the liquid level alarm lamp 512 is used for sending out an alarm signal when the liquid level in the water storage chamber exceeds a preset liquid level.
The operation of the drain tank system of the washing machine according to the present embodiment will be described in detail with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
The embodiment is provided with two working modes: a water tank operation mode and a non-water tank operation mode, which can be selected by the user on the operation panel 105 through the mode setting button 503 (refer to fig. 5). Before the mode setting button 503 is pressed (default state), it is the default operation mode: sink mode of operation, i.e. a source of water for flushing the toilet is supplied to the toilet tank by the water in the sink. In this mode, the default states of both the first inlet valve 108 and the second inlet valve 109 are in the closed state. At this time, there are two methods to achieve the function of flushing the toilet: the method is that the waste water discharged by the washing machine is stored in the water storage chamber 203, at this time, the water stored in the water storage chamber 203 (refer to fig. 2) flows out from the water outlet 110 of the water discharge tank (refer to fig. 1 and 3), enters the toilet tank through the water discharge tank outlet pipe 114, the first check valve 115 and the water outlet main pipe 116, when the toilet tank is filled with water and the water inlet is closed, the water level in the water outlet main pipe 116 rises due to the accumulation increase, and is finally blocked by the first check valve 115 and the second check valve 119 and can not flow back, thereby avoiding polluting the water source, and thus, the function of flushing the toilet at one time is completed. The second method is to flush the toilet with tap water, the user manually operates the toilet, the second water inlet valve switch 507 on the operation panel 105 is opened, the second water inlet valve indicator lamp 508 is turned on, the second water inlet valve 109 is opened, tap water enters the tap water pipe 107 from the tap water pipe water inlet 113, at this time, the first water inlet valve 108 is in a closed state, tap water flows into the water storage chamber 203 from the tank water inlet pipe 111 through the second water inlet valve 109 for water storage, meanwhile, the liquid level sensor 103 transmits a water storage amount signal to the controller 102, and when the water amount reaches a set value (which can be set by the user through the liquid level setting button 502, the liquid level reducing button 510 and the liquid level increasing button 511 on the operation panel 105), the liquid level alarm lamp 112 is turned on, the user is reminded to close the second water inlet valve switch 507, and then the second water inlet. The second method is that under the condition that the washing machine does not work and the waste water discharged by the washing machine does not exist in the drainage tank of the washing machine, a user can manually use tap water to flush the closestool, so that the situation that the closestool cannot be flushed without washing clothes and normal life is influenced is avoided.
When the mode setting button 503 is pressed, the non-water tank operation mode is established. This mode is selected in the case when the washing machine is not in operation and there is no wastewater from the washing machine in the drain tank. Default state in this mode: the first inlet valve 108 is opened and the second inlet valve 109 is closed. In this mode, there are two ways to achieve the function of flushing the toilet: the method is an automatic mode, wherein the first water inlet valve 108 is in an open state, tap water enters the tap water pipe 107 from the tap water pipe inlet 113, enters the toilet water tank through the first water inlet valve 108, the tap water outlet pipe 118, the second one-way valve 119 and the water outlet main pipe 116, when the toilet water tank is filled with water and the water inlet is closed, the water level in the water outlet main pipe 116 rises due to accumulation increase, when the water level rises to the liquid level switch 117, the liquid level switch 117 is closed, a closing signal is input to the controller 102, and after the controller 102 receives the closing signal of the liquid level switch 117, an instruction is input to the first water inlet valve 108 to close the first water inlet valve and cut off the water source. Meanwhile, the accumulated water is blocked by the first one-way valve 115 and the second one-way valve 119 and cannot flow back, so that the water source is prevented from being polluted, and the function of flushing the toilet once is achieved. The second method is a manual mode, and the default state of the non-water tank working mode is as follows: the first inlet valve 108 is opened, the second inlet valve 109 is closed, the first inlet valve indicator lamp 509 is turned on, and the second inlet valve indicator lamp is turned off. The user can close and open the first inlet valve 108 through the first inlet valve switch 506 on the operation panel 105 (the corresponding first inlet valve indicator lamp 509 is also turned off and on) to manually control the water amount in the toilet tank/flush toilet, and such design also facilitates maintenance of the toilet without turning off the power supply 101 for draining the drainage tank of the washing machine when repairing the toilet or cleaning the toilet tank.
The flow meter 112 inputs the water inlet information in the tap water pipe 107 to the controller 102, the controller 102 stores the flow data as the actual volume of the toilet tank in the home of the user, and in the non-tank operating mode, when the first water inlet valve 108 is opened, the first water inlet valve 108 is automatically closed by the controller 102 when the water quantity (measured by the flow meter 112 and input the information to the controller 102) passing through the tap water pipe 107 reaches the volume of the toilet tank of the user.
The water inlet valve switch has an interlocking function in the two modes, the first water inlet valve switch 506 is locked in the working mode of the water tank, and the first water inlet valve switch 506 on the operation panel 105 is invalid, so that running water is prevented from flowing into the toilet. In the non-water tank operation mode, the second water inlet valve switch 507 is locked, and the second water inlet valve switch 507 on the operation panel 105 is disabled, thereby preventing the tap water from flowing into the drain tank of the washing machine.
An overflow port 301 is designed on the upper part of the tank body 104 of the washing machine drainage tank and is connected with a pipeline of an external sewer, and the overflow port has the function of automatically overflowing when the water in the washing machine drainage tank is full, discharging redundant water to the sewer and avoiding the overflow of the washing machine drainage tank.
A partition plate 106 is designed inside a tank body 104 of a drainage tank of the washing machine, and the inside of the tank body 104 is divided into three chambers by the partition plate 106: the control room 201, the pipeline room 202 and the water storage room 203, the three room cavities are isolated and sealed from each other, water cannot leak, and safety accidents are prevented. The control room 201 is used for installing the power supply 101, the controller 102, the signal and control line 120 and the like; the piping chamber 202 is provided with piping-related components such as a tap water pipe 107, a first water inlet valve 108, a second water inlet valve 109, an in-tank water inlet pipe 111, and a flow meter 112; the water storage chamber 203 serves to store waste water discharged from the washing machine or tap water introduced from the tank inlet pipe 111 as water for washing the toilet. The level sensor 103 is installed in the reservoir 203 to transmit information of the real-time water level to the controller 102.
The drain tank of the washing machine is designed with a drain tank cover 402 (refer to fig. 4) to completely cover and seal the tank body 104. The drain tank cover 402 is formed with a washing machine drain inlet 401 having a diameter matched to that of a washing machine drain pipe, into which the washing machine drain pipe is inserted before draining of the washing machine, so as to store waste water discharged from the washing machine.
The power source 101 is used for supplying power to the drain tank of the washing machine to enable the drain tank to work normally.
The operation panel 105 of the washing machine drain tank is also provided with a display 501, a power switch 505 and a power indicator lamp 504. The display 501 can display information such as the amount of water in the water storage chamber 203, the open/close states of the first inlet valve 108 and the second inlet valve 109, and the amount of water in the flow meter 112; the power switch 505 is a switch of the main power supply of the washing machine drain tank and can be turned on and off by a user; the power indicator lamp 504 is turned on when the power switch 505 is turned on, and turned off when turned off.
Therefore, the drainage tank system of the washing machine provided by the embodiment can temporarily store the waste water discharged by the washing machine in the washing process for flushing the closestool when required. The drainage tank of the washing machine can store drainage of the washing machine, and also can store tap water under the condition that the drainage of the washing machine is not carried out, or directly input the tap water into the closestool, so that the phenomenon that the closestool is not available when clothes are not washed can be avoided. In addition, the volume of the drainage tank of the washing machine is equivalent to the water consumption of the washing machine, and the stored washing drainage water is far larger than the one-time flushing amount of the closestool, so that the aims of one-time storage and multiple times of flushing are fulfilled. The washing machine drainage tank system provided by the embodiment not only realizes water resource recycling, but also has stronger dirt-removing capability than tap water when a closestool is flushed due to the fact that the drainage of the washing machine contains washing products such as washing powder or laundry detergent and the like, and has a certain disinfection effect, so that the closestool is cleaner and more sanitary, and the purposes of automatic dirt removal and disinfection are realized. Meanwhile, the water resource is repeatedly utilized, so that the cost is saved for users, and the living cost is reduced.
It is to be understood that the above embodiments are merely exemplary embodiments that have been employed to illustrate the principles of the present invention, and that the present invention is not limited thereto. It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various modifications and improvements can be made without departing from the spirit and substance of the invention, and these modifications and improvements are also considered to be within the scope of the invention.

Claims (10)

1. A drain tank system for a washing machine, the drain tank system comprising: drainage tank structure, plumbing installation and controlling means, the drainage tank structure is divided into control room, pipeline room and reservoir chamber, plumbing installation sets up the pipeline room, controlling means sets up the control room, the reservoir chamber is arranged in the running water that flows in among the storage washing machine exhaust waste water or the plumbing installation, controlling means can control water level in the reservoir chamber to and can control running water or washing machine's waste water and be in plumbing installation's flow direction.
2. The drain tank system of a washing machine as claimed in claim 1, wherein the drain tank structure comprises a tank body, a partition, a drain tank cover, a drain tank outlet and an overflow;
the partition plate is arranged in the tank body and divides the tank body into a control chamber, a pipeline chamber and a water storage chamber;
the drainage tank cover is arranged on the tank body and can cover the tank body;
the water outlet of the drainage tank is arranged on the bottom wall of the water storage chamber and can discharge water in the water storage chamber;
the overflow gap is arranged on the side wall of the water storage chamber and connected with the drainage groove cover, and can discharge redundant water in the water storage chamber.
3. The washing machine drain tank system of claim 2, wherein the tank body comprises a rectangular box.
4. The washing machine drain tank system of claim 2, wherein the plumbing arrangement includes a tap water pipe, a tap water pipe inlet, an in-tank water inlet pipe, a drain tank outlet pipe, a tap water outlet pipe, and a water outlet manifold;
a portion of the tap water pipe is located within the plumbing chamber;
the water inlet of the tap water pipe is arranged at one end of the tap water pipe and is used for being connected with an external tap water pipeline;
one end of the water inlet pipe in the tank is connected with the tap water pipe positioned in the pipeline chamber, the other end of the water inlet pipe in the tank extends to the water storage chamber, and the water in the tap water pipe can be introduced into the water storage chamber through the water inlet pipe in the tank;
one end of the water outlet pipe of the drainage groove is connected with the water outlet of the drainage groove, the other end of the water outlet pipe of the drainage groove is connected with one end of the water outlet main pipe, and the water outlet pipe of the drainage groove can discharge water in the water storage chamber to the water outlet main pipe;
one end of the tap water outlet pipe is connected with the other end of the tap water pipe, the other end of the tap water outlet pipe is connected with one end of the water outlet main pipe, and the tap water outlet pipe can discharge water in the tap water pipe to the water outlet main pipe;
the other end of the water outlet main pipe can discharge tap water or waste water of the washing machine.

The washing machine drain tank system of claim 4, wherein the piping arrangement further comprises a first check valve and a second check valve, the first check valve is disposed on the drain tank outlet pipe, the second check valve is disposed on the tap water outlet pipe, the first check valve is capable of controlling one-way drainage of water in the drain tank outlet pipe to the main outlet pipe, and the second check valve is capable of controlling one-way drainage of water in the tap water outlet pipe to the main outlet pipe.

The washing machine drain tank system of claim 4, wherein the control device comprises a controller, a liquid level sensor, a flow meter, a liquid level switch and an operating panel, the liquid level sensor, the flow meter, the liquid level switch and the operating panel are all in communication with the controller;
the liquid level sensor is arranged on the side wall of the water storage chamber and used for monitoring the water level of the water storage chamber and sending the monitored water level information of the water storage chamber to the controller;
the flow meter is arranged on a tap water pipe positioned in the pipeline chamber and used for monitoring water quantity information of tap water entering the tap water pipe through a water inlet of the tap water pipe and sending the monitored water quantity information of the tap water pipe to the controller;
the liquid level switch is arranged on the water outlet main pipe and used for monitoring water level information in the water outlet main pipe and sending the monitored water level information of the water outlet main pipe to the controller;
the controller is used for respectively processing the water level information of the water storage chamber, the water quantity information of the tap water pipe and the water level information of the water outlet main pipe to obtain water storage chamber water level display state information, the water quantity display state information of the tap water pipe and the water level display state information of the water outlet main pipe;
the operation panel is used for displaying the water level display state information of the water storage chamber, the water volume display state information of the tap water pipe and the water level display state information of the water outlet main pipe.

The washing machine drain tank system of claim 6, wherein the control device comprises a first inlet valve and a second inlet valve, the first inlet valve is disposed on the water supply line, the second inlet valve is disposed on the in-tank water inlet line, the first inlet valve and the second inlet valve are both in communication connection with the controller, the first inlet valve is capable of controlling the inflow of water in the water supply line under the control of the controller, and the second inlet valve is capable of controlling the in-tank water inlet line to store water to the water storage chamber under the control of the controller.
8. The washing machine drain tank system of claim 6, wherein the control device includes a power source electrically connected to the controller, the power source for providing a power supply for operation of the controller.

The washing machine drain tank system of claim 8, wherein the operation panel comprises: the power switch, the power indicator lamp, the mode setting button, the liquid level control button, the first water inlet valve switch, the second water inlet valve switch, the first water inlet valve indicator lamp, the second water inlet valve indicator lamp, the liquid level alarm lamp and the display screen are all connected with the controller;
the display screen is used for displaying the water level display state information of the water storage chamber, the water volume display state information of the tap water pipe and the water level display state information of the water outlet main pipe;
the power indicator is used for displaying the working state of the power supply;
the mode setting button is used for setting the working mode of the washing machine drainage tank, wherein the working mode of the washing machine drainage tank comprises a water tank working mode and a non-water tank working mode;
the liquid level control button is used for setting the liquid level in the water storage chamber;
the first water inlet valve switch is used for controlling the opening or closing of the first water inlet valve;
the second water inlet valve switch is used for controlling the opening or closing of the second water inlet valve;
the first water inlet valve indicator lamp is used for displaying the working state of the first water inlet valve;
the second water inlet valve indicator light is used for displaying the working state of the second water inlet valve;
the liquid level alarm lamp is used for sending out an alarm signal when the liquid level in the water storage chamber exceeds a preset liquid level.
10. The washing machine drain tank system of any one of claims 6 to 9, wherein the controller comprises a single chip microcomputer.
