The embodiment of the utility model provides an electric razor, this electric razor can be the razor, also can be the hair clipper, still can be other electric equipment that are used for the removal hair.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic view of a circuit configuration of an electric shaver, a schematic view of an external appearance of an electric shaver, fig. 2, a schematic view of an internal configuration of an electric shaver, fig. 3, and a top view of a head of an electric shaver, fig. 4, the electric shaver including a body 10 and a head 20 which are interconnected; the body 10 includes a housing 110, a control chip 120 and a driving part 130 disposed in the housing 110, and a handle sensing element 140 disposed on the housing 110, and the cutter head 20 includes a head sensing element 210; the control chip 120 is connected to the driving part 130, the handle sensing element 140 and the head sensing element 210, respectively, and the driving part 130 is further connected to the cutter head 20.
The handle sensing element 140 is disposed at a handle position (a position gripped by a hand) of the body 10, and is configured to sense a first sensing signal generated when skin approaches and transmit the first sensing signal to the control chip 120; the head sensing element 210 is used for generating a second sensing signal when sensing that the skin approaches and sending the second sensing signal to the control chip 120; the control chip 120 is configured to send a driving control signal to the driving part 130 when receiving the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal, so that the driving part 130 drives the tool bit 20 to work.
In addition, the control chip 120 is further configured to send a closing control signal to the driving member 130 when the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal are not received or only one of the first sensing signal and the second sensing signal is received during the operation of the cutter head 20, so that the driving member 130 stops driving the cutter head 20. Thus, the automatic shutdown function of the electric shaver is realized, and the electric energy can be saved.
Specifically, the material of the housing 110 may be, but is not limited to, plastic. The control chip 120 may be an MCU (micro controller Unit). For example, the control chip 120 is a single chip microcomputer, and the model of the control chip 120 may be, but is not limited to, PL51T 020. One or more than one cutting head 20 may be provided, for example, two or three cutting heads 20 may be provided, and the number of the cutting heads 20 is not limited in this embodiment. The control chip 120 may be connected to the driving part 130, the handle sensing element 140, and the head sensing element 210 through transmission conductors (transmission lines), respectively.
The electric shaver can be automatically started when the handle sensing element 140 and the head sensing element 210 sense that a human body (skin) approaches, and a user does not need to independently press a switch, so that the electric shaver is convenient to use, and the experience of the user is improved.
The electric razor also has a function of preventing accidental touch: only when the handle sensing element 140 and the head sensing element 210 sense the approach of a human body at the same time, the electric shaver can be automatically started, namely, when a user only approaches one of the handle sensing element 140 and the head sensing element 210, the electric shaver can not be operated or started, so that the error touch is effectively avoided, and the structural design is more reasonable.
In addition, the electric shaver looks like a whole without any key or push switch, and is more beneficial to waterproof treatment.
Alternatively, the handle sensing element 140 includes a first inductive coil disposed on an inner wall of the housing 110; as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the cutter head 20 includes a metal blade mesh 211, and the head sensing element 210 includes the metal blade mesh 211 and/or a second sensing conductor loop disposed around the metal blade mesh 211.
Because the handle inductive element 140 and the head inductive element 210 are inductive coils and a human body is a conductor, based on the working principle of the antenna, the handle inductive element 140 and the head inductive element 210 can generate inductive electric signals when the human body approaches, so that the automatic starting of the electric shaver can be realized, and the principle is stable and reliable.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the cutter head 20 includes a metal blade net 211 and an inner blade 212, and the driving member 130 is connected to the inner blade 212. The metal blade net 211 is used to cut hair (hair or beard, etc.) in cooperation with the inner blade 212, and to prevent skin from being cut. The inner blade 212 is adapted to move relative to the metal foil 211 under the drive of the drive member 130 to cut hair.
In one possible implementation, a metal foil 211 is used as the head sensing element 210.
In another possible implementation, a second inductive loop may be provided around the metal mesh 211 as the head inductive element 210.
In yet another possible implementation manner, both the metal mesh 211 and the second induction coil are used as the head induction element 210, the metal mesh 211 and the second induction coil are respectively connected to the control chip 120, and the control chip 120 determines to receive the second induction signal generated by the head induction element 210 when receiving a signal sent by at least one of the metal mesh 211 and the second induction coil. Thus, the head sensing element 210 has a large area, can sense the approach of a human body in time, and has high sensitivity.
Optionally, the material of the first induction coil includes one or more of copper, steel, iron, aluminum, zinc, and nickel; the second induction coil is made of one or more of copper, steel, iron, aluminum, zinc and nickel.
Optionally, in order to improve safety, as shown in fig. 2 to 4, the second induction coil is coated with a protective layer 213. The protective layer 213 may be, but is not limited to, a plastic member. Preferably, the material of the protective layer 213 is soft rubber, and at this time, the protective layer 213 may be called a skin-touch support, which has better touch feeling and may further improve the experience of the user.

The motor 132 can rotate the inner blade 212 relative to the metal blade net 211, so as to cut hair.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 3 and fig. 5, a charging interface 150 is further disposed on the housing 110, a power conversion module 160, a charging switch 170 and an electric energy storage module 180 that are respectively connected to the control chip 120 are further disposed in the housing 110, the power conversion module 160 is further respectively connected to the charging interface 150 and the charging switch 170, and the charging switch 170 is further connected to the electric energy storage module 180.
Specifically, the power conversion module 160 may be an AC (Alternating current) to DC (Direct current) module (AC/DC converter). The power storage module 180 is used to power the electronic components within the entire electric shaver, and as shown in fig. 5, the power storage module 180 is also connected to the motor control switch 131 so that the motor 132 can be powered. The electrical energy storage module 180 may be, but is not limited to, a lithium battery. The charge switch 170 includes any one of the following: thyristor, transistor, field effect transistor, thyristor and relay.
The charging control process of the electric shaver is as follows: when the power conversion module 160 is connected to the power supply through the charging interface 150, it will send a charging connection signal to the control chip 120; the control chip 120 acquires the state of the electric quantity of the electric energy storage module 180 when receiving the charging connection signal, and sends a charging control signal to the charging switch 170 when the remaining electric quantity of the electric energy storage module 180 is lower than a certain preset value; after receiving the charging control signal, the charging switch 170 closes the switch, so that the electric energy converted by the power conversion module 160 is stored in the electric energy storage module 180, thereby charging the electric energy storage module 180. The preset value can be set according to actual requirements, for example, the preset value is set to 99%.
