cabinet of the present invention; the condensed water evaporation device comprises a unit plate 1, wherein a condenser 2 is arranged on the unit plate 1, illustratively, a compressor 4 is also arranged on the unit plate 1, and the compressor 4 provides power for the condenser 2; the condenser 2 generates condensed water; and a water receiving box 5 is arranged on the unit plate, and condensed water generated by the condenser flows into the water receiving box 5.
Preferably, an outlet is arranged at the lower end of the condenser 2, a pipeline is arranged between the outlet and the water receiving box 5, and condensed water generated by the condenser 2 flows out of the outlet and flows into the water receiving box 5 through the pipeline.
A water absorption paper group 61 is arranged on the unit plate 1, and the lower end of the water absorption paper group 61 is communicated with the water receiving box 5; as a preferable installation mode, a water absorption paper fixing device 62 is arranged on the unit plate 1, the water absorption paper unit is vertically placed in the water absorption paper fixing device 62, a mounting box 7 is arranged at the lower end of the water absorption paper fixing device 62, and the mounting box 7 is communicated with the water receiving box 5.
Therefore, the condensed water generated by the condenser 2 flows into the water receiving box 5, then flows into the mounting box 7 and is absorbed by the water absorption paper group; the front end is provided with a fan 3, and the fan 3 blows air to the absorbent paper group 61, preferably hot air.
Preferably, a plurality of pieces of absorbent paper are vertically inserted into the absorbent paper group 61, the absorbent paper can be conveniently inserted or extracted, the absorbent paper can be recycled, and the water in the absorbent paper can be continuously absorbed after being dried by air.
In the present invention, for example, to save space, the fan 3 is installed on the back side of the condenser 2, near the absorbent paper group 61.
The condensed water evaporation device is provided with the unit plate, and the condensing machine is arranged on the unit plate and can generate condensed water; the condensed water flows into the water receiving box; a water absorption paper group is arranged on the unit plate, the lower end of the water absorption paper group is communicated with the water receiving box, a fan is arranged at the front end of the water absorption paper group, and the fan blows hot air to the water absorption paper group to dry water absorbed on the water absorption paper group; therefore, in the invention, the condensed water is absorbed in the water absorption paper group and then dried by the fan, the structure is simple, and the practicability is strong.
