Referring to fig. 7 and 8, the corner fastener 80 includes a fixing plate 81 and at least 2 fastening plates 82 having outer sides vertically connected to a middle portion of the fixing plate 81. Namely, the corner fastener 80 is shaped like a letter pi when viewed from the top down. The hanging plate 82 is provided with a hook 821 with a downward opening.

In particular use:

the expansion bolts 20 pass through the wall fixing holes 311 to fix the fixing members 30 to the wall surface 100, and the vertical plates 32 are parallel to each other and extend in the vertical direction. That is, the bottom plate 31 is attached to the wall surface 100, and the standing plate 32 extends vertically perpendicular to the wall surface 100.

The channel steel 50 is clamped between the adjacent 2 vertical plates 32. The inner screw holes 521 are aligned with the outer screw holes 321 two by two. After the stud bolts 40 pass through the aligned inner screw holes 521 and outer screw holes 321, the channel steels 50 are fixed to the corresponding 2 vertical plates 32. Thus, the channel 50 also extends in the vertical direction.

A self-tapping screw 70 of one type is inserted through the upper portion of the long riser 62 and screwed into the predetermined hole 511, and then the hook 60 is fixed to the outer side surface of the intermediate plate 51 of the channel steel 50. Obviously, the upper portion of the long riser 62 may also be pre-perforated to facilitate the passage of a type of self-tapping thread 70.

After the second type self-tapping screw 90 penetrates through the fixing plate 81 and is screwed on the connecting edge 12 of the metal plate 10, the corner fastener 80 is fixed on the metal plate 10, and the metal plates 10 are adjacently arranged. It is preferable to have a non-zero gap a between 2 metal plates 10 adjacent in the horizontal direction. The gap a may be 8-12 mm. That is, the corner fastener 80 is connected to one metal plate 10 at one side and to the other metal plate 10 at the other side.

The hook 821 is hung on the short riser 63.

Thus, most parts can be formed by preprocessing in a factory, and the metal plate 10 is easy to disassemble and assemble by adopting a hanging mode during assembly, so that the efficiency of field installation is improved.

Optimizing:

a rubber cushion 822 is provided between the hook 821 and the corresponding short riser 63. A rubber cushion 822 may be adhered in advance to the upper side of the short riser 63 to make the assembly simpler.

It should be noted that the above-mentioned first-class self-tapping and second-class self-tapping are not specifically defined, and for convenience of description, they may be identical, or different specifications may be adopted according to the needs.
